Kapsalon Express in Slotermeer-Zuidwest

Great place, ordered via Thuisbezorgd. Parked my truck by the waterfront. Delivered right away and some piping hot food. Finally a place that delivers.

Do not order from here, they said delivery will be in 35 min. After 2 hours my food was still not delivered, and they were extremely rude to me when I phoned asking where my food was.

Absolutely terrible experience, they said my order would take 35min to be delivered. After an hour I called and they were extremely rude to me and said it will be another 20min. After two hours they still hadn't sent my order and we're still very rude to me. Could not recommend less.

Very bad quality kapselon do not recommend

I ordered a kapsalon that the website said was "medium," but what I received was actually small. Nowhere on the website does it say that "medium" actually means small. When I called to inquire, I received an arrogant response: "Yeah, you don't see "small" on the website, so "medium" is small." What a strange explanation! For €10.50, you expect a decent portion, but this was absurd. The taste wasn't special either. Don't call it "medium" if it's actually small. Truly disappointing.

Waited almost 2 hours for a low quality kapsalon, even though the shop is less than 10 minutes away. Although this place is cheap don’t fall for the low prices. The quality and quantity is not great. Better go somewhere else if you are craving a kapsalon.

Ordered a shawarma sandwich. The meat was small, black, and tough. Almost no vegetables. I felt like I was eating a rubber ball. Worst shawarma sandwich ever.

Ordered but didn't receive any food, and the phone wasn't answered. Money was accepted, but delivery was nonexistent.

Thuiszorgd removes reviews Hopefully I can make my voice heard here. Yesterday I ordered a pizza at 11 p.m., it arrived at 12:30 a.m. and it was freezing cold. Refused. The next day I called the store and asked for an explanation. The gentleman apologized, as always, which doesn't help at all. But I had posted a review on Thuiszorgd. And the gentleman called me angrily around 8:30 p.m. during my work shift. I apologized. No, sir, I called you and apologized. I think it's ridiculous that you, as the owner, are calling me to complain about my review.

Ordered often. Good service, a small mistake was immediately corrected by reordering my entire order and adding extra drinks and dessert. Definitely recommended.

Don't order from here. I've been waiting an hour and a half for a simple hair salon. I called twice. The first time, they said another half hour, but it's already been 45 minutes. I called the second time, and they couldn't find my order. This is the first and last time I'll order from here.

A meagerly filled döner sandwich, a few lettuce leaves, and some chicken. No tomato, cucumber, nothing. A döner sandwich is €5.50, and the döner menu is €11. Apparently, this consists of a roll and a small bag of fries. Quite expensive fries for €5.50, and no sauce either.

Loved the kipdoner and baklawa.

They didn't deliver my food, waste of time

Kapsalon was lekker en goed gevuld. Binnen een half uur zat ik al aan tafel dus prima 😁

Kapsalon is way too small for the price, where other places have bigger ones for the same price. I ordered a ketchup but they did not put it in there. Delivery is quite quick and the food tastes fine. Not gonna order from them again though. I would give it 2.5 stars but I cannot add that here so 2 is more fitting than 3.
