The food was delivered in very poor condition, as can be seen in the photos. I contacted the restaurant, but unfortunately, I received absolutely no help. Poor quality and poor service. Definitely not recommended!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a meal with 3 types of meat, 2 sauces and rice, including a triple meat portion, but what arrived was far below expectations. The portion was extremely small for the price: roughly 150g of rice and 250g of meat, with about half of the meat missing and one type of meat missing completely. The food quality was also not good, especially considering the order was almost €40. To make it worse, the bag arrived soaked and dripping a strange red liquid, and the food was left on the ground in front of the door. Overall, this felt like very poor value for money and a really disappointing order.

We have been coming here for a few years and the food is always good! Good service and very customer-friendly. Even in the hot weather, they are ready to serve you without a sigh. The kapsalons and pizza are always top-notch! Highly recommended!!

Best pizza/döner/shoarma place in Helmond. BY FAR. 8-16 euro's per person (ofc depending on what you get). Good atmosphere and nice people. I get food here at least 3x a month. Sometimes more. Price-Quality is perfect.

Today my family and I had two kapsalon Japrak and a kapsalon chicken doner. My husband and daughter both suffered food poisoning, so I advise you not to eat there. We ate there around 8:00 PM, and by 10:00 PM they started getting sick, vomiting diarrhea, and they're still vomiting now, and it's 4:00 AM.

Your chef has truly mastered the art of lamb chops, and I can honestly say I have a very satisfied customer. The fact that the driver forgot the drinks was resolved in no time, very polite. You are definitely recommended for quality and service; even the rice was cooked to perfection. I give it a 10 out of 10, keep it up, guys.

We're not from this area, so we were skeptical about where to get a good döner kebab, so we took a chance on Cleopatra. Honestly, it's the tastiest kapsalon we've ever had, with a great atmosphere and super friendly and sweet staff. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again! Highly recommended to everyone!

We got our food after just 35 minutes, the food was so tasty, everyone was speechless. The pizza lombardo and Quattro formaggi are highly recommended. Kapsalons and dishes are also really great. Matter close to my heart.

Often ordered, it was once the best tent in Helmond. Unfortunately, those days are over. Didn't order for a while because of the meager pizzas and half-cooked food. Now I took the gamble again, this was certainly the last time. Pizza arrived cold. There was almost no chicken and it looks like they forgot cheese. You looked at them on the white bottom. So this was the last time I ordered here. Too bad Cleopatra, this regular customer continues to order from the competitor because this was worthless again!

Young lad sincerely do you need pizza or whatever, this man doesn't think ah okay I can make pizza that's fine. Nooman they upgrade that thing every month when I come back it's better than normal!

Was weer een lekkere pizza jammer dat je 1 euro moet betalen voor ideal te betalen kon ook niets anders kiezen om te betalen.. En je ziet pas bij de bank dat het 1 euro kost anders waren het 5 sterren geweest.

Gewoon zoals het hoort! Altijd vriendelijk en het eten is altijd op tijd klaar.
