Such a beautiful interior, beautifully and lavishly decorated in soft rose and gold tones! Super-friendly service and delicious food. Fast service too. Truly fantastic, we'll definitely be back tomorrow :-)

I visited Blushing Amsterdam and had mixed feelings. The knife had visible dirt on it and the glass was not clean either, so I only drank from the bottle. I ordered the Eggs Benedict New York Style for €17. The portion was very small for the price, and both the egg and the salmon tasted watery and were very cold. The food was okay, but for this quality it is definitely overpriced.

I go back to Blushing every time I’m in A’dam. Sometimes a bit of a wait but they find space. Good service and great food! Right across from the museums.

Portion is very small, dishes have very limited add-ons, coffee is also mediocre. The decorations and environment are quite cool but overall a bit overpriced. Personally would recommend the cafe inside the Van Gogh museum instead.

Please ask if you want white or brown bread. The white bread with the croquettes was too dry. The brown bread with the shakshuka was okay. The service was very attentive and friendly.

The cafe is really pretty. The museum closes at 9 a.m., so there's no place to get in early, so I just popped in. The coffee is delicious, and the atmosphere is nice.

It's a healthy restaurant, but it's also delicious. I think it's perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, perfect for museum reservations.

The food was great and delicious, but the portions were a bit small and the prices were a bit high. The ambiance was quite beautiful. Because it's so close to the Van Gogh Museum, it gets quite crowded. Plus, the restaurant is a bit small, so even if you're full, you don't feel comfortable sitting there for long because of the long queue outside.

Service is great, the waitress are lovely, however I was a bit disappointed with my açai bowl. The taste was not great and the portion was also small for 18 eur.

A really nice place. The apple pie is delicious, as is the cappuccino (one of the best I've had in Amsterdam). It's located right in front of the Van Gogh Museum, convenient for a pre-visit breakfast.

The food was very good, and we were served very quickly! Unfortunately, I hadn't even finished my orange juice when the waitress snatched it from my hands and ushered us out... and to top it off, the waitress didn't even say goodbye because we hadn't left a tip! I wouldn't recommend it after all.

Only come here if you’re not hungry, because the portions are extra small and extra expensive, so you’ll leave hungry. It’s not a 1-star review only because the coffee was good.

I went to this restaurant during my free time. Perhaps because it's close to the Van Gogh Museum, it was packed and I barely managed to get a seat. The food was a bit pricey. I can't remember the names, but it's one of the best places I've eaten in the Netherlands. The atmosphere is decent, and I highly recommend it.

Before going to the Van Gogh Museum with my child, I stopped by without any prior information to fill my stomach and recharge before the long walk. The horizontal bar and unique play equipment inspired my child's spirit of challenge, and we played, rested, and ate without getting bored. The restrooms were clean and immaculate, and the staff taking our orders were calm and friendly. Thank you~~

Gordon, are you going to have your staff learn Dutch? They can't speak Dutch in Amsterdam. It's just too difficult to communicate.

It's really close to Moca and the Van Gogh Museum! It's within walking distance. Arrived at 2 PM on a Friday and it was almost full. I was lucky enough to get a table. My favorite is the chicken skewers; they're reddish-brown and the sauce has a coconut flavor. The colorful shrimp cakes are also super fun.

I've been here three times during my trip to Amsterdam. The food is delicious and the interior is beautiful. It rained heavily on the first day, but I came here to drink ginger tea and escape the cold. The delicious breakfast and warm dinner were also wonderful.

The staff was very friendly and recommended us a Gordon's (smoked beef sandwich). We also ordered the authentic Dutch dish Bitterballen, which are fried beef meatballs. Overall, it was quite delicious.

We just had a very disappointing experience. The barista was visibly sick — even vomiting outside near the children’s play area — and then came back in to make our coffees while covered in sweat. It felt extremely unhygienic and unsafe. We left our drinks behind (around €20). The other staff members were kind, but not proactive. They didn’t control the situation and said they couldn’t help. Very unfortunate, would not go back.

Staff was argumentative, showing strange behaviour and in a way mocking. It was the rudest experience I've ever had Food very average and not fresh. Will not go back. Decor is lively but has seen its glory days. Music was too loud.

What a beautiful place! The decor is top-notch, beautifully done. It's really well thought out. The clever semi-open kitchen lets you peek in on what they're preparing. The service is fantastic, so professional, fun, and up for a laugh. I had a wonderful lunch here. I'd go out of my way for this; it's a shame to linger in the square when you can truly experience it here. The menu is so great that I considered taking it home. Of course, I didn't. Enjoy yourself here; it's worth every minute and every euro.

This place surprised me, in a positive way, of course. It's a cool, atmospheric place, and I really liked it. We were there for breakfast (8:00 AM) because it's very close to the museum, which opens at 9:00 AM. The service was very friendly, and everything was served quickly and efficiently. I had the shakshuka – a distinct harissa flavor, accompanied by delicate feta and fresh coriander. The brown bread and butter were also good. I also opted for the Earl Grey and was also surprised – a wonderful flavor, like bergamot combined with jasmine. The second course was an omelet with smoked salmon, avocado, and capers, wrapped in a wrap – a fantastic combination. We left immediately in a better mood after that good breakfast. I highly recommend it.

The orange juice was the best i've ever had; very pure. The egg's benedict was also delicious and a fantastic breakfast. However, do keep in mind that this place is expensive. I had breakfast with a cup of tea and a glass of orange juice and that was almost 30 euros.

They had extremely poor service, they messed up our order and spilled water on one of us and did not even feel sorry or apologize properly for all their mistakes.

I really liked the carrot cake, it wasn't too sweet and it was firm, but not dry with a delicious so creamy and still not too sweet cream. And yes, it was also a good and delicious coffee! The service was pleasant, although a bit abrupt... And the atmosphere was nice, but there were too many tourists around, which made me feel like I should leave soon so that new people could come.

Blatantly discriminatory and shockingly poor service. Despite many empty tables, our group of three was crammed into a two-seater. My dish sat at the counter for nearly 30 minutes while others were promptly served. I even saw a server pick it up, confirm which table, then put it back and serve others instead. This was the first time I’ve experienced such obvious racial discrimination. Absolutely not recommended.

We went at breakfast. On a sunday. The service was great. And the food and drinks we had were very good. Also the interior design is very nice. Absolutely to recommend!

The matcha latte was not good. Coffee not so good, but the lemon ginger shot was very refreshing. Overall the food was awesome! Especially the danish with cured salmon and avocado, super delicious. Sakshouka was wonderful. Staff was helpful too. Great ambience & wonderful wall paintings.

Yesterday, I stopped by Blushing Amsterdam's terrace for a delicious coffee and cake. It's a relaxed place and the staff is super friendly! Highly recommended if you've visited the museum and fancy a good cup of coffee in a pleasant atmosphere!

A restaurant just steps from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, a favorite destination for many Amsterdam visitors. Indoor and outdoor seating, snacks or salads, a few main courses, and excellent desserts. Given the proximity to the museums, reservations are recommended, otherwise you risk long waits. Fast service, sometimes awkwardly spaced tables, but a lovely atmosphere.

the food was DELICIOUS. I had the scrambled eggs and a caesar salad, both were amazing and nothing was left on the plate when I finished. the waitress was funny and charming and the food came very quickly. we went in as a group of 7 and not a single person had anything bad to say.

What a lovely surprise! Blushing turned out to be much more than just another casual spot. The interior is stylish and thoughtfully designed, with lots of charming little details — I especially loved the golden and pink bulldog statues scattered around. It really gives the place character and a playful, modern vibe. We ordered penne pasta with tomato sauce and chicken, and an avocado toast with scrambled eggs. Everything was fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. Their latte also deserves a special mention — served in a tall, faceted glass, it looked and tasted great. But what stood out most was the atmosphere. It felt calm, relaxed, and welcoming — no rush, no stress. Even though the place was busy, we never felt pressured to hurry or leave. The staff were kind and attentive, giving us space to enjoy our meal. A lovely spot for a cozy, delicious break in the city. I’d happily come back.

Highly not recommending this place. A simple order of coffee and scrambled eggs — the waiter quickly brought the meal first (coffee was still not ready) and it was an omelet. I asked to replace it as I ordered scrambled eggs — they replaced without question, so one point for that. The order came again in a minute and it was a disgusting cold eggs (you can see that the cheese didn’t even melt a bit, that’s how cold the eggs were!) with chopped tomatoes and splash of pesto and ruccola on it and cheese. Eggs looked like they just chopped my omelet in pieces. When I asked the waiter if the eggs were pre-cooked before I ordered them, she laughed at me and said no, the cooks are just very quick. The bread was cold and not toasted as well. I ate few pieces and sent the order away again. And they have charged me for this scrambled egg still. Never again and not recommending you to go.

There was a sticker in the tomato soup. We showed this to the staff. I find this very unhygienic, disgusting, and unprofessional. For that reason, we won’t be returning.
