I automatically got an Americano when I ordered a regular coffee and it would have been nice to be reminded of the breakfast deal: for the same price I could have had something tasty with it

Had the most horrible experience here. I wanted to pay my drink with a Starbucks voucher I got from them for one free drink. The manager came up to me and started almost yelling at me where i got the card and when. I was frightened with my small children and quickly left.

On Sunday, July 27th, at 12:30 PM, I ordered a €3.90 combo deal. When I went to check out, it turned out the deal was only valid until 12:00 PM. The sign on the counter didn't say "until 12:00 PM." The manager came over and was adamant, wanting to accommodate me in any way. She kept saying it was an old deal and it was past 12:00 PM. The young woman then walked away. This is not customer loyalty or service. It's extremely rude to treat customers this way. I have no idea who trained her, but I'd give her another course in customer service.

I ordered pistachio square but inside cream was almond. When I told them, she said for me it doesn’t taste like almond!!! At the end front desk girl checked the recipe, and conformed there was almond flavour in it and offered me another cake. The bubble tea was also tasteless. Not as we expected from Starbucks

Very rude, unfriendly staff. Coffee deal, which I have ordered there many times, is suddenly valid until 12 noon. Which is not announced on that particular sign. And if this is the case, please mention it, that is the polite thing to do. I did not pay attention when paying, which is why I later saw that the full amount had been charged. I would sweep the staff clean. Rude louts!

Visited the Starbucks in Leidschendam at Westfield Mall today. While the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly despite it being busy (we got our drinks in under 5 minutes), the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The seating area in front of the shop is extremely uncomfortable; I highly recommend sitting inside near the cake display for a more enjoyable experience. I ordered a matcha latte and cappuccino, but unfortunately, the cappuccino lacked flavor, and the matcha donut was disappointing—it tasted terrible. While I appreciate the quick service and friendly staff, the quality of the food and drinks was underwhelming. If you’re looking for better coffee, I’d suggest heading to Ann & Max instead. 3 stars for the staff and ambiance, but the coffee and donuts are a miss.

Iced Matcha Lavender, Iced Lavender Latte and the Pistachiocake were really good. Loved it!

Got 2 chais at this location today. It was quite busy and messy. The counter with stirrers, cinnamon etc was a mess. The staff at the register was friendly, but the person making the drinks was super grumpy. She dumped the drinks on the counter. When I asked if it was with almond milk, she very rudely said yes. She didn't look at me and continued. So I'll go somewhere else next time. Because the chai taste was really hard to find. We decided to sit somewhere else and both threw away more than half of the drink, because it tasted worse and worse.

It also happens in other countries now in the Mall! Close the doors of Starkbuck! Boycott Israel by not giving them ammunition so they can't kill innocent children! This action would earn you a lot of credits!

The card machine didn’t work and had to use cash. Had only (and luckily) a note of 10€ and I couldn’t get my drink + cinnamon roll as I was missing 90cts in cash. You’d think that there would be an alternative with Tikkie or something similar, but the lady was just clear that « this is not my company ». Did not even accept to accomodate with a formula (my drink should have been smaller). Will not return.

Cash only, debit card was not possible. Furthermore, two hardworking people who did their best. The coffee at Starbucks is not really coffee as it should taste. But hey, better than nothing. The apple turnovers were okay. The butterscotch also gets a passing grade.

The various coffees and lunch were good, but what a mess! The tables are no longer cleared by the staff (shortage) after the previous visitors and apparently just wiping a hygienic cloth over the dirty tables is too much to ask. You don't even get plates with lunch or savory snacks. I have no idea if they would find all that acceptable at the management in the USA... (location: Westfield Mall of The Netherlands Leidschendam, visited 18-2-2024)

The waiting area is a bit too small, upstairs view is limited, it looks nice from the outside but kinda bellow average from the inside.

The team is very nice and friendly.

It wasn't really inviting to drink coffee here. The coffee itself was fine, but we wanted to sit outside in front of the shop. Unfortunately, there were still cups on tables that hadn't been sitting for a while. In addition, the benches and the back wall also looked quite dirty, which gave the impression that they hadn't been cleaned for a while.

Nice place for coffee (with something tasty), always friendly service at the cash register.

As usual it was busy. But there was still plenty of room upstairs. Unfortunately it was a bit messy. Also, not every staff member was motivated to take a tray with items. Maybe this was due to the crowds downstairs.

Dirty coffee in a paper cup, leave it after 2 sips. This doesn't make any sense. Never again!!!

Staff is terrible, guy with the tattooed arm was discussing his personal life with other staff member while he didn’t talked to costumers. Handed the coffee without saying anything or even looking at me. Just talking about the movie he saw in the cinema to the other colleague. Why is this guy still working here??

The coffee is super tasty... but remains expensive

I ordered a cappuccino, the beverage tasted weak and bitter: the milk was scalded and i believe it contained less than 1 shot of coffee. I do not recommend this cafe.

Ordered mango dragon fruit twice for take away. One came luggt pink (almost watery) the other bright red. Both in glasses instead take away cups. Turns out light pink was mostly water as they run out, the other strawberry! €cost: €10,90 for 2 wrong drinks!! Don’t go to this starbucks🤬

They don't speak Dutch and the prices are absurd.

No Dutch is spoken, they don't understand that. An iced coffee is old coffee with a whole container of ice cubes and not drinkable. For the price they ask, the quality is far below standard. The tables are sticky and are hardly cleaned. Massa is a cash register, but what rubbish they sell here. Other places in the mall are doing better.

Girl serving/making coffee with long hair doesn’t speak loud enough the names (no need to yell) kindly and politely asked if she could say the names louder and she starts laughing and making comments with her other colleague. Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly. Ask customers were complaining.

The coffee isn't even worthy of 1 star Ordered cappuccino with almond milk due to lactose intolerance. Received coffee smelled spoiled but drank it anyway because the taste was reasonable After 30 minutes stomach ache and super nauseous Probably spoiled almond milk. Because I saw her take the carton of almond milk, I am alert because cow's milk makes me very sick. But the coffee is really bad. Never come here again

Just want to be able to ask something in Dutch, not just asking questions when I ask something in Dutch.

Unfortunately... Very disappointing. Frapuccino without flavor. I ordered black bean coffee and get filter coffee. I then asked again for bean coffee and got it. my husband joined a little later and ordered lungo. He had to wait 10 minutes for this Table dirty. Seems to be a lot of staff but there is a lot of chaos instead of service.

The person behind the register doesn’t listen to the customers orders, have been receiving the wrong order multiple times. Getting whole milk while ordering oat. Receiving a venti while ordering a grande… no extra shots when ordered. Kinda lame to take orders if you can’t process them correctly.

Starbucks at the Mall of the Netherlands is a true gem! Their coffee is consistently amazing, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. A perfect place to relax and recharge.

No Dutch is spoken, the prices are far too high and the conviviality is hard to find. The tables are dirty and the floor also needed a broom and mop. A waste of my money. That was once but never again.

Aangesproken in het Engels door medewerkster die geen Engels en geen Nederlands kan spreken. Zelf geschakeld naar Engels maar kwam er niet uit en een bestelling van drie Frapuchinno's snapte ze niet. Ik heb de zaak verlaten. Bediening werd overgenomen door Nederlands sprekende medewerkster. Uiteindelijk terug gegaan. Koffie was heerlijk maar excuses konden er niet vanaf.

Normal bir starbucks şubesi. Dışarıdaki masalarda oturmak keyifli.

There was only one barista who made my drinks right and who was always friendly and helpful no matter what. Since her departure a few months ago all my orders have gone wrong and the atmosphere at the store has changed. Very cold and unfriendly baristas who don't know how to make a simple coffee.

Great location to enjoy the usual Starbucks offerings with an outside sitting arrangement to enjoy the sights and sounds of people milling around the mall. Also with a large indoor space if you prefer to catch-up on some work or meet-ups.

Door drukte vaak lange rijen. Bediening , vriendelijk en servicegericht, maar niet al te snel. Drankjes wel goed. Geduld hebben hier is het adagium.

Veel te weinig zitplekken om je hele dure (lekkere) koffie op te drinken

Was niet leuk ik vroeg een middel latte machiato, maar kreeg een grote aan de prijs van die grote natuurlijk. Ook de persoon die bij me was kreeg een groot product, lekker zo voor hen dubbele resette. Moet wel zeggen dat de koffie lekker was, wel hadden we ook elk een tosti en deze was helemaal niet lekker.

Good coffee and delicious desserts. As far as the service is concerned, I would like to emphasize that until the end of November a girl named Delfina served me and my friends. Very nice, smiling, kind and committed to work. Making sure that the client wants to return to this place.

Very small place for Starbucks, very crowded most of the time, have to wait for your favourite coffee for a long time.

De bestelde drankjes waren heerlijk, zoals altijd bij Starbucks. De efficiëntie waarmee de bestelling verwerk werd ontbrak. Het was niet duidelijk wanneer je bestelling klaar was, de bekers werden gewoon neergezet en de namen genoemd (zonder enig duidelijk hoorbaar volume)

Veel tafeltjes zijn vies. Maar je loopt wel snel naar buiten met een grote koffie.

While the location in the mall is quite grand the branch in its entirety is fairly average. The staff are normally very good and the service is fast however thier drinks and food are below the average Starbucks branch in my opinion. Warm and cold food items have been stale in our experience and not worth the premium prices. The seating areas are also quite cramped while on multiple occasions we have found many tables and seats to be quite dirty. There are a number of better places in the mall to have a great coffee at a lower price so cannot really recommend this Starbucks.
