Too expensive, and needs to be cleaned more often/better

Food was very good, lovely tagines, nice sauces and service was awesome. Brothers were very kind providing us chargers to use whilst eating inside. Toilets were clea and nice, albeit the decor inside the main seating area was bit dated. Nice experience none the less 👍

The food was decent. The staff was friendly. The chicken burger is not recommended.

What a disgusting place! The tables are sticky, the floor filthy, and no one cleans it. I ate a sandwich there. Afterward, everything had to be taken out. The kitchen looked terrible. Fix your hygiene because it's completely lacking. And fix your extractor fan. Invest in your business. Take a cue from other Marhabas.

They have delicious food. Full of flavor. Highly recommended to eat there. They also have delicious pasta.

This is a franchise concept. Other marahaba restaurants are doing quite well. This one, unfortunately, leaves a lot to be desired. The tables are ALWAYS DIRTY. And if you raise a concern, you get a rude response. The service isn't what you'd expect from a lunchroom either. Maybe they should pay a visit to their colleagues at other marahaba restaurants. P.S.: The women there are the only clean and friendly ones.

Very tasty Moroccan food. The dishes are large... for two we took a salad, tea, a traditional pie, lamb with vegetables (it came out to 30 euros) At first the establishment seems very modest... but the food is tasty and filling! I recommend

The soup was quite decent, but the main course left much to be desired. The overall atmosphere of this place was, to put it mildly, unpleasant: sticky tables, chipped dishes, and dust everywhere. I truly enjoy Arabic cuisine, but I would definitely not come back here again.

This place was my go-to when I studied abroad in the 2000’s and lived in de Pijp and it has stayed just as amazing. My first visit here was in 2009 and my last in 2019. In that decade, as an American (US, sorry) foreigner this place became one of my steady hangs whenever I was in town. As an older person, the atmosphere is great for people watching. As a younger person, this is where the super hot rowing teams would sometimes have dinner and I’ll never forget a team of rowers putting me on the back of my bike and cycling my friends and I over to an after party to hang out. It was magic. The food is always amazing without being too expensive, the staff are much more attentive than is typical of a lot of restaurants in Damsco. Stay away from the restaurants on the high streets if you’re a foreigner who doesn’t want to eat around a bunch of other foreigners (I mean not for every meal, some of the cafes are great for a quick lunch) and head over to a place like this. It’s also on the route of the Albert Cuyp market which is one of the top three best markets in my experience in Damsco. Do the waitstaff who all speak like 5 languages a hard solid and order off the Dutch menu instead of the English one to earn brownie points. ✌️♥️ I love this place. It lives in my heart forever. So glad it’s still around

at first it is unclear where you have to go to get help because there is no menu on the wall or anything. but when you are seated and you are helped it is great. they make everything themselves. the msemen, the breakfast, the advodo shake and of course the na3na3 everything is great. nice employees.

The harira soup, tea, bestilla and sandwiches were really delicious. The tagine was okay, but not spectacular. The staff, who are a couple, are incredibly friendly and helpful, just wonderfully nice people!🤍

Great place. Not pretentious, but good. The lentil soup is delicious. Kefta or shrimp sandwiches are also very tasty. Nice people, relaxed atmosphere, nice environment.

best place to get a breakfast I have been coming here every day for almost a year to get a breakfast and I am increasingly tempted to convert to Islam mashallah bismillah

Decent food and portions, tried the less traditional foods here like the mix grill (22 euros), but seems that the Tajines are the speciality of this restaurant, which I would try second time around perhaps. The mint tea was a little too sweet for my liking but was nice to have a warm drink on a chilly night. Plus it is located close to the metro station and the food is served relatively quick. Moreover, I would recommend going here for lunch as for late dinners the place is a little deserted.

Very nice service, food served in time to break the fast, everything was very tasty and carefully prepared. Ring skewer could be a little more for the price and wasn't quite as tender, but otherwise everything was great! Thanks !

I had a nice tea here, but when I left the waitress called me a cancer loser because my school schedule didn't work, I then left a heavy stool in the toilet where I saw 5 Brazilian wanderers doing a ritual in the toilet bowl, I I continued to poop quietly, but luckily they didn't bother me. I am also severely autistic and unintelligible, so an employee gave me a typhoid hard punch in the jaw, Listen i love Amsterdam but Amsterdam wasn't Amsterdam that day. Peace the flip out cuh we the crips YUH

Delicious vegetarian options. Been coming here for years. The avocado smoothie is highly recommended. Harare lentil soup also tastes great. It turned out that meat had been added to the white bean dish with tomato sauce, so I mentioned that as an idea to make vegetarians aware of this when ordering. Everything else= great

Service was horrible. Went for breakfast. Had to ask for the bread. My order was given to someone else 1st. When I did get my breakfast (beldi) It looks like the egg whites have been cut off . I doubt I will go again.

Als je echt lekker traditioneel Marokkaans wilt eten voor een super prijs dan moet je hier zijn. Ik eet hier minimaal 1keer per week.

Ik ga erheen voor tagine. Is net zo goed als in Marokko.

Fijne plek alleen ventilatie is slecht waardoor je kleren naar gebakken lucht ruikt als je naar buiten loopt.

Awesome place, this was my 5th visit to Amsterdam. Every time I must visit here

I didn’t like the food, it was first time there, I didn’t know much what to order, so from google photos I should them the item that they have but gave me completely different item. It costed me 15.50€, and the disappointing part is that I didn’t like the food. I think it’s safe to eat there only if you select the general items but so visitors like me don’t try to experiment with the menu much, you may have the same experience as I did.

We hebben met 8 mensen gegeten, fijne ongedwongen sfeer. Alles na het bestellen goed en redelijk tegelijk op tafel gezet zodat we niet op elkaar hoefden te wachten. De prijzen zijn zeer schappelijk. Tajine kip was erg lekker. Lekker bescheiden gekruid, alle kruiden waren goed te proeven geen enkele smaak overheerste. Soms kan komijn overheersen, maar hier was het mooi in balans. Goede porties, hartelijke bediening en heerlijke Marokkaanse muntthee met baklava toe.

الطعام جيد لاكنه ينقصه قليل من الطهي

Heerlijke vissoep, rijkgevuld en prijs/kwaliteit is top. De andere gerechten zijn ook heerlijk. Blijft mijn go-to spot. De bestelling wel aan de kassa doorgeven en zelf een menu pakken, anders kun je lang op het eten wachten. Verder aardige bediening, vaak hebben ze het megadruk.
