Super delicious iced matcha (we had one with strawberry and vanilla and one with pistachio) and very friendly staff who were also very accommodating to special requests - you felt very well looked after and welcome!

It's so sweet. I ordered an iced Americano and an iced matcha with vanilla. It's amazing, amazing, amazing, the best matcha I've ever tasted.

A really nice place to enjoy a drink. There's a wide selection of coffees and other beverages. It looks fantastic, and the atmosphere is great; it's beautifully decorated. The owner is very kind and patient, and we received excellent service. And not to forget: the resident cat! When we walked in, we were greeted by a very affectionate cat—a real sweetheart. That made this place even more enjoyable. In short, definitely recommended. I will definitely be back.

The coffee ☕️ was AMAZING and really affordable. The owner Tristan is very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to that, the Falafel wrap was super delicious! The best tasting falafel I’ve ever had so far. Chippie the house cat 🐈‍⬛ is also very cute!

Simple & tasty! Delicious rolls that you don't have to wait for hours. Personally not enough with 1 roll. But a normal price for a meal (this is hard to find in 2025).

Milk steamed way too hot! They have no bathroom and they serve food. Where do i wash my hands? Coffee is too roasted and has a burnt aftertaste. Staff is polite.

Nearly no language skills. Got billed but didn't get any product, as I had to take care of my children first outside (yes it took quite a while). Did not get the cold coffee, nor a refund. Just go next door instead! No language skills. I ordered, paid, took care of the wet kids outside (which took forever) and in the end I didn't receive any service. They made the coffee and then threw it away.

Very tasty wraps eaten there... unfortunately it's hard to tell from the outside that there is also delicious food in addition to coffee specialties.

Food was quite good. We had two wraps, spicy chicken and halloumi, with soft drinks for a reasonable price. Only 3 stars though, because the service wasn't too great. (The guy was talking to the one other customer/friend of his(?) and ignored us for quite a while. Our order was finally taken after we moved from the counter to the seats and back to the counter, were already thinking about leaving again. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind waiting, but the floor is tiny and we were the only other people in there, so a simple smile and hello, or "I'll be with you in a minute", would have made a huge difference)

The coffee and chai latte were truly excellent! The service and interior are nothing to speak about. The coffee was served in paper cups, while we wanted to drink on the spot. There was actually no attention for the customer at all, an order could just be completed, otherwise no friendliness at all. Too bad, but luckily the coffee and tea made up for it!

The food was very good, (I took the chicken roll) maybe a little more sauce. The price is a bit expensive But the rest is very good at all.

We drank the dirty chai latte which was damn good. We ate the fallafel roll. I have to say that the snails were very tasty in typical Arabic style and pleased the tongue

Great place to relax and have a tasty cup off coffee.. all what you need in a cold day is a spicy chicken roll .. fresh iced lemon is just spot on in a hot day … well done guys. 👍

Freshly roasted coffee with a rich aroma and fresh burritos that are not pre-made are delicious. The burritos are made to order, and the ingredients are juicy and the crispy rolls are the best I've ever had.

Best coffee in Alkmaar. If you are in Alkmaar you should have a coffee there.

Food and coffee are good, nothing special though. Reading the reviews, I was expecting something better. The Arabian Spicy Roll is tasty and spicy. Customer service can be improved, cause it looks sometimes like clients are bothering the guys.

A tasty and quick cup of coffee in a beautiful spot in Alkmaar.

De winkel is zo afgeschermd dat het lijkt of het dicht is. De medewerkers negeerden ons en bleven met elkaar praten, waardoor wij de indruk kregen dat het inderdaad gesloten was. Toen een ijsje bij de buren gehaald, overigens ook heerlijk ijs daar. We namen plaats op een bankje om ons ijsje te eten. Kort daarna stoof de vrouw van Australian naar buiten om ons weg te sturen. Het bankje was van haar en ons ijs kwam bij de buren vandaan. Ze had ons dus toch opgemerkt. Vreemd dat ze ons geen ijs wilde verkopen dan. Voortaan haal ik mijn ijsje bij ijssalon de Mient, daar weten ze wel hoe ze met klanten om moeten gaan :)

Onbeschofte eigenares! Aan haar kop te zien krijg ze ernstig tekort thuis. Misschien maar een cursus klantenservice doen na haar overgang. Jammer dat ik geen 0 sterren kon geven, nja zelfs geen eens een 0 sterren waard.

I have never experienced such awful customer service. For starters while my family was standing in line my sister sat on the bench outside with her baby, the owner came out to tell her she could not sit there, customers only she said. My sister replied that she was waiting on us and we we were all a group but the lady just wanted to argue. Then we had to order and pay before getting the ice cream, she seemed very impatient so I felt pressured to order fast, my kids said what they wanted and I paid for it, one kid wanted ice cream in a cup the other wanted the cone. Once you pay you pick the ice cream, my daughter than asked if she could have a cup instead so I asked the girl behind the counter if we have a small cup instead of a cone, she hesitated and asked the owner if it was okay to which the owner replied “that’s not what they ordered.” I start explaining that my daughter would just prefer a little cup and the lady became very rude in that I have to pay for the cup, which by the way costs 3,50 for the tiniest little scoop of a ice cream, the cone is half the price. I didn’t know they give you a special more expensive cup if you ask for the kids ice cream so I kept saying we don’t want the special kids cup just the little paper cup and she just wouldn’t let us have one. Than went on to say we should have thought about that when ordering and “everything costs money:” I told her I’ve never experienced this at an ice cream shop, a little cup that’s worth 10 cents shouldn’t be such a big ordeal but she just wanted to argue about what we had ordered. The worst part was that at that point I didn’t want anything from this place but we had already paid for ice cream cones for the whole group and she didn’t seem like she would give money back. My husband gave her the little kids cup back and said she probably needed the money on it so we left without the special cup and my daughter left crying because she didn’t understand why the lady wouldn’t just give her a little cup (not the fancy kids cup). Some ladies outside said this was typical behavior from that lady and that she’s known to be a b*tch. I’m sorry but but good customer service is important and maybe a little generosity wouldn’t hurt, especially from the owner or maybe she was the manager. We will never go back there or recommend this place to anyone.

Grab a coffee and a snack. Lovely service and delicious coffee / belgian hot chocolate. They also serve turkish coffee. Convenient location and lovely to sit and sip.

Perfect cappuccino, from freshly roasted beans. Delicious cookies that are crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. Top! Friendly man, who was single-handedly clearing a line of customers. The coffee art could be nicer for 5 stars, and the waiting time a little shorter. Enjoy further :)
