The menu is a bit different, without being too exciting. Friendly, quick service and a pleasant atmosphere.

I went here because I'd read they had the best coffee in town. It wasn't, and I even had to send my coffee back because it tasted like water and milk. It's also very noisy and not very clean. They really need to improve their cleaning. There's dust and dirt in every corner.

The coffee shop's location is truly beautiful, with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The interior is stylish and cozy, making it an especially pleasant place to sit. The food was delicious – the portion size of the sandwich was just right and really made me feel satisfied. The presentation of the dish was also very beautiful and well-made; I thought it looked very appealing. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd love to return to.

Delicious coffees and cakes beautifully served. Atmospheric space, friendly staff. Also possibility to sit outside. They also have a savings system if you come more often. And always a small lucky doll with your order. Super nice gesture.

We ate here two days in a row during our stay in Alkmaar. We had a very cozy, homey atmosphere and friendly service. The protein bowl was especially delicious and beautifully presented. And not to forget, the coffee was delicious!

Nice decor, lots of plants. The scones were delicious, not dry or anything, but the amount of curd and cream was a bit small. We also had the iced caramel latte, which was very tasty, but a bit small for the price. Service was a bit unclear about whether you had to order at the bar or not, and our table was a bit dirty, but it wasn't cleaned. There are gender-neutral restrooms!

One of the best coffee spots in Alkmaar has to be De Koffiemolen, with its excellent Bocca coffee. This cozy, plant-filled coffee bar also serves breakfast, a fresh lunch, or homemade pastries. The delicious Sunny Bowl is highly recommended, beautifully decorated with various toppings, making it a feast for the eyes. De Koffiemolen is a place you'll want to return to.

A fantastic café at the beginning of Alkmaar's old town. Quietly located yet centrally located. The super friendly service and the atmosphere, which makes you feel right at home, are truly outstanding. The breakfast offers a wide selection, is incredibly delicious, and is also lovingly prepared. I definitely recommend starting your day here.

Love this place. Perfectly for cozy healthy breakfast, brunch & lunches🥙On the pricey side but oh well, what isn’t nowadays? Super delicious tho! And was really full afterwards. Love the warm soft scones here (not too stiff/dry/hard) and the blue ocean bowl and pink protein bowl wow, works of art!!🎨 The berry smoothie is also delicious! Chai latte, perfect with the foam and every coffee has a matching cookie. The mango smoothie is a bit too sweet but wonderful to sit here. Definitely child-friendly too with various toys! Loved this vibe! You also get a lucky doll with your coffee🪆

Breakfast in Alkmaar was a culinary experience. Fresh pastries with jam and honey, topped off with a fruit dessert. A glass of fresh orange juice, and the perfect start to the day.

Espresso and latte macchiato were delicious: 5 ⭐️, monchou and passion fruit cake were super light and fresh😍: 5 ⭐️. The homemade iced tea wasn't that good; the ginger flavor was very strong and left a burning feeling in your throat: 2 ⭐️. We hope you'll take this tip to heart. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed, and the service is friendly and fast! #update 15-7-25: We also had a great lunch here!

There were 2 pastries on the menu for vegan eaters. Really deliciously made. Also Sat on the second floor. You can't see that outside, so my girlfriend was already upstairs and I was waiting outside on the terrace. I think it's a shame that there were almost no dishes for vegetarians, but it was super cozy and atmospheric

I had a toasted avocado with boiled eggs which has no taste or flavor at all!! Also pink protein ball, it was so watery and hard to eat it with a spoon.. lastly the strawberry pancakes which was the best dish of them

Insanely delicious fruit juice! Very tasty breakfast for 2! Those scones with lemon curd with clotted cream, that melts in your mouth mmmhhh. Definitely worth going here again.

A really big recommendation! A very large selection of different products. The food is lovingly prepared, is of very high quality and tastes incredibly good! The service is very on the ball and friendly. We didn't have to wait long. The atmosphere is very cozy and there are even stoov heating pads in case you get cold :) .

Very friendly staff. The place is very beautiful, space is decorated with great care. Unfortunately it took a long time before the lunch was delivered. We thought the food itself was okay, but not really very special. By the way, it was very impressive how the employees could walk up the stairs with trays full every time 🍽

Super cozy coffee place with great outside and inside seating area. It is especially nice on sunny side, then you can sit on the benches in the sun - on rainy days there are also plenty of seats inside. The coffee was a 10/10 and the service was super friendly as well ✨

Had cappuccino for the first time this afternoon and ate a passion fruit cheesecake. I think that cheesecake was the tastiest cheesecake I have ever eaten. In addition, the atmosphere was also very quiet, pleasant and relaxed. Definitely come back there.

The atmosphere is nice and cozy, at first you feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, if you sit directly opposite where the food is being prepared, it gets scary. There are different women preparing the food. Not a single person wears gloves and everyone takes turns touching the food with a cleaning cloth. They also touch their hair, their faces and the computer. Every now and then the fingers with something edible from the food bowls are pushed into the mouth. We've been here several times every year, but only now noticed how the food is prepared. So we won't come back.

We love to come there❤️ Always very friendly and welcoming service, also with children. The place is nice, lightened and well designed. The coffe is great. And we absolutely love the kaneel bol.

It was a blessing in disguise that I was packed, otherwise I would have had to make a difficult choice from the cake display... person 3 enjoyed a caprese with ham and cheesecake.
