Cozy and friendly. The owner is a respectable and friendly woman who always stops by for a chat. The food is good and carefully prepared. It's not expensive. It's usually not too busy, but reservations are recommended.

Disappointed. My pizza taco was sparsely filled with lettuce and sauce, and the new smaller box effectively makes the "large" a medium. For 16 euros, it's simply not worth it; for one euro more, I get a generous meal for two days at the Chinese restaurant. This was my last order here.

Today I ordered "penne arabiata" as always. Unfortunately, when I got home, it turned out to be spaghetti instead of penne (with a tiny bit of sauce that didn't even resemble arabiata). I called the store and explained my problem, and the woman kindly offered to bring me a new pasta. Due to the busy schedule, this took about half an hour. My husband had already finished his pizza by then, so we couldn't eat together, but that wasn't a problem. Five minutes later, another woman from Da Roberto called to ask what the problem was, so I explained again. The woman replied that I had ordered spaghetti instead of penne. I replied that this wasn't correct. The woman said, "Okay, fine, you can get a new one, but I want to see the old one," so I said no. Your colleague said you would bring it. "Okay," she said, "it'll take a while." I said, "Yes, half an hour." Your colleague said, "No, no, it'll take more than an hour." "I want to see the pasta first before you get a new one." "I'm sorry, but they make a mistake, which can happen, and there's a solution." The lady answered the phone very rudely, didn't believe me, and then wanted to make me wait over an hour for my food, even though my husband had already finished his pizza.

Just ordered the pesto pasta, and it was inedible. Far too little sauce, making the pasta dry. It was also a bit too greasy, so my gut went into overdrive. Please make better pasta!

This isn't even worth one star. Honestly. We all had different penne pasta, so it wasn't just one, but this was disgusting, disgusting, barely any flavor, penne half raw. I wouldn't even give this rude stuff to my dog!!!! So disgusting. Oh yeah, and then we waited another 2 hours for it. €17 per pasta.

Pls bring back the old pesto sauce, the new one is really bad…

The service is horrible, if you are looking for decent food with 0 service you’ve got the right place. People are rude and don’t really care about you considering how expensive it was. Staff didn't look like they wanted to be there or even show any kind of communication at all. It order the pasta and it seemed like it came out of a microwave as it was 100 degrees and they didn't offer me cheese with the pasta and had to ask for it. Do not recommend at all. You will definitely find better Italian restaurants in town for a fraction of the price and 100x better service.

Warning to fellow countrymen: stay away. This is not pizza, it is a product designed for a Northern European palate that would not survive a week in Italy. A real insult to our tradition. If you are looking for a pizza worthy of the name, do not waste your time and money here.

Whenever I'm in Maastricht I always order my pizza here. I know it can take a while but today it took 2 hours before I got my food. With that order I ordered a tiramisu for 6.75. When it was delivered I was given a sauce container and to my surprise this was the tiramisu. Honestly the most expensive tiramisu I've ever had. Didn't give 1 star because the pizza tasted good but I think this was the last time.

Unreachable after placing an order, no further communication, ordered 1 hour in advance and 1 hour after the agreed time still heard or received nothing... worthless! The food is warm, but has no taste. Really not Italian pizza. First time and last time!

Very nice service. We were given just enough time to choose and not much later the pizzas and pastas were on the table. In retrospect, we should perhaps have opted for the thinner bases, but the pizzas were generously topped. Pasta was also fine.

The pizza is fine, but not my style, too many toppings, too little quality. But while enjoying a delicious peroni & good company you can go a long way. Nice service and an atmosphere that reminds me of the old village restaurant.

The taste of the various dishes delivered to us by an employee of da Roberto was fine, but the agreed time was more than 45 minutes early. As a result, our planning was cancelled, there were still guests and our food became cold. There was one more point that I don't want to elaborate on now, which I did do in the email that was sent to us by the company itself, they ask for a review but nothing is done with it. Sent an email myself but never received a response. Too bad, I won't be ordering anything again anytime soon

Da Roberto never disappoints. From pasta to pizza. All equally tasty. My favorite is Spaghetti Bolognese Speciale.

A frozen pizza has more flavor. Shame. Pizzas were tasteless, cold and 45 minutes late.

Super friendly staff. Delicious pizzas and pastas, and much more than that on the menu. Cozy decorated restaurant. Not very big, but definitely nicely decorated. In the summer you can also sit outside. Definitely recommended!

Delicious food and very pleasant

The wine was not good. They gave it to me to try. And as I said, it was not good. The waitress said she could change it, but she would have to throw it away. Therefore, I accepted the wine but barely drank it. What is the objective you taste the wine?

Pizza is not baked fresh, toppings are added to a pre-baked pizza… Taste of pizza is ok, but quality of ingredients is not. Prices are not too high (luckily). Only recommendable if you did not have a pizza in Italy before.

Baking your own pizza from the fresh department of the supermarket is a lot tastier

There's nothing italian about this place except the background music. The pizza dough was thicker than american-style fast food pizzas and almost not baked.

No delivery yesterday, so the date is automatically set to today. Only noticed when it was supposed to be delivered. Not reachable by telephone. So we went there, order was converted to pick-up, but packed. We ended up waiting over an hour until we got it.

Pizza dough very likely frozen, pizza saturated with oil, and the quality of the toppings very limited, really not recommended for pizza. But the setting is nice.

I came late in the evening, around an hour before closing and the terrace was closed, but I was told I can sit outside, in front of the entrance. After waiting for a while I did. Inside the restaurant the smell of the kitchen was in the air, which is not a problem, but there was little air to breathe. I ordered tiramisu only, which was okay: I could taste the amaretto syrup and a lot of cream(tasted more like a whipped cream, but not mascarpone). Not enough savoiardi, in my opinion.

Always pleasant and good service

The only Italian aspect of this place is the name of the restaurant. The food was highly unsatisfying. The pizza and calzone that I ordered were clearly defrosted, and not "freshly made" as the restaurant claims. If I want to buy frozen pizza I can get it at the supermarket for a much cheaper price (and better quality). Really disappointing

Jammer dat deze zaak zo achteruit is gegaan. Van een pizza van 16 euro verwacht je meer dan wat wij hebben gekregen zo droog als wat en de kaas moest je ook zoeken met een loep . Valt erg tegen. En dat is al de 3 e keer op rij dat de pizzas tegenwoordig bij hem tegenvallen ...heel jammer!

We love Da Roberto. The pizzas are always very tasty. Also the pasta and wine.

Placed two orders. Spaghetti had no sauce on it and the extra meatballs were burnt and hard. The pizza was not cut into pieces. Waste of my money.

Wonderful restaurant. Came here by chance for a long time. There was still a table available. It is quite busy here, especially at the takeaway. They have delicious pizzas. Super tasty crispy airy base. I had the lasagna, also delicious, lots of cheese. Fills well. Nice service.

What a disappointment.. The tuna pizzas were not tasty at all, the bases were not handmade but ready-made with some tomato sauce on top and some dried out tuna and some onions on top. The pizzas had no taste at all, very bland, there was no cheese on them. and no herbs and no olive oil, very unfortunate. And that for such prices, €42 euros wasted, people would be better off buying a frozen pizza, at least it still has taste. Never again for us

Went there once with my parents and had pizza delivered once. It is a good restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and good service. The food was really tasty and I will definitely come back again. You can easily place an order via the site and you can choose to pick up or deliver at the time you want. The delivery was on time and the food was hot and the pizzas were delicious. Da Roberto is highly recommended for dining, delivery or pick-up.

Heerlijk gegeten! De bediening is erg vriendelijk en de keuze voor eten is heel uitgebreid met heerlijke gerechten!

Pizza voor 2 personen besteld voor 25 euro was erg lekker met diverse soorten beleg. Toen we moesten afrekenen werd ineens 28 euro gerekend voor de pizza. Dit verschil aangegeven word er doodleuk gezegd ja prijs in kassa teld niet in de kaart. Nouja belachelijk prijsverschil werd ook niet op voorhand medegedeeld en krijg ik nog ff gezegd u bent de eerste die hierover klaagt. Belachelijk gewoon. Ik kan niet in hun kassa kijken dus dan betaal ik gewoon 25 en geen 28 dit heet gastvriendelijk!!! Ze weigerden dan ook om 25 euro te rekenen. Dit voor mij een reden om hier niet meer te komen eten

Veel keuzes op de menukaart, dus voor een gezin met twee kinderen (9 en 11) voldoende keuze. De pasta, lasagne en pizza waren erg goed. Daarnaast luisteren ze ook naar de wensen van de klant. Vriendelijk personeel, door afhaal en levering aan huis kan het iets langer duren dat je de bestelling aan je tafel krijgt.

Op het eerste gezicht lijkt het een echte Italiaanse pizzeria. Ook qua sfeer. Sfeertje is prima en laagdrempelig. Binnen is het wel warm en ruikt het wat naar eten. Het is erg druk met afhalen en ook het restaurantje zit goed vol. Bediening is traag. Het voorgerecht, de anti-pasta is erg lekker, moesten wel 45 minuten erop wachten... De Pizza's zijn erg matig, niks Italiaans aan. Dikke bodem, weinig smaak en ook op de kaart zie je Amerikaanse varianten staan. Daarnaast liggen er pure tenen knoflook op de pizza, echt smerig! De bediening is traag, traag van begrip en ruimt ook de tafels niet snel af. De pizza's waren wel snel klaar, ondanks de drukte!

Heerlijke pizza's en zeker een aanrader. Veel lekkere keuzes en redelijk snelle bezorging aan huis afhankelijk van de drukte en het tijdstip. Pizza's zien er altijd goed uit en zijn op perfecte temperatuur.

Niet meer zo goed als vroeger, vooral met de huidige prijzen mag men toch wat meer kwaliteit verwachten. De pizzas zijn rijkelijk belegd maar met 'goedkope' toppings. Soms is less more. (Ps wel relatief weinig kaas)

Huh? Ik zou zweren dat ze hier vroeger handgemaakte bodem hadden en niet die dingen die we hier vanavond kregen...
