Quiet and nice place to study while sipping a coffee

Rude staff. They have tables where you can sit to work but there is no WiFi because they don't want to encourage anyone to work there? I politely asked before I came in if I could work there, then they said yes, I order something and then it turns out that I can't work there, but actually I'd rather not be allowed to work there?! Grim atmosphere, no welcoming vibe. Wouldn't go there again anytime soon.

Worst service ive ever had. Took them more than 20 min to make my order, they lost the cup that I gave them and then made the wrong order twice. When i asked them to make my order right they gave me an attitude and charged me even more. Never have experienced service to be this terrible before, would not reccommend anyone to go here if you dont want to pay 10 bucks to still end up with a wrong order.....:(

Tasty coffee. But the service is really awful. If you are facing a male staff with glasses, then you need to be prepared for rudeness and racial treatment. Give one star for unprofessional service and horrible treatment.

The coffe is really tasty but the service was not nice. They were talking between them and ignoring me for 5minutes, then after asking me what did I want lt took anorher 5min till they stop again talking and started to prepare the coffe

Coffee is fine,but they need to work on their service. Workers just chatting between themselves and forgetting what I just have ordered. Plus, I don't understand why they serve coffee in paper cups if I am staying to drink it there. Such a waste.

Good coffee for a reasonable price. They have a discount card which is good for regulars and are conveniently located for students

Coffee's always excellent, though the seating arrangement and the environment is way too loud and crowded.

A nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee, also suitable for a meeting with friends or colleagues in an informal environment. Usual crowd there are students and professors of the Maastricht university.

Nice food and drinks. Lots of Uni students. Reasonable prices and staff are pleasant. Try speaking Dutch as they don't all speak English contrary to what people told me.

Ben je student? Laat deze parel in het Student Service Center dan zeker niet schieten. Om even met je medestudenten een kop koffie te pakken, te lunchen of jezelf na een heftige les te goed te doen aan een lekker stuk cheesecake met verwenkoffie.

Ordered cappuccino and there was only milk and almost no shot of coffee . Tasty still, but this is not cappuccino and even latte.

Great variety of drinks and desserts as well as a couple of healthy and ready-made snacks. A tad on the expensive side, especially in the case of food. Location is great, vibe is relaxed and promotes both studying and socializing. Overall great choice for quality coffee and a cozy hangout.

Great coffee, friendly staff. Just try not to go around 13:00 or 15:30 as this is when it's busiest.

De beste koffie van Maastricht, en lekker dicht bij de universiteit. Perfect voor studenten die wat extra caffeine kunnen gebruiken. Wel vrij prijzig (voor een studenten budget dan)

The less busy branche of this typical Maastricht chain. Good quality gourmet coffee much much better then Starbucks at around same price.

Really tasty coffee, but can get full quickly around exam time.
