Not only very good coffee - the pecan pie was absolutely wonderful.  Not a chance to believe it was gluten free!  Definitely worth a visit.

Coffee decent, but that pistachio cruffin really took it home for me. It’s a cafe so don’t expect to be served with a red carpet.

I adore this place. They take much pride in their specialty coffee and while I try to keep it to a minimum, their pistachio cruffins are delicious

A bit overrated. Coffee is good but no idea which blend they use, no option to choose. Pastry is good but doesn't seem very fresh and not that sweet. Very slow service, almost 10 min to get a coffee despite three people working behind.

Good cappuccino, but in my opinion 5.30 for a medium is overpriced. Friendly staff and relaxed vibe.

Pricey. 5.30 euro for a latte vs 4.50 euro average in the rest of Amsterdam center (regular milk). There is no service at the table, which could maybe justify the extra cost? Staff got confused with some orders and looked stressed. The coffee was okay but I would not return. Can't speak about the pastries but they are the resellers, not made by them. So I was not curious to try.

Great coffee shop with a good selection of pastries. Service was very nice and friendly and the coffee pretty good. They have a few books and displayed art.

Very nice specialty coffee and excellent barista. The corner is a bit busy and noisy in the summer, but the sun shines beautifully. My boyfriend, a huge pistachio fan, had the Pistachio Cruffin and said it was the best he had… ever! Good value for money. Highly recommended!

As an Aussie I am SO happy this place exists in Amsterdam. They have the best coffee in the area. Do yourself a favour and check them out. Especially if the suns out as they have a great outdoor seating area.

Had a single shot macchiato and a matcha latte on oat. Very nice. It’s a lighter roast, slightly acidic. Overall great service and vibe.

Good coffee. Nice place. Some broken chairs. Just weird there is a big bowl of sugar on the desk instead of small packages. Asked them to add it to the coffee while preparing, but they told me to get it myself. Need to drag our cups back and forth to get a bit of sugar.

Finally a new proper no-nonsense coffee place in the area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, patient, friendly and attentive to details. Shoutout to Atilla! The location is fantastic and the baked goods are mesmerising, even though I don't have a sweet tooth myself, but I couldn't resist. Did I mention the delicious coffee? Will return without a doubt.

Nice place, had a latte on regular milk and a slice of lemon loaf, could not believe a hefty €10.25! And of course the suggested tip, which I declined 😳 I am hoping I was overcharged, but how about a price list or even offering a receipt as I am still wondering did I really pay €6 for a slice of loaf cake or maybe an average latte 🤔

The location is nice, the decor cold. They refuse to take the order outside, so there is a good chance that when you want to sit on the terrace, all seats are already taken; Do you have to sit in the sweltering and boring interior space? €4.20 for a cappuccino is definitely overpriced; there isn't even a cookie or chocolate or anything! When paying by card, you also get the option to leave a tip (😳!). You have to place your order yourself, you have to take your order outside with you, with the risk that there will no longer be a table available and they will give you a plain, much too expensive cappuccino and then they will also beg for a tip! ? Sick! The first and last time for me.

So Im waiting for my fysio session and i went to the barista around the corner: i ordered coffee and a croissant … 9.65€…… the tile asked automatically “do you want to add a tip 10%~20% etc”…… >>> No tip sorry. On top of feeling robbed, now I feel stingy…. Haha great👍 At least i can pretend to be in the 1% . Not working though as all the plugs are blocked so you cannot even charge your laptop. 😑

Lovely little cafe in the most idyllic part of Amsterdam. Although a small space - plenty of seats available in which I was able to get some work done. Barista was amicable and the matcha and americano ordered through my morning were of a high standard as well. Would’ve like the matcha stronger but that’s down to preference. Only fault are the 0 toilets on the premises! Very strange and I had to go across the street to take a leak instead.

I went there around 13 o'clock on a weekday, and there was only one other customer, so I rested quietly and comfortably. The interior is not large, so it may be difficult to drink coffee comfortably when there are a lot of customers. However, if you are lucky and go when there are not many customers, you can enjoy the cozy atmosphere! The staff was friendly and provided coffee. I had a flat white (almond milk) and pistachio croffin, and the coffee was delicious! I didn't use it much and it felt slightly sour, but I found it rather attractive. I liked the pistachio croutin as it was neither too sweet nor too greasy. It was crispy on the outside and not as creamy as I expected. However, it wasn't written so much that it was disappointing. When I looked at the price it came out to €9.30. It is more expensive than other bakeries.

Nice place but major turn off that they don't have their prices out. Ethically sourced coffee is great, prices are on the expensive side and justified but tbh, there are much nicer places out there with much better coffee. Paid 15EU for a latte, cappuccino and a slice of banana bread...there are several places in the city involved in ethically sourced coffee beans, prices are lower..

Pleasant atmosphere and delicious coffee. The pastries are high in taste and a welcome addition to the coffee. The coffee has a light roast, which makes the taste unique but not unpleasant. Excellent price-quality ratio, not unusual for Amsterdam. It's nice that you can choose what goes with it (milk, honey, sugar), so nothing is wasted because I prefer to drink it black.

Was looking for a good cafe in the area, and unfortunately stopped by this one. Coffee burned my tongue, probably because milk was overheated. So overpriced and… I didn’t even get the stick and sugar with it🙃🙃🙃not that I really need it, but definitely lowered my overall experience. Wanted to tell this thing directly there, but cafe closed 10min after my purchase so didn’t had a chance to enter. Hope you will see my comment here and improve 👍🏼

Gorgeous cafe with the tastiest pastries - whether you have a sweet tooth or not! The spiced apple cake and cheese croissant are my absolute favorites, I keep coming back for them. And the coffee - the best in Amsterdam; these guys know what they are doing!! The athmosphere inside is incredibly welcoming and I love the concept of an art spotlight. Last week I got a chance to enjoy my coffee on one of the outside tables and enjoy the views of the neighborhood. 10/10 experience as always

February 2024 A real nice place where once there was an avocado show. Still a hidden sticker on the window behind the plants :-) it has only a few places inside but it is a real nice store. The coffee is a light roast (so expect a little acidity - not my thing) but well made. They have a small selection of pastries of good quality. The cheese croissant is different than you're used too. Which also makes it good. Needed a bit more cheese and it would be perfect.

The coffee was very good! It was a special taste, not like the traditional coffees. But since I prefer cappuccino, I enjoyed it particularly well in combination with the extremely delicious cheesecake. It was very cozy and we felt very comfortable. We would like to come again!

Exquisite coffee. Cozy ambiance. Extremely friendly staff. You need to check this place out. I can be a bit of a snob when it comes to coffee, and having sampled several spots in Amsterdam, I can comfortably say Clapham is the best. It’s still a new spot, so it’s a bit of a hidden gem. And this turns out to be an absolute treat for early adopters who will get a chance to get to know the lovely staff.

This place is a hidden gem! The owner Atilla makes sure you are well taken care of and he is also a joy to talk to. Unlike most of the coffee shops in Amsterdam that have a very minimalist design, this coffee shop makes you want to sit for a few hours and read a book or talk to a friend. It’s super cozy and you can tell this coffee shop was thoughtfully designed and built with love. The coffee is also excellent - especially the filter coffee. If I lived in Amsterdam, this would be my go to spot!

I ordered the Flat White and the Cheese croissant (they were out of the chocolate croissant). I enjoyed the flat white, it was not as warm as I’d have liked but the flavour was good. The croissant was tasty, would have been even better if it was warmer. The ambiance of the place is cozy and minimal. Would go back there if I’m in the area.

Both the coffee and the hot chocolate are incredible, extremely impressed. Haven't tried the pastries but I am sure it will be delicious.

Best coffee I had during my week in Amsterdam!

Went two days in a row and wish we could have gone more during a trip. We come from a third wave coffee city in the States and both love coffee. Easily the best coffee I had in all of Amsterdam. It was consistent and delicious. The space was comfortable and inviting. I really like what they have going on in this shop, staff are extremely friendly too. I hope to visit again someday!

Blown away by how good the hot chocolate was and my husband loved his flat white as well. High quality and flavors were on point!
