It's a lovely place. We had Hot Choco and Chai Masala Latte, both of which were very enjoyable, and the presentation was beautiful. I can't comment on the food since we didn't eat anything. The view is beautiful and enjoyable.

Good coffee but not exceptional. But a good place if you’re passing by. Had a very decent cappuccino on a brisk Sunday morning.

A wonderful on Oosterdok, cosy place to chilax and have coffee. The ambiance was great and I really like the soft chill out music. I have flat white and I could tell that it was delicious. Whatever beans they are using seem premium quality. The place was tidy, staff was very welcoming and friendly. However, one loud customer was ruining the mood but it’s okay I guess there’s an always one everywhere any given time of the day lol. Apart from that, excellent service and overall great experience.

I’m always going to the OBA, and the girl that it’s working there in the mornings is the sweetiest person ever. The coffee is super good also

I had a delicious oat milk cappuccino; the friendly barista truly transformed it into a work of art. The cake and croissants were also delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant; you feel truly welcome and are seen for a pleasant chat.

The Coffee Company is a cozy, welcoming place to enjoy a drink or a meal. They have delicious coffee, and the hot chocolate is definitely worth trying. The staff is hardworking and friendly, and the service is fast. The new manager, Isa, is a big plus for the branch. The team makes you feel immediately welcome. It's quite pricey, and the food isn't anything special. But for a delicious cup of coffee, you should definitely stop in!

This coffee place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff are always friendly, making you feel right at home. It’s not only a spot for a great cup of coffee, but also a wonderful place to sit down and get some work done. The vibe is relaxed yet energizing, with nice music and a beautiful water view that makes it easy to focus while still enjoying the surroundings. Definitely one of my favorite places to spend time!

The made a mistake giving me a medium iced coffee instead of large. The fix was to just add more ice and change caps.

At 8:27, just 3 minutes before the official opening time (8:30), we have asked the waitress if we could have just a copy of the menu, so that we could make up our mind, if the Cafe would have had interesting beverages for us. Reply was: we are not yet open, we are still re-arranging tables and seats for the opening. What could have costed handing over a menu? 10 seconds of effort? Would have been even faster than explaining that the Cafe was still being made ready for the opening! Long story short: very unfriendly and not welcoming!

Ordered an iced matcha latte with coconut milk for takeaway at the counter. Received the order in less than 30 seconds, which was unusually fast. Thanked the person who served, left the place, and realized that they served me with oat milk instead. This is frustrating because, mine was the only order at the time—there weren't any other simultaneous orders to imagine room for confusion. So, based on the speed at which my order was served, I can't help but wonder if it was deliberate to clear up something that was pre-made. In any case, disappointing.

Terrible service. Never gonna go there again. I organise social gatherings. I brought a group of people (10-25 people) four times. Today was the last time. When I came first time I introduced myself and idea, initiated cooperation, asked If guys on the bar need anything. They needed their time to close an avenue, I moved time of event. They needed more space at the entrance, we made a space. Everything to cooperate and run things smoothly. Everything was alright, people on a bar friendly and helpful. Except of one person. Unfortunately, person that apparently is responsible for talking to clients and fixing things. When I brought the group third time, lady behind the bar (named Elizabeth) became moody and unpleasant in communication. I was there to cooperate, nothing happened between. In my personal opinion, it was all about her not being happy with higher amount of clients to handle. We went there 4th time, today. We stand outside, huge group of 4 people. Expected 15. Lady comes to me and ask if we can talk. There is a misunderstanding, she says that I need to book a group in advance through a phone. I am trying to explain my perspective, but I am constantly interrupted, and not even tried to be heard. She even suggested with offended expression that we should go to another place. By the way, there was more then enough of space outside for us to hang out. We didn't occupied any of inside space. What would be the reason for me not to bring the group straight 'from the street'? Is there a house rule threshold, or individual make up company rules based on personal feelings? Back to case. I tried to calmly explain my perspective, but cannot have a word, I am interrupted all the time. Finally I asked if she could stop talking over, and let me finish my sentence. Well, shots fired.. I heard "no". She kept talking. We left avenue. Madame, you are there to serve. Not to waste a company money. Not to be unreasonably toxic. Not to decide with your feelings who is worth enough serving to. Not to be lazy about handling extra 10 clients, someone pays you money for doing it. Finally, you are not in a position to talk to people this way. On a human level. I was nice, cooperative, open-minded, brought customers to company doors on repetitive basis. No more.

If you want a proper espresso drink and the people who understand how it should be made, this is the place for you. For the people who think the “service is poor” and the “people are rude” try talking to them about the right way to make coffee.

I had a regular cappuccino, nothing fancy. Was completely undrinkable, I can’t even point out what exactly was wrong. Poor roast? Expired beans? No idea. But it was the worst coffee I had in a while (even worse than office coffee machine and it says something). Also quite expensive, considering the quality

Worst iced latte I've ever tried. That's the only iced drink on the menu, it's super expensive (6.50 euros for medium) and contains 99% milk. The tiny bit of a coffee there, is also bad, tastes awful and has bitter aftertaste. Albert Heijn's 1.90 euro iced coffee is way better than this one, certainly not recommended! Terrible!

Ordered a strawberry iced matcha latte and it was sadly actually so bad. Literally just milk and a whole lotta ice, for 6,20 euros. Matcha was nonexistent and strawberry was playing hide and seek. Nowhere to be found. It just felt so scammy…

Great place to work. Internet is fast and reliable. It is a small place so not ideal to take calls but if you need to solo work, put ur headset on and work, this place is great. Kudos to the friendly staff and delicious coffee

This is the first time I went to a coffee shop and bought the packaged coffee beans, before even having a coffee there. The lady who helped me was great, went through the different coffees they have and explained it all to me.

The coffees are very delicious. I recommend the Frozen Cappuccino. There were a lot of people and they didn't come to clean the tables and we had to let them know.

I'm sure they a lot of nice coffee's, but DON'T go here for americano. Large is large, no complaints there... But the coffee is arguably some of the worst I've ever tried. Their version of americano is coffee from a big tank (I guess filter coffee that's a few hours old) with a shot of espresso. Not very nice. Other than that, it's a lovely place, nice staff, nice view and I wouldn't be surprised if their other coffee's aren't bad at all.

Literally a robbery at this cafe. When they give you your 'iced' drink, take out all the ice, and see that you didn't have an actual drink at all.

Setting fine but lousy service, presentation and lukewarm coffee. The latte in a cup on the table, nothing added, the cappucino did come with a saucer and spoon. And you pay 9.10 for that. Really a bad grade for the presentation and the lukewarm bake.

Expensive considering there's no service outside and if you buy coffee+ something to eat you have to do various trips and is quite annoying opening the door. If they save money from one worker at least put an automatic door. Not very convenient if you are with your luggage heading to Amsterdam central. The coffee is good though!

We practically opened this cafe one morning while waiting for our bus tour. The guy was so nice and patient with us, he let us in cuz it was cold and some customers came in as well. Coffee was really good as well as the banana cake and cookies. The place has nice ambience decor wise. Coffee was freshly ground and cakes were yummy and fresh. Thank you!

The coffee is solid and there is Oatly. Unfortunately, the staff can't keep up with the clean up and just doesn't have the charm, even though you look directly at the water and the decor itself is nice. We really liked the chai masala latte with oat milk. Pumpkin spice ne 4/5

Stopped here and their card machine was down and they don’t except cash, so I was unable to get what I wanted. Instead, I was given a free small coffee, which was amazing by the way. Great place and even better employees. Cannot wait to come back and try other items on the menu.

I am very happy with the coffee here. Guys definitely know their stuff. I tried all of the filter options within two days. Staff is very friendly. The vibe is very nice, good music, not to loud so you can focus on your work or chat. The only flaw was not enough of staff in lunch time, clearly due to breaks, so waiting time, even to order was way to long. In fact, if I would not know how good this coffee is (I was there day before) I wouldn't wait. I saw few people actually leaving. The girl was doing her best tho', there was simply to many customers with complicated orders.

Cafe near the museum's and Harbour front. Quirky seating and stylishly decorated. Masala Chai latte was made to perfection. Friendly staff and relaxing ambiance. I'd return in the future.

Excellent coffee shop! The barista is very well trained. One of the best cappuccinos I've had. I would be interested in trying their pour over next time as they have a wide variety of beans to choose from.

This is my go-to coffee spot in the area. I visited around 4 times during the week. I was able to work, read, and listen to music comfortably. The drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing inside and outside next to the water. I was not able to figure out how the staff decides when to bring the drink to you and when to leave it on the counter for you to come pick it up. It seems the choice is up to the individual employee.

Had to wait a long time just to get a regular coffee instead of filter coffee because the barista misheard, and didn't even want to admit his mistake. Disappointing service, much worse than on Amstelstation.

Nice cafe with good coffee, plenty of natural light, wifi, and plugs if needed. However, they seem to only be able to take and make one order at a time. So once someone orders coffee, you need to wait for them to finish making that order before they seem to be able to take another one. You’re left with a longer queue than needed, with customers unable to sit or relax until the previous orders are made. Otherwise a great cafe.

Prima maar ook heerlijke koffie met caffeïne. De verschillende bonen hebben verrassende smaken. Ik ging voor een decafé bakje en die was zuur in smaak én geur. Teleurstellend! Vooral omdat de prijs niet mals is. Vandaar drie sterren.

It was cold and windy out so we popped in to get a warm hot chocolate. Of course you can find hot chocolate all over Amsterdam, we just happened upon this place and went in. In their defense, it was delicious! Make sure to have hot chocolate somewhere while in the city.

Great coffee place with wifi, several newspapers and suitable for laptops with electricity by the window. One improvement could be to keep the frontdoor closed, we live in environmentally stressed times!

Tasty espresso, a little over-extracted maybe, but nice that they give you the chance to choose from several beans. Staff is super nice. Not too loud but a little messy.

Gezellige koffiebar met prima koffie. Maar omdat de medewerker alleen was, ging alles wel vrij traag. Het toilet was okay, maar het was dan ook bijna sluitingstijd toen ik er was (18:00).

Se detuvo porque el lugar se veía encantador con asientos en el interior y al aire libre. Desafortunadamente, el café estaba débil y aguado.

Ich hole mir dort morgens mein Kaffee und finde es dort sehr nett. Der Kaffee schmeckt gut und die Bedienung ist sehr nett und höflich. Den Filterkaffee finde ich persönlich mit einem Preis von 3,80 Euro ein bisschen teuer. Die Backwaren sehen dort sehr lecker aus. Macht weiter so :)

Zu lange Wartezeit die Bedienung komme leider nicht mehr hinter her und zu teuer für das was dort angeboten wird... empfehle ich nicht weiter
