Delicious matcha; we also had an iced coffee, but it was still too sweet. We asked for an extra shot of espresso, and the staff quickly and easily arranged it. Good service, delicious coffee and matcha.

Somehow work friendly! There are outlets so no worries for loosing your battery in the middle of working. The coffee was good, but the banana bread was not good, like really not good :).

After a visit last weekend, one piece of advice remains: don't order iced coffee here! Two large "Iced Latte" orders resulted in a huge disappointment. The drink had absolutely nothing to do with real iced coffee. It tasted bland, watered down, and completely lacked the rich, chilled intensity you expect from a quality Iced Latte. It felt like we were getting a weak imitation instead of a refreshing coffee experience.

Love the ube flavored ice coffee with coconut milk. The red velvet cake is my favorite 😍 The staff is kind and friendly. A visit to the mall always includes CC.

You order ice coffee but you get coffee foam with a straw. So if you want a nice ice coffee you better go somewhere else because this is a scam and a waste of your money. It is that it is mandatory to check an asterisk to be able to post.

Prices have gone up everywhere in the hospitality industry, we can't get around that. But nice coffee and cappuccino. Friendly service and a good starting point if you go shopping at The Westfield Mall of the Netherlands.

The branch closes at 8:00 PM, but you can no longer order iced coffee at 6:00 PM because the machines have already been cleaned. Ridiculous so far in advance, especially on a day with warm weather.

Coffee is good, if you ask for extra strong you will get it. As it should be. What's scandalous is that you don't get a cookie with it. For the price, you can definitely get a cookie. Part of it, area for improvement. Even at Hema you get a cookie, but the coffee there is not as good...

It says it closes at 8:00 PM on the internet but when you get there at 7:35 PM it says they are closed? Very strange, I came there because of the times given on Google. They just want to clean up earlier and go home straight away.

Very bad experience which completely spoiled our coffee break!! Employees very rude! Didn't help at all with making the wrong choice, even though we indicated. So you couldn't enjoy a coffee for €47.00 at all!! Please don't go here, we were sorry we came across so many other nice coffee places!!

Perhaps one of the best quality coffee shop chains in the Netherlands.

The "nice and fast" was quite disappointing here. Ordered a filter coffee. That takes 6 minutes. OK. When I went to inquire after 10 minutes, I was told in an extremely unfriendly/arrogant manner that she had told me it would take 6 minutes!! Telling time is an art.

Ordered a latte caramel, I have never had one that was as tasty in Germany. The service was great, a friendly smile and a kind word. Tables were cleaned regularly during the 30 minutes of my visit, despite there being a lot of traffic

I recommend matcha latte. The brownies too!

Overall I think they provide a good coffee on the go. I wouldn’t particularly recommend sitting in there but the cappuccino tastes good to me.

We order two coffees and then we get a cup instead of cups, and we were told that there were no cups even though there were many cups there. No respect for customers we would never go back there.

The price/quantity ratio is way out of proportion. It's very expensive for how much you get. The quality, however, was good, but not so special that it justified the price. In addition, the tables are cleared and cleaned irregularly. Looks like a great place, but if you go there, be prepared to spend quite a bit for relatively average food/drink.

I was helped by a helpful and sweet woman! And very tasty iced coffee! My Iced Caramel Latte small was €4.7 because of the plastic cup. Otherwise €4.6.

The Coffee Company is prominently located in the Mall of the Netherlands. Seating is limited for such a big location. The cappuccino was fairly pricey but good. The cake was acceptable. Service friendly.

It was busy, but not annoyingly busy. However, our table and several tables were not clean and they were not cleaned during the 45 minutes we were there. The staff was working hard because of the crowds, but nevertheless the taste of our cappuccino and delicious cookie with coconut and chocolate was delicious!

Flat White is normally quite strong, I ordered 2, I got a very weak one, I asked for a new one and it was the same, looked like a latte macchiato. While I always get a much better (stronger) one at coffee company Amstelveen. Is it true that in the Westfield Mall the coffee specialties are less strong because the customers want that? I also had this same experience at Lot61 in Westfield. That would be bad marketing for the coffee image.

Coffee here is very good. Price is normal.

A good spot within the mall for a good quality coffee. Beware there is always queue. Otherwise a cozy corner to relax.

Maar vier sterren en niet vijf vanwege de prijzen. Net te duur voor wat je krijgt. De koffie is heel lekker. Het personeel is heel aardig. Ze nemen de tijd en leggen je graag de verschillende opties uit. Daarnaast doen ze ook hun best om je drankje goed klaar te maken. De sfeer is fijn, maar wel druk.

Heel fijn om even een lekker bakkie koffie te kunnen doen voor opening van de Mall. Het croissantje was vers en warm, maar wel een wat simpelere afbakvariant.

Hele leuke tent, hele aardige mensen en hele lekkere koffie! Kom er nu al best lang en het is altijd naar wens. Genoeg keuze voor iedereen, en de drankjes zijn van hoge kwaliteit. Grote aanrader dus!

Erg lekkere koffie maar het formaat van de small latte voor €4,20 is lachwekkend klein, prijs kwantiteit verhouding is ver te zoeken.

Leuke tent om even een koffietje te halen tijdens het shoppen. Goeie kwaliteit koffie en de matcha is ook altijd top. Ook het eten is altijd lekker en ze hebben ruime keuze voor vegetariërs/vegans. Personeel is altijd vriendelijk en kan je een leuk praatje mee maken als het rustig is. Al met al top!

Ik vind het een heerlijke plek om te genieten van een goede kop koffie en een lekker stukje gebak. De koffie is altijd vers en van goede kwaliteit. Er is een ruime keuze aan verschillende soorten koffie, zodat er voor ieder wat wils is. Ik ben zelf een groot fan van de cappuccino, maar ook de espresso en de latte macchiato zijn erg lekker. Het gebak is ook erg goed. Er is een ruime keuze aan verschillende soorten taarten, gebakjes en andere lekkernijen. Ik heb al veel verschillende dingen geprobeerd, en ik ben altijd tevreden geweest. Mijn favorieten zijn de carrot cake, de red velvet cake en de chocolate chip cookies. De bediening is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze weten goed wat ze verkopen en kunnen je goed adviseren. De Coffee Company is een fijne plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van een goede kop koffie en een lekker stukje gebak. Ik zou het zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een gezellige plek om te ontbijten, lunchen of gewoon even bij te komen. Ik kom hier altijd met plezier mijn caramel cappuccino halen! Vind de service van de medewerkers altijd zeer klantvriendelijk en service gericht. Ga zo door!

Wij komen vaak in de Mall en dachten we drinken bij de Cooffeecompany eens koffie.Veel personeel maar allemaal met elkaar praten of hangen.Mijn vrouw bestelde 2 capuchino. Ik zat aan een tafeltje te kijken.Het duurde lang om op te nemen en heel lang eer de capuchino klaar was.Ik wilde bijna zeggen laat maar. Wij namen allebei een slokje en de koffie was zeer lauw.Bah. Naar binnen gegooid en na 30 seconden stonden wij weer buiten .Nooit meer . Tip: leer de meisjes goed koffie zetten. Een klein melk kannetje gebruiken voor 2 capuchino en dan helemaal vol met melk . Kan de melk nooit goed warm worden. Bij 1 capuchino deed ze ook het melkkannetje helemaal vol en gooide daarna alle rest melk weg . Dure capuchino. Tip 2 :Zoek een goede bedrijfsleider.

Altijd heerlijke koffie, met een stukje bananenbrood (mijn favoriete bananenbrood).

Food and drinks are great, service is good... BUT just the place very dirty from time to time... I can only recommend take away....

Visited here 2 weeks ago and got the Strawberry Matcha Iced Latte (with almond milk) and the White Chocolate Matcha Latte (with oat milk) and it was SO good. Especially the White Chocolate Matcha Latte, I can't wait to visit and order and enjoy one again!!

De medewerkers leken meer geïnteresseerd in elkaar dan in de klanten. Smaak van de espresso was goed. De melk voor de cappuccino werd er zo ingemikt, niks barista style. Kon kennelijk niet uit porseleinen kopje, moest in plastic beker, jammer is dat.

Ich war bereits einige Male hier und freue mich jedesmal über den besten Kaffe überhaupt :) wirklich sehr sehr lecker!
