At Basta!, you walk in and immediately think: yes, we're going to have a great evening here. The interior is stylish with a touch of humor – atmospheric lighting, beautifully decorated, and the tables aren't so close together that you accidentally have to listen to someone else's date story. The food? Absolutely perfect. Everything that arrives looks like it's been through a photoshoot before being served. Fortunately, the flavors are just as good as the appearance: fresh, balanced, and simply delicious. The kitchen knows what it's doing. And then the service – 5 stars with flying colors. A special compliment to the lady with the blonde hair: friendly, attentive, and always with a genuine smile. She senses exactly when you need something, without taking over your evening. Give her a raise (or at least a round of applause)! The price-quality ratio? Absolutely perfect. You pay for quality, and you get it. No stress or regret about making a choice—just "mmm" and "you have to try this!" Oh yeah, a little nod to the restaurant's name: halfway through the evening, a few dishes were already screaming "Basta!" and were gone. But hey, there were still plenty of delicious dishes left to savor. In short: at Basta! you come for the food, you stay for the atmosphere, and you go home in a good mood. Highly recommended!

We've eaten here before, but this time it was a bit disappointing. We went there full of enthusiasm because the menu had changed again. However, we had to wait a long time, our drinks were forgotten, and several dishes we wanted to order were "out of stock." We really enjoyed coming here, but unfortunately, we noticed we weren't as enthusiastic the last time. It's a shame. Incidentally, the dishes we ordered were very tasty! The price-quality ratio for the food and drinks is simply excellent.

The quality was lower than other times. The tenderloin was tough. It took an hour to get served. The salmon salad had only one tiny piece of salmon.

Nearly every drink order was wrong. The food was delicious, but it took way too long. They could have easily gotten more rounds of food from 7 to 11, which should have been more than enough. I understand you're short on staff. But if you don't fill all the tables, we won't be back.

A delicious, filling dinner of small dishes. 😋 A bit more exclusive on the wallet, though.

Hmmm, I received the menu and tried to order, but of the three soups on the menu, available from 12 noon onwards, only one was available. At 2:30 pm, the staff said "not ready yet, the chef is working on it," but when I inquired 45 minutes later, it turned out the "chef" wasn't even there yet. Oat latte was also on the menu, but I couldn't order it... not recommended.

Super friendly staff and a beautiful location. Easy parking. Would I recommend it? No, I regret going, not really. The "kids only slush puppy" is thankfully not kids only. The food was, huh? It looked good, and tasted good too. I didn't have anything that made me think "yuck," but there were a few downsides. - Pappardelle carbonara was apparently spaghetti carbonara, and the bacon pieces were so small you needed a magnifying glass. - The piece of salmon was about 1.5 cm wide? Pretty thin compared to what my brother got a few rounds earlier (about 3 cm wide). - They can't make a rare steak. "I'll mention it (with the order), but I can't promise anything." - The brisket had no smoky flavor. - Some drinks on the menu weren't listed on the app. - We waited over an hour until we decided to walk to the counter to order something ourselves (there were four other tables, it wasn't too busy).

I'd been before, so I had high expectations. Those weren't met, especially on the other side of the table.

Worst lunch ever: the food on your plate isn't what the menu promises: no walnuts, no arugula, but wilted lettuce, no crumble on the carpaccio. Instead: lukewarm toasted bread that dried up in no time, and a pinsa where you had to search for the brie. In short: absolutely NOT recommended!

Went to Basta for the first time on Saturday! Really, really enjoyed it. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious and plentiful food and drinks. We'd love to come back!

Three stars for everything The burger was very good, with perfect meat and well-cooked. The truffle pasta, however, was very disappointing. The menu listed various vegetables, but they were missing. Plus, the 40-minute wait for the food was a bit too long.

We had a delicious meal in a cozy atmosphere. The price-quality ratio is good. Despite being a bit busy, the service was quick. Definitely worth a visit.

We had to wait 40 minutes per course. Drinks were ordered at the same time as the food, but sometimes they arrived even later. We weren't asked if everything was to our liking or anything like that. For this price, there are nicer restaurants to eat at.

For us it is really Basta! It seemed so nice but unfortunately it is very bad. Cold food, lots of salt, bad service. They walk by enough but don't ask anything, if you want a drink and you ask for it yourself, they don't even respond. Everything in small tapas but the pizza is suddenly much bigger so you can't eat anything else.

We had a great meal again & enjoyed very good service. It is definitely recommended and also super cool that the menu has changed a little every time! We definitely recommend Basta!

More expensive very long before lady came to ask what we wanted to drink. Because we had not made a reservation it could all take longer!!! So just ordered a simple hamburger, which was tasty, despite the sauce that came with it being gone. Replacement sauce did come. Problem with payment because according to the lady there was a pin failure! And even in whole Leende. Paying via payment request or account number Basta did not work. Had to go to ATM to withdraw money. Apologies or offering a drink was not there. 1x and never again Basta!!!!

A bit of a shame that your pastry just comes from ah. Was on offer lemon meringue. Also from the freezer and defrosted in the microwave.

We had high hopes for Cucina Basta!, but not all of them were met. The food was nice but not great. You had to comb through the carbonara to find the tiniest pieces of bacon, and the portion sizes were very small. This wouldn’t have been an issue in an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but because they were so understaffed, it took around 45–60 minutes per dish. I went home satisfied but not full, as I could have eaten a lot more. I don’t think I would recommend it, but I also wouldn’t discourage you from going.

It took more than an hour before we had our first order. There was too little staff, some snacks/dishes were cold or got the wrong order. A lot of waiting time between dishes. With the dessert rounds it went better but then it turned out that several desserts could no longer be ordered, they were gone... No second chance for us here.

Great on all fronts, highly recommended. Super friendly service, also know a lot about the dishes. Really enjoy. The amuse of the house delicious. Enjoyed the whole evening. Evening filling.

Been to Cucina Basta a number of times and were really looking forward to today but this time it was really bad! It started well at first, but as more people joined, the food took a really long time! Ordered pasta and it was very dry (no sauce, no bacon, etc.) and we then gave it back to the waiter. We were also not asked if we wanted drinks or if everything was to our liking. The brownie we ordered at the end smelled like lettuce and tasted very old. Unfortunately no more Cucina Basta for us.

We had a poor experience. Service was slow ... not the best. The steak was served in a soup bowl ... very difficult to cut and eat. The carpaccio was made from fatty meat ... looked more like thinly sliced bacon. The pasta was very dry ... should have more sauce. I received my desert without a spoon while the rest at the table were served about 10 minutes later so the ice cream had almost melted with no way to eat it. A very nice atmosphere but not a good dining experience and €€€€€€. We have eaten in much better italian restaurants.

An atmospheric restaurant where you can choose a full evening meal from the menu for less than €40. Good quality and lots of variety. From aperitif to dessert, unlimited ordering. Also delicious wines.

Recently had dinner here with a group of people. Service good at the beginning. Once you have finished 3 dishes, they will no longer be available. Only drinking, of course they can make money from this. Been here a few times and it's the same every time. If you have finished a few dishes, you really have to walk to the bar to ask if you can order another round of food. It seems as if the staff is being trained for this. Downright bad, for what you ate for 40 euros per person. Food quality is otherwise excellent

We went with 9 adults and 4 children between the ages of 4 and 15 on Boxing Day 2024. Filling the evening. Delicious food and very friendly service. The little ones had fun in the children's play area.

The food was delicious, but someone got very sick from your tartare! The staff is very friendly/helpful! They also regularly ask if it tastes good and/or if you would like a drink. The concept and your service are also good and they come to your table quickly.

A nice and cosy place in the middle of the small town of Leende. They have an all-you-can-eat menu where you can small dishes from the menu, as many rounds as you want. The place the nice. Staff is quick and attentive.

Had dinner with 13 people during Christmas Eve, but way too expensive for what you get. €49.95 pp tapas excl drinks. We always had to wait 30-45 minutes for a dish that was often cold or not the right dish. We left hungry because it took too long for us to get the food and therefore could order fewer rounds. This was definitely not worth the money. The staff was friendly.

Beautiful restaurant, friendly people, beautiful interior, but the pace was incredibly slow. You are only allowed to order when you have finished it, but that does not work at all, because if no one comes to answer and you are not seen asking for attention and therefore have to wait 45 minutes for an order for a mini snack, then after far too few hours. Tapas means taking the next order when you place an order, this was downright worthless and I went home hungry!!! The quality of the food is not bad, but it could be much warmer (warm the plates) and take care of the taste, because it seems tasteless. Big disappointment 😔

Nice concept and an attractive restaurant, but unfortunately it doesn't come close to authentic Italian food. A disappointment for true Italy connoisseurs: the food was tasteless and certainly not worth the €200 price. Shame! The service was also not nice.

Food was downright bad. Everything lukewarm or cold, no taste. Layout is ugly, for example on a brown mixed plate, serve brown sauce. A sorbet on the menu is a scoop of ice cream from the supermarket. Vitello Tonato is the meat brown on your plate. Seems spoiled. Never again for us.

The food is downright bad. There is little to no flavor to the dishes and most of the time you are served lukewarm to cold food. Hamburger was as dry as shit etc etc. The waiting time between courses is too long. Not a second time for me (us). Shame!

Had a nice dinner here tonight. Personally, I liked all the dishes I had, especially the pork tenderloin medallion and steak. However, my group had the pizza and found it less so. Nice service, but even though it was quiet we sometimes had to wait a little longer for the food. In the play area there was a toy kitchen but no things to play with, as well as a garage without cars. Despite that, it's still great for our daughter.

Guccina Basta always enjoys the beautiful Italian atmosphere, delicious dishes and friendly and helpful employees. The owner also does everything he can to please his customers. The play area with ball pit and video games is great for families and families with children. We have been coming 2 to 3 times a month since the opening and this nice restaurant deserves no less than a big 10!

A nice welcome in a relaxed atmosphere by friendly staff. A good concept with Italian tapas. All dishes were delicious and of good size. Lots of choice, from pizza and pasta to salads and typical Italian meat and fish dishes. This way you can still eat various tasty things at good intervals. Service always came to take new orders at the right time. Very very attentive. Compliments for the kitchen and service. Definitely recommended!!

Been many times, always a success. The menu is regularly adjusted so that it is not the same every time. The children have a great time there and can taste and try a lot. They can also play and have fun, but that doesn't bother anyone. Plenty of choice for young and old and something for everyone (meat, fish, vegetarian, sweet, savory, you name it).

On September 23, after a bike ride over the Stabrechtse heath, we thought we would have a pizza. We made a reservation at Cusina Basta and were received enthusiastically by a friendly hostess who explained to us the concept of all you can eat Italian. You can order from the entire menu. Every twenty minutes I pass by to place an order and it is served in small portions. Now my wife and I enjoyed the food, the presentation of the dishes, the friendly atmosphere in the business and the team. worth repeating, it's a shame we live so far away. Audrey and Dirk

We were just a group of 8 and were placed at the back of the restaurant. The round table was very cramped and after 2 hours of dining my legs were tired of the limited space. The employee who helped us during the evening was on her first day but was very friendly. There was no need to wait long for an order. Unfortunately, our cutlery was a bit old and not cleaned properly. The food varied. Pizzas and pasta with meatballs had clearly been made a while in advance and were therefore very dry. The steak tartare was very tasty. The lasagna had the taste of a supermarket version. The salads were basic. The stuffed pepper was a laughable display of half a pointed pepper with a few pieces of zucchini. The desserts were fine. All in all we had a pleasant evening, but “the product” of Cucina Basta could have been much better in a few areas.

Food isn't good. Been twice now and the food was a big disappointment both times. Food from home is better than what you get served here and it is a lot for the price. Pastas are dry, stews have no flavor, meat is dry and so on. Service is reasonable. The table is full of empty glasses because they keep bringing them, but then taking them is forgotten. Atmosphere is fine.

Visited Basta for the first time last Saturday! Nice location but you have to be very patient to order a drink. Very unfortunate, many guests left because it took forever for the order to be taken. In addition, the employees do not seem to be trained very well. If you have to walk, take the same effort to bring back empty glasses and used crockery. Employees don't seem to see this.

At a top location on the terrace, with super fast, friendly, spontaneous service, a very tasty meal. Marina, you can get a lot of work done. You will not be short of anything. And always friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Basta has deteriorated in a year. Especially the young staff and the long wait for drinks and ordered food is a problem. Too bad because the restaurant otherwise looks fine.

2nd time here, first time was good and tasty. Now the 2nd time the service was dramatically 1.5 in and we still didn't have the drinks we ordered when we first got there. After 1.5 hours I got my drink, my beer was lukewarm so I think it had been ready for a while.

Great place to eat, you can order lots of different things! Depending on who is at the table next to you it can be a little louder

All you can eat concept, food was tasty but you were allowed to order 1 dish each time. After about 1 hour we had just had 2 dishes. The time in between was very long. We regularly came by to ask if you wanted a drink, more often than for the dishes. All in all not a positive experience. The long wait is especially a letdown.
