Il Forno in Wijk 00 Mook

Ordered a couple of times and it was fine. Not the tastiest, but it was acceptable for a quick bite. Suddenly, pork was delivered in my kapsalon döner, even though I didn't ask for it. Then they dared to claim that I did say so. Delivering a kapsalon that is as dry as can be and burnt meat????? That's not going to happen again........ Vague that you can't admit you made a mistake. It can happen. The handling wasn't professional.

I ordered here regularly and usually came to pick up my order. I knew that the shawarma meat contains pork and therefore never ordered it, because I am Muslim. Today I ordered a large kapsalon döner. While eating, I took a bite and discovered that there was apparently pork in the kapsalon. I called immediately and explained that this is absolutely unacceptable to me. I was told that a new kapsalon would be brought as soon as possible. So far, that was resolved properly. Unfortunately, things only got worse after that. The same woman came to bring the new order and then started arguing with me. She claimed that I had ordered a kapsalon mix myself, whereas I very deliberately do not order a mix because it contains pork. I found it particularly strange that I was argued with in this way, instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and resolving it properly. On top of that, I ended up paying too much, since a mix is more expensive than the kapsalon I originally wanted. Moreover, when the replacement kapsalon arrived, it was anything but well prepared. The food was incredibly dry and tough, and contained several black, burnt pieces. For nearly €20, you really expect something different. For me, this is primarily a matter of trust. As a customer, I want to be able to trust that there is no pork in my food when I explicitly look out for it. The fact that I subsequently end up in a discussion and get the feeling that my complaint is not being taken seriously makes the experience complete. For me, this was the last time. I won't be coming back here; go eat your own pork.

Ordered from this company for the first time. Ordered online and arranged a time to pick it up. I was served super fast because it was already ready. Chicken fillet kapsalon and döner kapsalon, both medium. Took it to the campsite. It exceeded expectations. Had a delicious meal with plenty of meat; the salad was fresh. The fries were dripping in the sauce a bit, though. But overall, it was a delicious meal. Definitely worth repeating if the rest of what they sell is just as good. 👍

Average. Not bad, not super good.

The food is poor, yes, paid 8 euros for less food, really a shame.

Fast delivery, delicious pizza!

Döner is normally always served with sambal and garlic. However, here you only get half a recipe and have to pay an extra 1 euro for a little sambal. 9 euros is already very expensive for a durum, especially if it is incomplete.

Really super neat, super helpful, I dropped my order on the floor myself, but they immediately gave me a new one, very nice and neat, great

Delicious takeout food. Ordered in advance and it was ready exactly at the agreed-upon time, despite it being a very busy time. The food was really great and the shawarma was excellent.

Tasty and fresh, well cared for.

Expensive, bland, disappointing. The dough was tough, the toppings tasteless—not a trace of freshness or seasoning. For this price, a complete waste of money.

Called before closing, treated poorly on the phone and refused to take orders

The tastiest doner in Mook and surroundings 👍🏼

A pizza made to measure. A pizza full of flavour, from the outside to the middle, to the last slice with a crispy base. That's how it should be!

Placed order for delivery. Takes an hour they say. Called again after 1.5 hours. We still have to start, takes another half hour. So bad. And it's not the first time.

I order there few times without problem, after first problem with pizza they offer new pizza with delivery for free what was really kind. I will be back!

It is a good place when it comes to food, but if you have to order it takes a very long time. We call and get a big mouth back from the bar employee. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ridiculously long delivery time for home delivery.

Good food for a reasonable price, maybe a little too salty.

Surprisingly good. Will definitely come again.

Delicious pizzas Calzones, kapsalon and other tasty dishes, you have to go to Il Forno in Mook city sooo delicious, always a party every week, especially the minced calzone!!! That breaks my week!

Ordered in advance, it took a while before it was ready, it was a large order. Pizzas were very tasty, not pre-cut.

Delivered to your home with ease

Bezorger was vriendelijk.

Goede pizza & goede shoarma. Vriendelijke lui.

Vriendelijk personeel en snelle service! Kwaliteit en hoeveelheid is top.

Gewoon lekker eten voor goede prijs. Vooral de kapsalon is echt geweldig

Goed eten ... gezellig aardig personeel...

Goede kwaliteit shoarma/doner. Friet is ook prima hier. Toppers!
