What unprofessional workers! The girl behind the counter stood there as if she was being forced to work. I had to repeat my order 300 times because she didn't understand it. Then, while I was waiting for my food, she came outside to ask what my problem was and why I had spoken to her in such a tone. She literally said, ‘It’s just that it’s my job, otherwise….’ I was simply threatened right in front of my eyes. I waited 45 minutes for my food… I will never come here again. Disgusting people!!

The food is really delicious and takeout is always warm. However, I feel that some (children) working there have absolutely no idea how to deal with customers. This evening (Wednesday, May 20, 7:00 PM), I was spoken to politely for the first time by a young man who worked there; he's a star. So other staff could learn from this. Otherwise, great place and great food!

I just ordered food, but my burger was missing nachos. When I called the restaurant to let them know something was missing from my burger, an employee rudely stated that she had made the burger herself and had definitely added nachos. Her tone and manner of speaking came across as very unfriendly and as if I was lying about missing nachos. Very childish. She said she would check the camera footage. She then called back 15 minutes later with the idea of ​​bringing another bag of nachos, because, as I mentioned, she had forgotten them. However, after this interaction, I didn't feel like eating much.

The food was cold upon delivery, and the service was absolutely terrible (the delivery driver, however, was very friendly!). Waiting longer than the email stated wasn't a problem, but the link in the email wasn't working anyway. Unfortunately, after calling three times, two of which took me a total of seven, someone finally answered the phone. The young man was easily irritated and not very customer-friendly. It might be busy (this wasn't the case at all on the phone, with two long waits followed by a wait, and each time I was the first in line), but I do think you should be more customer-friendly and let people finish talking instead of assuming what will be said, which wasn't the case at all, and then just talking about it. Also, the food was unfortunately cold upon delivery.

Reasonable. The price just doesn't match the quality. For that price, I expect fresh beef patties (comparable in price to other burger joints). It seems frozen and a mix of other ingredients. The fries were good. I would come back, just not for the beef burgers.

Since this business was taken over it has been a disaster. Normally we order here once in a while and that always went well, but not the last few times. Delivery more expensive, very long, rude staff on the phone, wrong delivery and the last time more than half of the order was missing (ordered for 3 people and only received 2 menus). Then again it took an extremely long time when the missing part was delivered. Never order here again.

Fine citizens. Ordered from jonny's laan v wateringseveld D-H. Generously invested. Previously ordered with extra burger, but that is really not necessary. Lots of bacon and cheese is standard. When ordering, it was stated 60 minutes, but it was delivered after 40 minutes. Great for a Sunday. Thank you and see you next time.

Good business ensures that you get food quickly

My experience at Johnny's Burger & O'Tacos was nothing short of disappointing. I had to wait for almost half an hour in a cramped room with no seating, while delivery people hung around loudly, creating an unsafe atmosphere. To my horror, I saw an employee drop a hamburger bun on the floor and then use it for my order. The manager made it worse by yelling at a delivery person right next to me which was unprofessional and disrespectful. This combination of unhygienic, unsafe, and poor manners makes it clear that this restaurant does not take customers and employees seriously. I will never come back here again, I also threw away my food because of what I saw!!

ordered 3 times. First time missing fries, after call were delivered after 2 hours(!). Second time was ok. Third time: missing fries, wrong drink. Called again and they promised to deliver the items in 20 minutes. The 20 minutes was ok, but we still got the wrong drinks. If you want what you order I would suggest going there to pick things up. Delivery is russian roulette at best.

Ordered burgers and halloumi sticks! The delivery was even faster than home delivery had indicated. The burgers were a bit on the lukewarm side. It might be an idea to purchase other delivery bags/containers. Even though we live 5 minutes away from the burger joint. but despite that super tasty. The sticks are also delicious.

After a long day we thought we would treat ourselves to an easy, greasy snack. some burgers and fries, tasty... Well no. A burger with lettuce on all sides except between the buns. Lukewarm weak fries, a hermetically sealed milkshake that you first have to dismantle before you can stick your straw in to "enjoy" a lukewarm drink. We were also missing some fries so I had to comfort my buddy and we had to share our soggy fries with him. I'll never come here again. Nice burger

I have been ordering from here for years, but lately it has often been a hit. Missing products, then an arrogant employee, even though she did not process the order properly. This time I had to wait 2.5 hours for my order.

I ordered food here for pickup on February 20, 2024. The first and last time! When I got home I discovered that I missed my drinks and chicken tenders. When I called, they still spoke to me normally and would send it through their delivery person. Then I found out that the fries were also missing and I called again. This time she was not so friendly and slightly annoyed, but she would send it along with the delivery person. I asked if extra fries could be brought because I miss so many things and have to wait for it to arrive. I was told that she will not send more than ordered (as if I asked for a whole extra menu). I let it go, but I forgot to indicate that no sauce had been given for the fries and called again. This time the time had come because I was told that she was going to call her boss and she was going to look at the camera footage. "I believe you, but there is always more to what you are missing" were her words, to which I said "do that". When she called her boss, she found out that I was telling the truth, but that she would not let the delivery person come back for sauce, and that she would not deliver it later either. If she had spoken to me in a normal tone, I would have left it and said it's not necessary, even though I'm just paying for it! I said that I would work on this and that this story would continue. Then she hung up without saying anything. And to my surprise half an hour later I get a call from her with an apology. I said that I accept her apology but will not let this go, purely because I know that she only called me because her boss would scold her. So this had already happened, she said. I certainly didn't think her apology was worth anything and certainly not how paying customers are treated!

I couldn't find a better halal restaurant that delivers the right flavor of burger. It's worth trying
