Wow, how this place has changed. Got a burnt Sito stick, then you do get a new one, but you get yelled at and thrown out of the place. What an antisocial situation over a burnt Sito stick.

The building housing this restaurant is still being renovated, but that doesn't stop you from enjoying a cozy and delicious Italian meal here. You do have to climb quite a flight of stairs to get there, but it is well worth the effort. The service is prompt and friendly. The menu is not very extensive, but of course, it doesn't need to be. The food, prepared in the open kitchen, tastes exquisite. We had made a reservation in advance. We ate here again in September 2026. The food was still fine. The pasta was excellent; the pizza base wasn't fully cooked (due to the crowds?), but the overall impression was great.

Christmas concert Harmonie Erica was a beautiful gathering. The acoustics of the hall were not great, but I still enjoyed it.

I ordered here regularly and usually came to pick up my order. I knew that the shawarma meat contains pork and therefore never ordered it, because I am Muslim. Today I ordered a large kapsalon döner. While eating, I took a bite and discovered that there was apparently pork in the kapsalon. I called immediately and explained that this is absolutely unacceptable to me. I was told that a new kapsalon would be brought as soon as possible. So far, that was resolved properly. Unfortunately, things only got worse after that. The same woman came to bring the new order and then started arguing with me. She claimed that I had ordered a kapsalon mix myself, whereas I very deliberately do not order a mix because it contains pork. I found it particularly strange that I was argued with in this way, instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and resolving it properly. On top of that, I ended up paying too much, since a mix is ​​more expensive than the kapsalon I originally wanted. Moreover, when the replacement kapsalon arrived, it was anything but well prepared. The food was incredibly dry and tough, and contained several black, burnt pieces. For nearly €20, you really expect something different. For me, this is primarily a matter of trust. As a customer, I want to be able to trust that there is no pork in my food when I explicitly look out for it. The fact that I subsequently end up in a discussion and get the feeling that my complaint is not being taken seriously makes the experience complete. For me, this was the last time. I won't be coming back here; go eat your own pork.
