The food was good. Only the atmosphere was dull and the service was hasty.

Cozy dining spot, delicious food. We had Moroccan tea, harira soup, and the veal tagine for the main course. We'll definitely be back next time.

Nice atmosphere, always some music playing. The food is delicious, with everything from Moroccan cuisine. I especially recommend breakfast. The staff is friendly and do a good job.

I had a wonderful breakfast. The somewhat mature man, Simo, was incredibly friendly and hospitable. A cozy place. All in all, I also enjoyed the cup of briwats I brought with me. I will definitely come back here again, either on my own or with friends.

I ordered here and was charged extra for something I hadn't even requested because I expected it to be on the house. It turned out they didn't understand me, but you shouldn't blame us for that. Furthermore, the quality of the food was very disappointing, certainly not what you'd expect for this price. What bothered me most was the unfriendly attitude of an employee who didn't speak Dutch and was very rude. This ruined the whole experience. The other employees were polite and helpful, so I hope management takes this seriously and takes appropriate action.

Top place for breakfast and lunch

Chhiwat Bladi provided a delicious lunch for our business meeting. Warm Moroccan snacks, delicious smoothies, and the icing on the cake: sweet almond cookies. They thought of everything! Everything was delivered fresh and hot. Because we were in a bit of a hurry, they were kind enough to help us with the serving. Excellent service!

I was here a few years ago, and the food was high-quality. That's why I returned with high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience this time was completely different. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly... it tasted too dry, wasn't very authentic, and I had stomach problems afterward. The presentation and preparation were also below what you'd expect from a restaurant 👎 Furthermore, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed uncomfortable, making you feel unwelcome as a guest. There seems to be little emphasis on hospitality and openness, which directly impacts the atmosphere, but as for Palestinian support, I'd rate the atmosphere at 3 out of 10. I strongly suspect that cuts are being made on both staff and kitchen quality, and that's reflected in the overall experience, as hardly anyone understands Dutch. It's a shame to see a restaurant that once had a good reputation decline so much in quality. Hopefully, this will be taken seriously and investments will be made soon in improving kitchen standards and customer service.

I'd like to post a review after we tried lunch for the first time at Chiwat Bladi Lunch & Grill in Osdorp. Upon arrival, the welcome wasn't exactly friendly. After receiving the menu, the prices were very reasonable for the location. It took 15 minutes for a panini with chicken (spicy) and tuna (homemade, as stated on the menu) to be ready. These were very disappointing; they didn't taste homemade at all, more like old and dry, and the rolls were very dry and tasteless. I even had to sprinkle salt on them to taste the chicken and tuna. I found the music in the restaurant very distracting; it was just belly dance music, while I just wanted to sit and eat in peace. When I paid, there was hardly any contact; I only got €14 and then not even a "See you later." First and last time. Such a shame.

Business complaint (regarding the restaurant itself) Dear Sir/Madam, My family and I recently had breakfast at Chhiwat Bladi Broodjes en Grill. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations. The bread was dry and seemed to have been reused from other baskets. The fried eggs were of poor quality and tough. The Moroccan tea was also not as expected and tasted more like a soft drink than traditional tea. Furthermore, my daughter was charged €1 for only seven olives, which was very disappointing. We had hoped for a pleasant experience, but were disappointed with the quality of the food and service. I hope you will take this feedback to heart and make the necessary improvements. Unfortunately, it wasn't a success today. My sister ordered a blueberry mocktail and it was served with ants. I suspect the mint and berries weren't washed. Luckily, she noticed this in time, before taking a sip. After pointing this out, she received a new mocktail, no ants in the drink, which was great! However, the lemon garnish had several bugs in it. Besides being incredibly disgusting and unhygienic, it's also amateurish to serve a drink with bugs for the second time. After initially receiving the wrong panini, I was served a cold one. The cheese hadn't melted and the tuna was still ice cold. The waitress apologized for this several times and explained that the regular staff were on vacation, making the kitchen chaotic. To the owner of this business, I'd like to say: make sure you can offer your customers quality food, or close your business for the holidays. It's ridiculous that mistakes like this can happen and this is why we will never come back here again.

Very good address at the top of the top

Bad experience. I called and was told my sandwich would be ready in 10 minutes. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes, while another customer who ordered after me got their food first. No explanation, no apology. Poor service. They should have just left adult staff there instead of little boys.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews myself. But this one just had to be said. I stopped by for breakfast today because it was on my route. Believe it or not, after ordering a Beldi breakfast, it was already on the table before I'd even washed my hands in the restroom. Super-fast, excellent service. I have to say, I'll definitely be stopping here more often!

The server doesn't look at you. Order was wrong twice. The panini bread wasn't cooked through. The portions were meager. The msemen chicken had less than 50 grams of chicken. I won't be coming back here again.

You order on the phone for take away, they give you incorrect order, you come home and find out completely different order than what you wanted. You call back and they can't help you in any way. Boss is on vacation, they can't deliver the new food so that's it. We asked them to refund the money for the wrong order and they didnt even want to do that. So day light robbery it is then!

Since the new staff arrived, things have really gone downhill. I almost never get what I order, and then I wonder if they don't get it, or if they're just doing it on purpose? The food itself has also become truly tasteless. I used to come here quite often, and the food was always excellent. The staff was also very different from now, but now I'm getting annoyed. Seriously. Just go to our village a few hundred meters away. I hope for tastier food and normal service.

Child-friendly place, and good prices

Food is very tasty here. I was a regular customer. but recently they changed 🍟 fries to lower quality which is not good. it seems they changed vendor or something.

Ate here twice as a team. The last time was 6 years ago. Then again recently. Between then and now the restaurant has been renovated. Where the kitchen is now, we sat as a team 6 years ago. For a quiet day it was still busy. Staff is polite. Too bad my group got tea with sugar while they wanted it without sugar. Sandwiches were tasty. Often a fly flew by which was annoying. What is also annoying is that when it is busy you can't hear the conversation with your group. I had to nod yes to what the team members told me. Tent where the panini sandwiches are tasty. With sauce on the side. Tea was fine.

For a brief moment, I forgot I was in the Netherlands. This Moroccan atmosphere was amazing. The food was also excellent, and the waitress was very friendly. The price/performance ratio is also top-notch. We were here for breakfast. There was everything you'd expect from a typical Moroccan breakfast: msemmen, harcha, amlou, olives, mint tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, and much more.

This is the last place you could go to break your fast. It's definitely not a recommended place. The service is terrible, as is the food. I don't recommend this place to spend a good Ramadan afternoon.

Rarely have I eaten so badly. The coke (a vague brand) didn't taste like anything. The chebikia was rock hard! Nearly broke my teeth. And no honey at all on the chebikia. The tagine meat but also the tagine chicken had way too much sauce, way too much salt! Drank liters of water. In addition, they are not Moroccans. They are Syrians. I read all kinds of reviews about how great people thought the food was. Have the people who ate there never eaten at a Moroccan restaurant run by Moroccans? This was really bad. Next time I will go to Ons Dorpje, Marhaba, Royal Med or Biladi.

Zelden zo slecht gegeten. De cola (een vaag merk) smaakte nergens naar. De chebikia was keihard! Brak bijna mijn tanden. En totaal geen honing over de chebikia. De tajine vlees maar ook de tajine kip had veel te veel saus, veel te veel zout! Liters water gedronken. Daarbij komt, het zijn geen Marokkanen. Het zijn Syriërs. Ik lees allerlei recensies hoe geweldig men het eten vond. Hebben de mensen die daar aten dan nog nooit bij een Marokkaans restaurant gegeten gerund door Marokkanen? Dit was echt slecht. Volgende keer ga ik naar Ons Dorpje, Marhaba, Royal Med of Biladi.

I consider myself a regular client. I started coming here a couple of years back. We usually come for breakfast. Once in a while for lunch or dinner. I used to be a chef and with that as my background I am always very critic and I hardly can find anything negative to write. The food quality is really good and the service is great and very helpful and friendly. I always recommend all my friends to visit this place and try the food. And the price is more than reasonable .

Delicious Moroccan lunch. Price quality is excellent. The location looks cozy, just like the dishes. Limited places inside and there is also a terrace. Parking is available nearby and on Sundays it is free. Payment can be made in cash or by pin. High chairs available.

The food was cold and there weren't enough fries, only 2/3 pieces were put on the plate and everything came very late. Overall there was a waiting time of over 1 hour. That was really catastrophic

I came there for breakfast with friends. Breakfast was quickly on the table and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy, I felt at home and it seemed like I was in Morocco. The waiters already had a smile and they came to serve us quickly. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

Ik heb onlangs gegeten @chhiwat bladi en mijn ervaring was over het algemeen zeer positief. De sfeer is charmant en gezellig, met mooie marokkaanse kunstwerken en op achtergrond Marokkaans artistiek muziek  die bijdraagt aan de algehele ambiance. Je kunt binnen of buiten zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en snel en gaf me het gevoel welkom te zijn. Eten: Het eten @chhiwat bladi is heerlijk. Ik heb genoten van de ftour beldi die ik bestelde. Thee en koffie waren heerlijk op smaak. Top!

Fijne locatie voor als je met auto komt maar ook met het OV. Menu is uitgebreid en prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Lief en gezellig personeel en het eten is overheerlijk!

Je suis très déçue de cet endroit car tout se passait très bien jusqu’à ce que j’oublie mon téléphone dans les toilettes et que le fils du patron me le vole!!!! Je trouve cela très grave que je paye un service où le personnel n’est pas honnête….très très déçue je ne reviendrais jamais et je ne conseillerai jamais cet endroit. 🤢 En ce qui concerne la nourriture elle était bonne m, des prix raisonnables et des serveurs très gentils mais bon 😑

Om heel eerlijk te zijn komen we best vaak hier voor lunch, brunch, diner en familieteentjes. Je wordt er altijd gastvrij ontvangen door het vriendelijke personeel. Het is gewoon een fijne plek om te eten. Het eten is goed en je krijgt genoeg waar voor je geld. De bediening is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zelfs als de zaak vol zit.

We hebben hier lekker gegeten. Vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening die met je meedenkt. Ook heel mooi ingericht van binnen en het is er hygiënisch.
