I have been there for the first time few days ago and it was great experiens , The burger is juicy and test perfect the fries was crunchy and the best was the service Ameer was serving us and he made sure that the food was exactly how we asked for it .

The food and service were excellent. The place was also clean. 10/10👏

Was walking around Amsterdam late night, didn’t want to eat unhealthy, stumbled upon this gem. From attentive service to great fresh food, fresh food, fresh Shawrma meat. Absolutely delicious. Great lunch or late dinner spot to hit the nail on the head. Thank you!!

Didn't enjoy any of it. Was seated in a tight space were people kept shoving pass us. Wrong drinks was giving to us Food took ages to come. When it did arrive it wasn't cooked so had to go bk and wait ages again the chips were disgusting The staff had no clue what they was doing.

Good food with a pleasant ambience and very budget-friendly. The ingredients felt fresh and the taste was really good. Service was friendly and the place was clean and well maintained. A big plus is that they’re open until 3:00 AM, which is very convenient. Overall, a nice spot for late-night dining in Amsterdam.

Best halal pepperoni pizza I've had in a really long time. It was juicy and spicy with a great pizza base. 10/10, would come again if I'm in Amsterdam. Ahmed was also very helpful and gave great customer service, especially at 1:30 AM. Amazing work!

VERY bad experience. And the food was bad. Service is slow and really bad : they were acting really grumpy although I was always polite ordering kebab. They were so slow at making the food (burnt my pita, and seemed very unwilling to serve clients). They were UNHYGIENIC AF : no gloves, putting the bread directly on their table, retrieving the salad that has fallen on the table to put it back in my food. And they have mistaken my order : when I let them know, both of them yelled at me « this is kebab ! This is kebab ! » it was nowhere close to look like the kebab they showed on promotional pictures, when they were preparing the order I was still wondering if it was mine or someone else’s. And of course the sandwich tasted bad even though I was starving.

The worst kebab/wrap I’ve ever had in my entire life. First of all, I asked for a doner wrap with fries inside. Price was €16,00 - I get it, it’s Amsterdam, but I’ve never paid that much for something like this. Without even asking what I wanted inside, the guy behind the counter just threw some lettuce and meat in it. When I asked if he could add ketchup and mayo, he literally said it wasn’t possible, closed the wrap and handed it to me. It felt like an actual scam. If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. Avoid this place at all costs. Better to stay hungry than eat here.

If you’re looking for a spot that brings together the best of shawarma, pizza, and halal grilled dishes, then “Crystal” is your go-to place. We tried their pizza, which had a wonderfully soft crust and delicious flavor, along with a half chicken and some chicken wings that were perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and honestly, we’d recommend anyone to stop by and taste it for themselves!

The food was delicious, but somehow we always got the opposite of what we ordered. For example, we requested macaroni instead of spaghetti due to my young niece unable to eat spaghetti. We were served spaghetti with no explanations, and when we asked, we were told that macaroni would take an hour. Also, we ordered beef kebab and were served lamb kebab. Otherwise, food was delicious.

The cleanest and most delicious restaurant you can visit. It closes at 4 pm.

The food was really disappointing. I ordered a pizza 🍕, and they charged me €18. For that price, I was expecting something much better, but the quality was nowhere near worth it. Definitely not worth the money.

Considering both the quantity and quality, the price was very reasonable. I also liked the taste of the sauce. Lastly, I want to mention that all the food was halal. ⛺️ Location → It has a nice atmosphere with enough seating to sit and decide comfortably.

Great for a meal while walking around touristing, affordable and the food is so tasty. The restaurant is one of the cleanest of amsterdam, friendly and hard working staff. I will 100% come back when I come to the city again.

This was one of the few places open late at night, which was a real lifesaver. We ordered doner with ayran, and while it took a bit of time to prepare, the food was fresh and flavorful. The doner was a little on the oily side, so I wouldn’t call it the best I’ve had, but it was still very tasty and satisfying. In addition to shawarma, the menu offers a variety of other options that are worth trying. If you’re looking for a late-night bite with solid food and good portions, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

Scammed today. Was not much hungry, just wanted to have little rice with curry. Friendly guy, packed for me, back to hotel room , found no curry with rice . Not okay!

My favourite place, don't wanna say alot just keep it to myself

Calm and relaxing atmosphere with a jovial and smiling welcome. The Falafels are excellent, the kebab lacks a little spice for my taste. The hummus is excellent and the bread warm and delicious. The quality/price ratio is good, we do not regret having stopped by, and we say to ourselves that we would come back without hesitation.

I used to like coming here because the food was really good and the service was fantastic. But this time the quality of the food seemed to have deteriorated. I had the shaslick with rice and my table companions had a chicken sandwich and shawarma with rice. The meat was good, although it could have been a bit more seasoned, but nothing special. The rice tasted stale and really not good, as if it hadn't been washed properly. The fries were good. The service here is very friendly and good! All in all we were a bit disappointed because this restaurant really used to be better than most shawarma places and now it is equal to them in my opinion. I honestly don't think I'll eat here again.

I visited Crystal Restaurant during my last trip to Amsterdam, and their ribs were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend checking it out if you get the chance

LOVED the food and the staff were extremely nice. We were 2 person but one of us wasnt hungry to eat a whole meal. They let us share one meal and not leave any leftovers which was great. price was reasonable and the dips and sauces they provide is tasty

The best shawarma restaurant in Amsterdam. Chef Saeed has been known for a long time. The respected owner of the restaurant, Ansha, welcomes customers in a respectful manner and the food is really delicious

I ate here today Spaghetti with Meatballs, unfortunately it was a bit too spicy for me, but the Spaghetti was good and the meatballs were okay, but I forgot to tell them, the music is quite loud, it is still going, but when you go to the toilet it is even louder with a disco and the toilets are broken, otherwise the service is decent, the food is not disastrous, it is good but not top quality, but fresh of course and delicious.

Great service with friendly people, food is delicious and enough choices on the menu. You don't have to look any further for a tasty bite in the center of Amsterdam.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to in Amsterdam. Not only did it take them too long to serve us, but the waitress was extremely rude. Of all the dishes that appeared on the menu, he only told us that there were 3, when during the meal we kept seeing the rest of the dishes that he previously told us they didn't have go by. He yelled at us for not knowing what we would decide since the options we were going to order were not available. Finally we asked him to please separate the accounts and he scoffed saying that I am asking too much. I won't come back and if you're smart, don't do it either!

Food was looking great on the menu but was quite the disappointment when served… Plating and portions made no sense compared to what was expected, and the taste was quite bland and uninspired. Given the pricing, a much higher standard was expected. Definitely not worth the money.

We’ve ordered a T-bone steak cooked medium to well-done, steak was all raw, not even medium. Asked for Mix Grill Crystal special instead, but the chicken was fully raw there, still got charged for that. Bad experience.

We as Turks/Muslims have never eaten spare ribs because they are made from pork... here you can just eat delicious spare ribs made from veal 🤩 super!!! Sayed grilled them deliciously and the ladies who serve you are sweethearts. Tent is bigger than you would think and everything looks very clean. Nice music in the background, absolutely great!

I had a terrible experience at Crystal Restaurant in Amsterdam. The waiter, with a ponytail, was rude and unprofessional. I overheard him in Arabic saying he wanted to kick my fiancé on his feet, which was shocking. When I confronted them, they didn’t apologize and told us to leave. On top of that, the food was awful. They claimed the meat was halal, but it tasted more like horse meat. The menu looked outdated and poorly designed. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The food was as bad as the service, and I won’t be coming back. One star is too generous.

Never ever go to this place , the place is run by some Syrians with horrible attitude,specially a waiter with a pony tail. The meat was horrible and smelled like horse shit, I had Syrian food from different countries and nothing like this horrible . There is nothing halal as they say . These guys talk about manhandling and terrorizing most of the times and specially about their customers they talk on their back while dining, thinking we don’t understand what they talking about . These guys should be reported to police .
