I just ordered, and when the delivery guy brought the food, he dropped it on the floor and left. He couldn't wait a minute! And we have to eat off the floor like animals! I'm so furious with you!

Ordered four menus. Drinks were initially forgotten, but after a phone call, they were delivered quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, and the food was delicious!

Food tastes good but ironically, I got a food poisoning. Pray for me 😭

Horrible place! My wife became sick straight after eating this. The food was plain, basic and not worth it at all. More than that, if you get stuff from this place, do it with caution.

Cheeseburger menu 2 for 15 euros was ok nice price. Now I see on uber 1 Cheeseburger menu for 19.99??? 1 menu for 20e wtff....

Worst place ever! 👎👎👎 We placed an order via Uber Eats. The first order was cancelled without explanation so we placed a new one. After waiting for 45minutes, we called to check the status of our order. A person on the phone said they called the phone number provided (which never happened!) and a different person picked up. When we said we ordered again, and we have the order confirmation in the app in front of us, he said they don't have the order and when asked for the number they called they didn't provide it so they were probably lying in a first place. And the whole time he called my boyfriend " Bro,bro" ,super disrespectful, no manners, and no communication skills, couldn't even communicate in English (only in broken Dutch). Don't order from there!!! I would give -1 star if I can!!!

After 25 years I have eaten a really tasty döner sandwich again. Top, not greasy and tasty sauce. You used to be the best but still. Because nowhere in The Hague can you eat such tasty döner sandwiches. And I have tried many but this is really the best. You are the best keep it up and don't change please. Gr Nathalie

My experience with the City Burger was disappointing, especially considering the price of 9 euros I paid for my Döner Box Large. Although the food itself tasted good, we got more than we had hoped for, but the food turned out very poorly an hour later. So absolutely no rematch. It also lacked the promised garlic sauce that I also ordered. But the portion size didn't feel like a full meal for the price I paid. I expected a "large" format to have more content, I'm curious what a small box would be like. While I'm normally open to a second chance, this will probably be my first and last order from City Burger. * For 9 euros I expected more than what I got, especially in terms of completeness and value for money.

Kijk ik kan niks zeggen over het eten, want dat is gewoon op niveau. Maar vandaag wilden we zo net op de valreep van ramadan wat eurotjes op jullie gooien en bij aankomst zien we die zaak helemaal dicht. Wie is er nou weer op dinsdag dicht?? Wat is dat voor een random dag om dicht te zijn? Het moet niet veel gekker gaan worden in deze stad.

Super service!!! Door mijn eigen fout om een verkeerde bezorgadres door te geven hebben ze het super goed opgepakt. Bestelling is alsnog super snep op juiste adres geleverd en ook nog eens warm. Dat wordt smullen. hartstikke bedankt.

3 x spice burger menu besteld. Ter plaatse opgegeten. Vers, heerlijk goed belegd en goede mix van sauzen die ze gebruiken. De frietjes valt tegen maar dat is dan puur mijn eigen beleving. Niks mis met de frietjes maar vind zelf de grotere oma frietjes veel lekkerder. Plaats waar je binnen kon eten was schoon en de medewerkers waren beleefd. Ik hoefde niet lang te wachten. Voor een menu betaal je gemiddeld 10,- per persoon.

Bestelling had complicaties wegens oud nr. Desondanks toch uur gewacht en gebeld. Broodje was echt lekker. Bij kapsalon saus vergeten waar ik extra voor heb betaald. Voor wachten en saus vergeten - 2 sterren.

I ordered 3 turkse pizzas. 1 with chicken i 2 with weggies...all with garlic sauce...all came with sambal/garlic sauce...basically almost empty inside and could...even though fies was very hot...and they all smell like goat or lamb meat wich was not tasty at all...
