They brought me the wrong pizza... When I told it to the waiter he just laughed in front of me, he did not excuse himself, he did not give me the possibility to have an other pizza and at the end they still had the courage to ask for a tip...

Had to wait 45 minutes for a single burger while the chef wore AirPods and was extremely antisocial

The owner is rude and aggressive, he cannot even explain rules clearly, the bar is empty and we cannot sit on the terrace.

It was a busy & warm day. But the food was delicious! It's a shame that they don't make their own ice cream & don't tell you where the ice cream comes from. They could also mention the alcohol percentage of the beer on the drinks menu, because the staff often don't know. You are also often 'forgotten' once you are seated and then you have to go to the bar yourself to ask if someone can come over. But I'm used to this because it happens in many more places in Amsterdam. I didn't blame anyone during the heat wave. I used to work in the hospitality industry myself and having my 'own district' within the company worked really well. Constructive feedback, because I am very happy with the Boothuis!

The worst steak I've eaten in my life, by far the worst. No quality, poorly cooked, you couldn't even get rid of the bad taste with spices because there wasn't even steak pepper. It wasn't enough that there was a coffee shop next door, you couldn't have a nice smoke in this shop. Never, ever again!!!!!
