Just got today a "shawarma", from this place... it was everything but shawarma not. Just some dry full of condiments meat and half of the rap was salat... the worst shawarma I ever eated in five countryes. 😔 Lucky we didn t stop for a steak

had the lasagna bolognese for €18-19 and IT WAS SO GOOD!! Halal restaurant btw :) The flavour was truly super flavourful + tasty, like literally the greatest lasagna i’ve had here so far!! (although I added few pinches of shredded cheese cuz my sister ordered a spaghetti carbonara)

Came here with the munchies around midnight on a Sunday, so glad they were open, the chicken skewers, truffle chicken fries, and chicken wings were perfect. Friendly staff, fresh food, definitely coming back!

The food was excellent, with plenty of halal options available. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and super friendly, which made the experience even better. Their lentil soup is a must-try, absolutely worth it!

The best pizza in Amsterdam and the best Americano I have drank. I recommend this restaurant for people who want good quality food for a good price.

Raduan and Achmed were super helpful and very nice. The food was very tasty; alongside your kapsalon, you get several small bowls of sauce to put on it yourself!

It was a really delicious food. We just needed something fast so we can continue our shopping and it was our choice. There a number of tables and the second floor is for the toilet. It was quite spacious and they child wooden chair. The staff were friendly and professional. I recommend it!

Nice atmosphere, the service from Ameer was very good, he was very friendly, good prices and good quality. Personally, I liked the chicken the best, it was tender and soft, and the pizza shawarma was the best pizza in Amsterdam. Chef Saied had done a very good job.

Came here with my 2 daughters from Singapore in Nov 2024. The food is SO GOOD!!! We had Spare Ribs, Quartro Formaggi Pizza and Steak. Price is reasonable. Recommended. Halal. 👍👍👍

It's really very good and not too expensive for the quantity.

The restaurant was tried. The service was excellent. The chicken shawarma was excellent (but most of it was lettuce). The lamb chops were average. The lentil soup was excellent but too heavy; it would be better if it were lighter.

Crystal is a fantastic discovery in the city! The food is absolutely delicious, with high-quality ingredients and flavors that really impress. I loved the atmosphere of the place; it's very well decorated and has a great vibe for a nice meal. While the service was good, it could be a bit more attentive during peak times, but nothing that spoiled the experience. I visited this restaurant while passing through Amsterdam last Sunday. The lamb dish was inedible, and the waiter reluctantly agreed to replace it — but only for my sister. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place.

We ordered shawarma and kebab. Not only was it disgusting, but the owner was extremely disrespectful, saying things like, "We're not in Germany here." The kebab was so badly rolled that everything leaked out, and the next day everyone had diarrhea. In short: a disgusting, filthy place with unfriendly staff.

Not recommended! Very unfriendly and the portions are incredibly small for the price. And the taste is just awful.

Awful food got served chicken shawarma it wasn’t fresh at all he took it out of the freezer put in pan and in the pizza oven for 10 minutes terrible when questioned him food is fresh he goes never again avoid this place not good experience at all

Worst cut of chicken I’ve had in my life. Do. Not. Order. Kapsalon. I’ve seen the other reviews but my kapsalons chicken was basically just chewy arteries, and I’m pretty sure there was a hair stuck to the cheese.

We went to eat 4 kebabs and 1 pizza, and with almost the whole place empty, they took about an hour to make them, they came when we were about to leave. It was on the evening, we saw 3 people cooking, can't understand how they took that much to make them. Then, food is nothing out of this world, but it's kebab yk, we asked for a lamb pizza and received a chicken one, but we ate it so we wouldn't wait again. Staff wasn't friendly neither. Not recommended, don't go.

Always skeptical of places offering such a varied menu, but Crystal didn’t disappoint. Reasonably priced, and good portion sizes. Got the mixed grill and was thoroughly enjoyable. Good quality meat and very nicely spiced lamb. Attentive polite service and fast service. Quiet atmosphere with nice fish tank. Overall a nice late night gem in town.

Everything was delicious; of all the places we've been in Amsterdam, this is the only place where we've eaten well. The staff were very patient and friendly, and the atmosphere was peaceful. We would definitely go back!

Verry good place , amazing lental soup! Good quality, fast and delicious! I love healthy food but did not have a lot of time, lentil soup is just 7 euro with bread and lemmon! If you have no time 1000 time better option than Macdonals next door!! And lovely people! You can also have a bigger diner!

I came here regulary, specially for the veal ribs, but latest price raise from 24 to 30 eur makes it totally overpriced for ribs from deep frees. Also chewy nowadays instead of the delicious tender pieces before. Service two stars, i literly asked for mayo 3 times.

I have been there for the first time few days ago and it was great experiens , The burger is juicy and test perfect the fries was crunchy and the best was the service Ameer was serving us and he made sure that the food was exactly how we asked for it .

Didn't enjoy any of it. Was seated in a tight space were people kept shoving pass us. Wrong drinks was giving to us Food took ages to come. When it did arrive it wasn't cooked so had to go bk and wait ages again the chips were disgusting The staff had no clue what they was doing.

Good food with a pleasant ambience and very budget-friendly. The ingredients felt fresh and the taste was really good. Service was friendly and the place was clean and well maintained. A big plus is that they’re open until 3:00 AM, which is very convenient. Overall, a nice spot for late-night dining in Amsterdam.

Best halal pepperoni pizza I've had in a really long time. It was juicy and spicy with a great pizza base. 10/10, would come again if I'm in Amsterdam. Ahmed was also very helpful and gave great customer service, especially at 1:30 AM. Amazing work!

VERY bad experience. And the food was bad. Service is slow and really bad : they were acting really grumpy although I was always polite ordering kebab. They were so slow at making the food (burnt my pita, and seemed very unwilling to serve clients). They were UNHYGIENIC AF : no gloves, putting the bread directly on their table, retrieving the salad that has fallen on the table to put it back in my food. And they have mistaken my order : when I let them know, both of them yelled at me « this is kebab ! This is kebab ! » it was nowhere close to look like the kebab they showed on promotional pictures, when they were preparing the order I was still wondering if it was mine or someone else’s. And of course the sandwich tasted bad even though I was starving.

The worst kebab/wrap I’ve ever had in my entire life. First of all, I asked for a doner wrap with fries inside. Price was €16,00 - I get it, it’s Amsterdam, but I’ve never paid that much for something like this. Without even asking what I wanted inside, the guy behind the counter just threw some lettuce and meat in it. When I asked if he could add ketchup and mayo, he literally said it wasn’t possible, closed the wrap and handed it to me. It felt like an actual scam. If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. Avoid this place at all costs. Better to stay hungry than eat here.

We tried their pizza, which had a wonderfully soft crust and delicious flavor, along with a half chicken and some chicken wings that were perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and honestly, we’d recommend anyone to stop by and taste it for themselves!

The food was delicious, but somehow we always got the opposite of what we ordered. For example, we requested macaroni instead of spaghetti due to my young niece unable to eat spaghetti. We were served spaghetti with no explanations, and when we asked, we were told that macaroni would take an hour. Also, we ordered beef kebab and were served lamb kebab. Otherwise, food was delicious.

The cleanest and most delicious restaurant you can visit. It closes at 4 pm.

I ordered pizza no tasty My experience that not good for food

The food was really disappointing. I ordered a pizza 🍕, and they charged me €18. For that price, I was expecting something much better, but the quality was nowhere near worth it. Definitely not worth the money.

👥️ Staff → They were friendly, respectful, and helpful with guidance. They don’t rush you when making a decision about the menu. 🌯 Food → The food was delicious and served in large portions. Considering both the quantity and quality, the price was very reasonable. I also liked the taste of the sauce. Lastly, I want to mention that all the food was halal. ⛺️ Location → It has a nice atmosphere with enough seating to sit and decide comfortably.
