I love it here. I went here everyday when I stayed at the hotel next door. The falafel wrap is so delicious and fresh. You feel perfectly full and the prices are great. Staff is friendly and fast

Additionally, I was threatened with violence. Very poor service, I absolutely do not recommend this place."

This place has gone downhill since the takeover. I ordered food for pickup at 12:00. Upon arrival, they were under the impression that it was supposed to be a delivery. The confirmation email clearly states PICKUP (as I have done before). On top of that, I did not receive any extra shawarma, even though I had ordered it. I tried calling them, but unfortunately, the phone didn't ring.

The worst steak I've ever eaten, by far the worst. No quality, poorly cooked, and you couldn't even mask the awful taste with spices because they didn't even have steak pepper. To top it all off, we had to wait over an hour for this slop. This place is truly the absolute worst. The fact that there's a coffee shop next door doesn't make it any better; you can't make this place any nicer. Never, ever again!
