I've eaten and ordered about 300+ here over the last 7 years. Regular customer for years. Blocked Cyprus on WhatsApp a few years ago because one of the employees liked to message and/or call me in the middle of the night (very annoying). Also walked out of the restaurant 2 months ago because we were not even greeted after we had been sitting at a table for 15 minutes as the only ones in the entire restaurant. Very often the sauce I paid for is forgotten and the pizza is accidentally made with cheese (I order without), last week they weren't paying attention again and I got it with cheese. Ordered last Friday evening and was asked at the door to pay 3 euros extra for a pathetic bowl of lettuce that I asked for. So much goes wrong on your side every time and for years I have been giving you the benefit of the doubt despite the poor service, and now you dare to ask me 3 EURO ON TOP OF EVERYTHING FOR A BOX OF LETTUCE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!! For that money I will buy 3 heads of iceberg lettuce, are you still okay? I paid it neatly to the young man who could do nothing about it (he was also ashamed) and that is the last time you will receive money from us. I still have a photo of the sad lettuce, but unfortunately Google cannot attach it. Food has always tasted good, but this is going too far for me, I'm going to Istanbul where they know what service is!!

Not worth it and way too expensive, a serious scam! Paid €21 for a durum doner as thinly burned as a frikandel, and not tasty at all. This also had to be the super of €12 for the rest €9 for a beer and a can of coke. Now we all have a stomach ache. I strongly advise against this case to everyone!! We will never come here again!!

The food is fine! Fresh vegetables, well-seasoned meat and tasty fries. The decoration of the restaurant is somewhat simple but functional. In other words the food is certainly good, but if you want to eat 'fancy', this is not really the place. The parking around Pancratiusplein is disappointing and of course the restaurant cannot do anything about it. The parking garage is a (too expensive) option to 'pick up food', but otherwise it is a matter of luck to find a free parking space. AND: be careful, because some of the parking spaces suddenly become taxi stands from 6:00 PM! If you park the vehicle during this time period, it could become a very expensive parking space.

Definitely not recommended. We ordered here because we felt like having a nice bite to eat after a day out. We ordered fries and some snacks. Their food will cause you indigestion, i do not recommend it at all, i don’t know what do they use to prepare that food but it’s not in a healthy and clean form for sure. I felt nauseous all day because of their food.

Always thought you couldn't have fries delivered. Normally you get a tasty snack when you order fries from a "pizza shop." So my expectations were low. Tonight I ordered fries here, during Pinkpop. Everything was perfect. Delivery from Heerlen center to Landgraaf understandably took a little longer. That's positive. I prefer to wait a little longer for hot food versus faster delivery of lukewarm food. So the fact that in Cyprus they choose not to cut corners during Pinkpop at 4:00 am has led me to write this review.

Eating took 20 minutes! Too early. Time was also clearly stated on the receipt. I was working and had already ordered, delivery time was 11:40 PM and the confirmation email even said 11:45 PM. That guy cancels the debit card payment and makes a new payment (with the 2 sauces!) for €15..... I had been drinking and then just let it go, but this is really ridiculous... I just feel somewhat cheated or scammed... that's not how you should want to run your business, in my opinion, so I would say people just skip this business, rather go to bed hungry. Because we keep going and ordering from these types of businesses with these types of practices Ordered 1x on Friday at 3.30, arrived at 4.00, which hardly anyone does anymore, so that is positive, I ordered a small shawarma dish, the dish was sufficient and the fries and salad were fine, but the shawarma was fried and too long, so that was less. Ordered again on Sunday at 3.15, arrived at 3.50, so that's fine because no one else delivers that late, had a large schwarma dish spec. Ordered without mushrooms, but they had not read this! But the dish was fine, good portion, good (fresh) shawarma and was not even greasy with the onions and peppers that you often have with others. If you order late, you have to use their own site for home delivery because they are already closed there. It's a shame that if you buy sauce online you have to pay for it. Had to wait more than 2.5 hours for a simple hair salon with some gyros, I called and was told that it would be coming soon. Called again half an hour later and the delivery person was there within 10 minutes. Food was good, just a shame about the wait. I should mention that it was a busy day.

Ordered food via home delivery. Expected time 30min. Still not delivered after an hour and a half. So we called Cyprus and were told they would be there within 20 minutes. Ended up having to wait another 45 minutes. It turned out that they had even forgotten to add food.

Ik heb alle shoarma zaken geprobeerd in Heerlen maar Cyprus is toch de aller aller beste! De shoarma, kapsalon en knoflooksaus is hier heerlijk!!! Daar kan dus echt niemand aan tippen. De slechte reviews begrijp ik echt niet want ik kom hier al jaren en het is altijd superlekker! Ik zit hier met een kapsalon van een ander omdat Cyprus dicht is vandaag maar wat een afschuwelijke kapsalon brrr! Vandaar deze review .Ik ga nooit meer naar een ander dan wacht ik wel een dagje langer!

Snelle bezorging en lekker vlees!

Vandaag voor het eerst besteld bij Cyprus. Mijn man broodje shoarma en ik kapsalon. Beide waren erg lekker. Vlees was niet droog, salade lekker knapperig en vers. Zijn heel tevreden.

Gisteren weer online een Calzone kipfilet besteld. Is mijn favoriete gerecht, gewoon heerlijk alles super vers! Bij bezorging was het gerecht nog goed warm. Vriendelijke bezorger.

Vandaag besteld en thuis laten bezorgen. Lekker eten, verse salade en alles was heel erg warm. Lekkere knapperige frietjes
