De Beren in Voorburg Midden

I was at a friend's in Voorburg. She spoke very highly of De Beren. Unfortunately... what a mess. We all went for the seasonal wrap. We received two wraps from which a piece had already been torn off. Generously filled? Forget the part. A tiny bit of sauce with a few cubes of feta. Not a single cucumber or red onion in sight. Dry rubbish. The only thing worth snacking on were the fries. For me, once and never again.

The order was wrong, not really warm, the satay sauce was nowhere to be found, and so were the onions. The chicken schnitzel was rock hard. That was the last time.

So, concerned about the atmosphere??

The best satay there is. Often delivered quickly and sometimes takes a bit longer, but that doesn't matter as long as the quality remains high. And they do!

Nice and warm upon arrival. Fries crispy and well packed. Fast delivery.

Placed an order at 3 PM for 6 PM. It arrived 20 minutes late and 12 items were missing from the order. Unfortunately, this is the umpteenth time. And now also the last time we order from Beren Voorburg. When calling back, little happened, and there were no apologies or anything regarding the 20-minute delay and the failure to deliver 12 items.

We had the chicken satay and half chicken, the food was good and tasty, maybe just add a damp cloth to the half chicken as advice, otherwise everything tasted good

I placed an order a few days ago for Boxing Day. They contacted me today because I'd made a calculation error and it turned out to be cheaper. The order was even delivered to my car. But hey... that doesn't say anything about the food! These were the tastiest spareribs and steak in a long time, such wonderfully tender meat that we're all sitting there feeling satisfied! Sparibs were okay, the bread I ordered had aoli ​​with which you could spread 2 sandwiches and the coleslaw only contained mayonnaise in half a container.

Food arrived much late, bread was burnt and the food was lukewarm, so we wouldn't repeat it, unfortunately this is the second time, we had a second chance, but alas.

The taste of the burgers was fine, but ordering food at De Beren is disappointment after disappointment after disappointment. Oh yes... deception is also part of it. Ordered food well in advance, but they still manage to deliver the food well outside the margin they themselves indicated (sitting 5 minutes away). The site indicates that there are two burgers per sandwich, but in practice there appears to be only one. If you contact us about this, the blame will be placed on the supplier and the customer will be accused of not thinking along.

I read some negative reviews about De Beren Voorburg, but I was still curious about my own experience. The order was delivered quickly (delivery time was 55 minutes and it was there within half an hour). Friendly delivery person. The burger menu was complete, well heated and tasty, nothing to complain about. Recommended!

The worst service I have ever experienced. After waiting 3 hours for an order, we finally received some kind of food, where half of the order suddenly turned out to be no longer available because after closing time a solution finally appeared to be available with a lot of back and forth after having to hearing many different excuses and excuses as to why the order was not delivered. While we live relatively (25 minutes by bike) away from the location. NEVER here again.

Kevin, the branch manager of the bears in Voorburg, is an annoying person who calls his own delivery person an ass. Then I have to wait 2 hours for my orders and I ask for understanding or apologies. Food spare ribs were small, fairly grilled fries limp. Cheeseburger without (ordered double cheddar) was not included. By calling later it was delivered without cheddar. Complaint lodged with head office, Complaint forwarded. No response or any response received so far. Number 1

I've never posted a review before, but this was so intensely bad... just scandalous. 10 burnt (ready-made frozen) hot wings, burnt chicken burger with only some mayo on it and weak dough fries... We just threw everything in the trash halfway through. Never again.

Gisteren wilden we bestellen en helaas was de actie van de kipsate al rond 18:00 uur uitverkocht. Uiteindelijk heel netjes opgelost en kregen varkenshaassate voor hetzelfde geld. Lekker gegeten weer en goede service! Eigenlijk nooit te klagen bij De Beren Voorburg!

Raar dat je alleen contant kan betalen

I ordered a meal on my birthday thinking it would taste good. You have inflated reviews on other apps. The food was on time. But of all things only the hommade fries were tasty. The ratio of food quality to price is inadequate. In the burger I got minced chicken looked like jumbo frozen. Nachos tortilla very poor, small lettuce leaf too many hot peppers and dry chicken. I do not recommend.

Eerste keer besteld. Gelijk laatste keer. 85 minuten wachten op koude broodjes. 3 haartjes sla, amper saus en twee sompige kippetjess op een droog broodje. Broodjes hamburger waren iets warmer en beter maar nog steeds veel en veel te duur voor de prijs. Wij hadden kortings bonnen dus de schade viel nog enigszins mee. Normale prijs, zou ik hele week depressief zijn geweest.

Beren is altijd prima eten en het kidsmenu is gevarieerd.

Gezellig restaurant, aardige medewerkers en leuk om te zien hoe je eten klaar word gemaakt terwijl je hooguit 15 minuten staat te wachten. En uiteraard ook uitstekende kwaliteit voor de prijs!

Bovengemiddelde snackbar. Lekkere grote frieten. Spareribs vielen wat tegen en waren erg vet. Ik kon ook de honing marinade niet zo waarderen maar dat is natuurlijk subjectief.

The spareribs were not great. Both the wet rub and the meat itself were rather bland. Also the meat quality was low compared to other restaurants in the vicinity. So for the spareribs I would go to a different restaurant. The homemade fries were excellent though. It is a bit pricey however. Fast delivery and warm food. Overall 3/5.

The quality of the food is not great. I expected something else based on this high price. The delivery was fast. Not sure how they got 4.6 on Takeaway. That was quite misleading for me.

Snelle bezorging van de kip wafel burger op zondagavond. Helaas was de wafel zompig en had het de textuur van een frikadel broodje uit de magnetron. Zonde van de kip!

Heerlijk genoten van de varkenshaas met pepersaus. Ook de saté was perfect. Zeer aan te raden. Goed restaurant.

Eten altijd goed. Ik bestel meestal altijd kipsaté. Ik geef m'n bestelling altijd door met een paar vragen om rekening mee te houden. Dit wordt altijd goed uitgevoerd! Lekker sateetje altijd!

Na 1 hap al duidelijk En de friet? half-gefrituurd, half-rauw excuus voor patat zelfs mijn combi beter tovert En dan de sate, een kurk-droog stukje filet van de geplofte kip doordrenkt in saus. Heerlijk gegeten en vriendelijk geholpen

9 menu's verschillende menu's besteld bij de bezorgbeer in voorburg. Eten was zeer lekker. Biefstuk was voortreffelijk. Sateschotel was heerlijk. Alles wat besteld was was er ook. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Vandaag voor het eerst eten laten bezorgen door De Beren. Tussen bestelling en bezorging zat nog geen 30 minuten. Het eten was goed warm en lekker. We hadden kipfilet met champignonsaus, broodje hamburger, friet, gepofte aardappel, maiskolf en salade besteld. Er zaten veel sausjes bij. En als gezonde verrassing: een sinaasappel. We hebben echt lekker gegeten. Best wel voor herhaling vatbaar.

The delivery was fast, but the hamburger was excessively dry (cooked too much) and small. The components (lettuce and mayo) aside to assemble my own burger. Moreover a lot of waste of plastic and cardboard. I'm sorry to give such a bad review in this period but it was really disappointing for me.

Heel lekker Aziatisch eten. Maar betalen voor kraanwater vind ik een beetje jammer.

Al een aantal keren besteld. Bezorging kan wel even duren, ongeveer 45-60 minuten. Helaas was daardoor het eten wat afgekoeld. Andere keren daar geen probleem mee gehad. Bij mijn laatste bestelling zat ijs en de bezorger was dat vergeten te geven. Even bellen en het kon nog worden gebracht. Dit duurde alleen nog een uur, waarschijnlijk omdat het druk was. Al met al prima, maar redelijk aan de prijs.

Als je via thuisbezorgd besteld geven ze aan dat het 30 minuutjes duurt. Echter moet je er een uurtje voor rekenen als je besteld via thuisbezorgd. Personeel is vriendelijk en het eten is echt super! Een echte aanrader!

Eten wordt bezorgd op elektrische fietsen. Dat is sowieso al 5 sterren. Nu nog eens eten bestellen hier.
