Watch out for this coffee shop people quality of product is mostly good especially teddy pops gummies but in my personal experience if you will speak English at the counter they are likely to give you less product I believe scale is hidden under the counter so you can't see it for example if I buy 1g I will likely get 0,8 even 0,7 and with the plant stick as well I have been there several times this year at this happens often to me and my foreign friend that goes there but all my Duch friends never had such problem there as far as I know so Iam not sure why but still I would recommend different coffee shop with visible scale.

After not having been to a coffeeshop in 21 years, I finally went to Hi/Lo again. What an experience! Super nice people who really took the time to give advice. Since I don't smoke myself, I opted for edibles and was recommended the Tiddypops candies — truly incredibly delicious 😄 And intense? Definitely, but intensely good! Everything felt relaxed and welcoming. Huge compliments to the shop, highly recommended.

The staff is really friendly and attentive to customers. The only flaw is that you can't see the actual weight of what you buy, but above all, lately the Dutch Dragon has been dry.

We enjoyed our visit to this place and we were very well received. When we return to the area, we will come back.

Recently, I got some edibles, bears. They were spoiled, left out of the fridge too long. They didn't have any effect anymore. A shame, because they're good. I won't go there anymore; I have a better place. And I don't think this is professional. People will definitely report it to them. I also got a kush joint once. It was sold out. So I asked for another, but they're only allowed in pairs. I didn't. I wanted one for the road. It was the first time in 22 years that I couldn't buy a joint at a coffeeshop.

2 expensive, quality is mediocre. For 25 euros a gram i expect it to be perfect, that was 12,50 weed sold for 100% more, and if they pay like 5 euros buy in then there profiting 20 euro off every gram. Thats a rippoff.

Pretty much as you would expect from any store. Polite, straight to the point. At least the people there were very kind and patient. Oh and I'm writing this while high so, take that as you will.

I bought Dutch Dragon Haze, but the quality is poor. It's dark, looked solid, but it's dry. I rolled a pure joint, but it won't light. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

Check the bag of weed they give you, realized I got scammed after I got home seeing barely a quarter gram after paying 10 euros. Probably why they dont show how much they put on the scale

If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. I came from very far away to get some weed here. The seller looked angry from the start. He didn’t ask the girls in front of me—who looked about 15—for their IDs, but he asked me, even though I’m a well-built 30-year-old guy with a long beard

I shopped there for a long time until I received a suspiciously small amount of flower. I checked it on my home scale and realized I'd been scammed. At least now I know why the scale display isn't visible to the customers.

We bought 4 joints for 10 euros. I know It's cheap but they smell and taste awful, we smoked one and threw the rest away. Never again.

If you charge 9 euros for White Widow, I'll walk right out the door. The place looks clean, but the prices are sky-high. This is coming from a guy in Brabant, where we have state-grown weed and you can get Cali strains for 6 euros.

Great shop where you'll always receive friendly service. Reasonable prices. However, they do have a strict parking policy. So make sure you park your car properly and turn off the engine. Parking in front of the door is free and tolerated for a maximum of 10 minutes.

I've been going here for a while. Till I noticed that I don't get what I pay for. I order 3 grams. Multiple times it was 2.8 or just 2.9 grams. Tried 3 times same results. Spoke to security and managers, they said they fixed it, but a week later still 0.1 less than What you order. You can't see when they weigh it either. Ps. Their only good weed was the candy kush, but I think they changed it. They removed the Gelato from the menu, and sell the Gelato as candy kush. 12 euro / gram VS 15 euro.

The weed is alright, you'll find your basic strains here. But the issue was with the pre rolls. Literally zero weed. Full tabbacco

I can't speak for every strain but I got Candy kush and White shark, they could burn better but the strength is definitely there which I appreciate because most other shops around utrecht right now are really lacking in strong bud thats not just haze. I'll definitely be back 👍🏻

If you buy pre-rolls you will be scammed, I bought a 5€ pre-roll, It was supposed to be a more "premium" strain, I didn't feel any weed in there, it was pure tobbacco, If there was any weed, there should've been so little that I couldn't feel it

Easy to drive from, but that's about it! Came here regularly, but nowadays it's actually only farm boys in Amsterdam. Then you notice that the differences in quality and price are enormous. A good shop in Utrecht is long gone.

The store, people, and the cat are nice but this "weed" (really just tobacco) isn't at all. Threw it all away...

If you want to buy weed here, take a scale with you. You cannot watch and if you weigh at home you are already too late. Crazy amounts of a dime to two euros shortfall is therefore very likely. If you talk to them about it, they will show you the door. I will never come here again and I also advise against it to anyone who comes there often.

Too mediocre youngsters for such a big city. Should have more and better quality for a better price. In Gouda, for example, they only have 3 shops, but in general 2 already supply 10 more varieties and the quality is slightly higher on average. The quality in Gouda is also consistent. This shop does not change weeds in color and smell, but the name remains the same. Better inspect your purchase

Average, but consistent. They have very little different strains, but it is not the worst quality. The bud doesn't contain much terpenes but will get you properly high. Don't expect much help or depth from the employees, but they are low-key, chill and friendly. I've overheard at least one person say they don't personally smoke weed, which makes them informing you very lacking. There is a nice white cat that often chills in there, so it's worth the visit if you are in the neighborhood.

I recommend this place. A major advantage is that all types of cannabis offered are always of the same quality. This means there are no unpleasant surprises regarding quality. I personally recommend G13 (good tasting haze) or Amnesia.
