The service was extremely slow and only partly polite!

I’ve waited 30 minutes and NO ONE cleaned my table or took mi order, the worst place ever. I rather drink a Coca Cola outside

If you want plastic eggs and cold, hard bacon at the price of caviar, this is your place.

A disastrous hotel, with rooms smaller than a phone booth and high prices. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone; you can find much better hotels in Amsterdam for the same price. I can't comment on the food because, thank goodness, we didn't book breakfast.

We waited inside, but no one came. When we decided to find the service ourselves. We were not successful, I do not recommend. I think no one cares that they have a guest here.. Too bad

Waited 30 minutes and no one took out order. We asked if someone could take out order and no one came. Went away with no coffee.

One of the best hotels in the Amsterdam neighborhood. We stayed there for two days, and although the rooms are a bit small, they are well-equipped and very comfortable. There's also a buffet breakfast.

we stopped by for a take away coffee and received kind service! Coffee was also delicious :)

We thought service was slow but then realized there was one person taking care of reception and the cafe in the evening. The coffee is good and drink prices are reasonable for the area.

Nice fresh ingredients gave the caprese a nice light taste and great coffee with a wonderful cheese cake.

Good breakfast with reasonable selection. Very tasty.
