The food is really good. The staff has become increasingly friendly over the years. I've ben there frequently recently and they're all extremely friendly. Just don't go if you're in a hurry :) but I'd recommend it.

The store itself is quite an eye-catcher, very charming and colorful. We were in the mall and spontaneously decided to eat here because of the nice selection of clearly labeled vegan dishes on the menu. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly and fast.

The service is very bad. They didn't clean the table until we asked. The salad was old, like it was made two days ago. The food was not salted and not cooked. I don't recommend coming here.

A bit underwhelming experience. The food was not bad, but also not very good - quint unauthentic. I think it’s nice to see a mainstream Arabic food concept, but it seemed to be plates of a bit too much pre-fab food.

The food is very tasty, I have eaten there every time I come to Utrecht. I gave service and atmosphere 4 stars because I think they go together. And even though the service tries their best, it still feels like you are being forgotten because everything takes quite a long time.

On the first date with my (ex) girlfriend we came by here and sat down, since then we have come back here more often and have fond memories of the nice atmosphere, great employees and fast service. I definitely want to come back more often, and it is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to have a drink or eat in a very positive environment in the shopping center.

I visited this restaurant with my wife and found a hair in my falafel. Very distasteful and absolutely unacceptable. What made it worse: no one apologized or tried to make amends. No effort was made at all to accommodate us. Hygiene and customer friendliness do not seem to be a priority here. We won't be back.

Underwhelming. The staff were super friendly, which was definitely a plus, but unfortunately that’s where the highlights ended for me. The portions were really small, especially considering the prices, and overall felt like poor value for money. Taste-wise, it didn’t quite hit the mark either. The flavors were a bit bland, and honestly, it didn’t feel very authentic. I’ve had proper Lebanese food before, and this just didn’t have that same depth or freshness. If you’re looking for something truly Lebanese, this probably isn’t it. All in all, nice service but the food and pricing just didn’t live up to expectations.

I will not go back again even if it is free because the food has no taste or smell. The chicken grills were not cooked or smelled of charcoal, and the kofta had a disturbing color. We lived in Lebanon and know Lebanese food. To be honest, I was shocked by the small quantities and the food had no smell. It felt like the grills were made with an electric fryer. I paid and did not finish eating, and my companion took a shish tawook sandwich. God help her. I am sorry for the comment, but This is the truth, not to mention that the food is delayed as long as it is cooked on charcoal. I swear it is a mockery. I ordered a tabbouleh that was old and felt like it was two days old. I returned it and told the waitress to put it away. When I wanted to pay, she was surprised that they had added it even though I had not eaten from it. I insisted that she remove it from the bill. The last thing she went, she asked the official and he blushed and removed it from the bill, but the rest was charged. My advice was to change the chef, and this is a true testimony. Please do not delete the comment

Not good and no salt in meat, not your kofta

We booked a table in advance, arrived at 18:25, made an order at 18:50, said that we are in Ramadan (fasting) and that please quickly bring soup and water and dates, we waited all this for about 25 minutes For a very long time. Service not very good The food was delicious but the portions were small. Didn't like it, weren't satisfied.

The experience at this restaurant is continually getting worse. The food was lukewarm, the couscous warmed up in the microwave. The table was dirty and was only wiped when requested.

We have go there few times, we like the food but not the desserts 😆 we find them too sweet. But we enjoy the place all right.

Delicious food, ideal if you still have to travel by train and really want to eat out and don't want 'fast food'.

Food was quite mediocre and bland in taste. Took over 45 minutes for the order to arrive. Had a stomach ache for the rest of the evening. Bad experience unfortunately.

Sitting outside is a bit lacking in atmosphere. The food is served quickly and courteously, but it's lukewarm or almost cold. The rice bowl with falafel and tomato has two falafel balls, even though it's supposed to be a main course. The amount is too small for a main course. Very tasty, though. The Aperol Spritz is served in a glass that's too small and still costs €9.

Food was oke, but the portions were very small for the price. I understand the location might be expensive, but the amount of food served was not great. Also a first for me in the Netherlands: when paying you are asked for a tip in US style on the terminal. I hope this doesn't get a trend here, as we don't have the problem of underpaid employees here and it's just ridiculous.

Nice setting and fast service (it’s was not busy when I ordered at noon). I ordered the lambkofta wrap for lunch. The wrap was accompanied by a fresh and tasty salad and some hummus which was ok. The wrap itself was bad. It was unevenly cooked. About half of it was quite thick and raw. I did not finish it. Hopefully I won’t get sick and hopefully the kitchen will learn from it and improve the quality.

We used to come here alot pre 2020. We came back here for our mothers birthday, only to find they didn't have lamb cutlets any more the only form of lamb was mince or kofta. So our mother ordered the mixed grill, the lamb kofta was rubbery and to salty, chickenpieces good, wings looked dry/overdone. My lentil soup was delicious but on the cold side. Pitas looked store bought. Rice with vermicelli was delicious. It got cold quickly. Maybe it had to wait for the rest, because there was only 1 chef. We had a friendly waitress, whose shift finished soon after our starters where served. And seeing how the manager was talking to the staff and coughing constantly around and in her hands without washing, before serving ppl or storting out the clean cutlery. We feared service would go down, and it did. She wrote nothing down, and so missed an extra tea, we ended up timing someone else who was only there to clear the basically empty restaurant. Maybe time to half the restaurant space for more oversight. Hope they manage to regain their former glory.

I will never go to this restaurant again We were two people, we waited a long time until the waitress came to take our orders, then we waited about 40 minutes until they served us our food. We were really surprised by the appearance of the food. I was not accustomed to this presentation, nor these quantities, nor this taste in Lebanese restaurants The grill is served with rice. The amount of rice is very small, approximately 4 tablespoons, and the kebab (greasy and not tasty). You have to ask for additional bread, which is non-Lebanese and unappetizing, and is not compatible with grilled meats or Lebanese food The casserole dish was a shock, as shown in the picture. Two small dishes, not enough to satisfy even one person. The taste of the couscous was very strange, I could not eat it, and I had to replace it with rice, but unfortunately the rice was worse, and it is clear that they reheated it in the microwave, so it was cold and not fresh. Next to it was a small bowl containing 4 or 5 small pieces of chicken with very little vegetables and broth, and that was also cold. The cucumber yogurt was cucumber with maybe cream cheese mixed with water or maybe something else, but it wasn't yogurt The spicy potatoes were neither fresh nor hot The quantity of the meal in general is not proportional to the price at all This was my last time in this restaurant

I had to wait a very long time to get food and if you ask for something extra, you come to them very late after walking a few times, the portions are super small, the combination price and quantities are not correct, super expensive for that small portion...I think it's not a nice experience

Vreselijk lang gewacht op ons eten (50 minuten), met ons zoontje van 2 jaar was dat veel te lang voor de “gezelligheid”. Bediening was wel vriendelijk, het eten was lekker maar was voorheen veel lekkerder gegeten. Voor ons geen herhaling en zeker niet met onze kleine vriend.

First of all, a beautiful location. The food also looks delicious at first glance. The tea, lemonade and hot chocolate drinks were a nice addition. They could clean better, it was quite dirty everywhere. We waited over 1 hour for our food. The food was bland and the meat was very dry. Not worth repeating for us.

Don't ever come to this restaurant!! We waited for more than 1 hour and no food coming!! We ordered from the table qr code that they prepared in every table since the waiter is so busy, but they complained that we should not order direct from qr code and order to the waiter instead??!! Why should they put the direct order qr code on the table???!! We asked for refund because we paid already our order since we ordered through qr code, and they asked us to email to their finance to get our money back!! Never ever going back to this super poorly bad service restaurant!!!

I've had a good meal here before. Pretty good Today was ridiculously bad. Lettuce three days old, limp, half-decayed tomatoes. Lukewarm white wine. Dry lamb kofte . Cold rice. Endless waiting.40 minutes. Staff who say: I'll be right there, my colleague will be right there. The food!!! It's like eating leftovers that are already three days old. That is not the fault of the staff. Then an owner is doing something wrong. If you have too few staff or not good enough, you should receive fewer guests instead of making your guests pay for poor service and quality. I will never come back. Too bad it was a nice thing

Very underwhelming 'dining' experience. My chicken / olive 'tajine' effectively was a bowl of tasteless under-seasoned chicken soup with dried-out chicken en 2.3 olives. My partner had the house-special: grilled salmon. Too bad: over-cooked dry salmon. Perhaps it was the monday, but this experience does not pay tribute to the fine lebanese cuisine.

We eat regularly at this restaurant but unfortunately today our experience with the food quality and quantity was not the best. In the mixed grill they now serve chicken wings instead of chicken kebab. 3 tiny dry wings reheated often. They used to serve a one full skewer of chicken tawook with this meal and now we got 3 pieces. The garlic sauce is not as usual. The waiting time was for about an hour which usually is a good thing but unfortunately the chicken wraps plates are prepared and the chicken wings are prepared chicken wings prepared. It just make the quality bad unfortunately. We loved the place and now it is time to find another unfortunately.

Already eaten a few times. Food is delicious! You have to order yourself via a QR code, so before the service shows up you are asked how much tip you want to give, which I find strange. But, the food makes up for everything and I'd love to come back.

Bring your own drinks, a coke and an apple juice took 31 minutes to serve after asking 3 times. Waiters walk back and forth dozens of times with the same dish. Left after waiting more than an hour without eating.

Had the burger. It was okay, nothing special. Drink took a bit long despite it not being all too crowded.

Was on a Saturday eve. t is not worth a second time. Hamburger was ok. Batata were spicy with was good but cold. By the time i got a second hot serving of babata i was done with the burger. Juice Amber was good. The rice dishe was good but light comparing to the price 22 euros .u would have expected more. The tea was not to our taste when we are used to Maghreb tea. The personel our waiter was friendly. The decor was really nice it really make u travel Too bad restaurant is located in a mallcenter. It is not appropriate to invalids you have to use the stairs and go downstairs. The two more good things menus is big enough to please every one and you can share dishes and u dont here the kitchen people.

A Disappointing Experience We visited the restaurant around 3 PM, and although it was almost empty, we were seated at a table right in the middle of the walkway where servers constantly passed by. We ordered a mezze plate for two, which cost approximately €25. What we received was a single plate with little portions of mezze piled together, presented in a very careless manner. The accompanying pita bread was another disappointment: cold, stale, tasteless, and small. For two people, they served just two small pieces of pita. Initially, I thought it wouldn’t be enough, but the bread was so unappetizing that neither of us could finish it. None of the candles on the tables were lit, which caught my attention. We wanted to light the candle on our table, but only after asking a second waiter did our request get fulfilled. After the mezze was served, no cutlery or napkins were brought to the table. We had to take these from a neighboring table ourselves. The waitstaff were completely inattentive, avoiding eye contact as if trying to avoid providing any service. The cleanliness of the restaurant was another major issue. The floors were dirty, littered with bits of food, bread crumbs, and tissue paper. The staircase leading to the restroom was especially filthy, covered with food debris. When I went to the restroom, I found two toilets, one of which had a broken seat. I had to switch to the other one. Although the walls and decor were well-maintained, the general lack of cleanliness and care made the restaurant feel neglected. The staff, from the waiters to the kitchen team, seemed inexperienced and unprofessional, mostly composed of young, student-like individuals. In such a central and important location, one would expect a well-run kitchen, but the meals were clearly pre-prepared without much effort. Paying over €33 for such an experience, including drinks, was truly disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not a place we would consider returning to.

You sit here for a long time and not for fun. It took an hour for our starter to come out of the kitchen. We then had to trick the servers 3 times to get the main course. We got it again an hour later. The food wasn't bad, but that's about it. If you're in the area, there are plenty of alternatives. Not recommended.

Used to have a much better experience at this restaurant. Portions are too small, though quality is okay. The food is definitely overpriced. Service is abysmal. Ordering exclusively via QR code and waiters rarely show up to clean tables, etc.

A nice location in itself, the quality of the food is good. Quantity for the price is sufficient. However, there is room for improvement in the service, the waiting times are long, there is 1 person who has to serve everything for 1 part of the restaurant. He tried hard and was friendly, compliments for that, the rest of the staff who brought the dishes could learn something from this, couldn't even help but smile. Worth repeating? I think so, if the staff or service improves.

the food was nice, but some dishes that were supposed to be warm were served cold, and some of our dishes were forgotten only after we asked for them twice did we get them. i constantly had to go up to the staff to ask if we could order food, drinks and if we could pay as they were almost no where to be seen when we needed them. you supposedly could order through a QR code but it did not seem to work on all our phones. all these things kinda ruined the whole experience, which was a bummer because the food was nice.

Not really recommended with respect to food taste and quality of service

Ate Lebanese food for the first time and certainly not for the last! Well-prepared meat and fresh by-products. Also try the homemade lemonade, delicious! You can order via an app or simply with the staff. You can pay by card or cash.

Normaal gesproken redelijke matige porties. Wel op smaak. Maar nu een kipsalade meegenomen. Wat een drama €15 betaald voor een bakje van 20x10 cm en 2 cm hoog met 2 slablaadjes en 1/4 in stukjes gesneden kipfilet. Echt een domper. Dus nooit meer hier naar toe. Jammer.

Bad, we ordered tajin and shish tabuk. It was on the table within 1 second, I don't know how many days it had already been made... after the main courses they brought the starters and only at the end the drinks... no sense. And we have stomach aches all evening... It should be forbidden to give food like that...

I recently tried Shish Tawook, and unfortunately , it didn't taste like authentic Shish Tawook at all. It wasn't grilled. and the flavor was very disappointing. As someone familiar with Arabic cuisine , I know how it should taste , and this experience was far from it. Definitely wont be trying it again.

Fui a este restaurante a mitad de semana para un almuerzo solo. No decepcionó, el restaurante está muy bien decorado con un montón de ollas libanesas y Trajano. Estaba bastante lleno con mucha gente almorzando. El personal era muy amable y muy servicial. La comida era increíble, me gustó mucho mi comida y la experiencia general. Definitivamente volveré.

Lebanese restaurant. Lots of different dishes that all look good.

Had lunch here today and it was terrible! We came in and were seated. We then waited 20 minutes for the menu. No one came to us, as if we had been forgotten. We then grabbed the menu at the cash register ourselves. After waiting another 20 minutes, no one came to us again and we had to get up ourselves to call someone and give our order. Finally we got a woman who took our order with an attitude…. Not friendly at all. Very bad experience. Finally after waiting 30 minutes our food arrived and you wouldn't guess it my food was cold... back to the kitchen. Flavors were ok, but they really need to improve their serving skills, because I have never had a tagine like this... I was really in shock. Anyway, I don't recommend this tent.

This place is all about the looks. Beautiful decoration and food presentation. Service is poor and so was the food, it too salty and acidic. It is not well balanced. I order a mezzel platter as the main dish which included only one piece of falafek was there Overall, disappointing. Not recommended

I loved the exotic experience in this restaurant. Rich in beautiful middle-eastern culture decoration. Good service, yummy food, great items for sale and a lovely relaxing atmosphere.
