We had lunch here today, November 1, 2025. It's a lovely place where they work with people who are distanced from the labor market. The welcome was excellent. Good menu and prices. The sandwiches we ordered looked well-prepared and tasted great. The service was quick and polite. It was very busy, which, in our opinion, says something about the restaurant.

We bought a three-course dinner through Social Deals. And what a three-course dinner it was! It was generous, delicious, well-prepared, extensive, and truly delicious! The atmosphere was great, and the service was fantastic! My husband and I enjoyed not only the food, but also the friendly and super nice staff.

Simple and informal restaurant. We had a delicious meal tonight. The portion size wasn't huge, but it was perfect for us. I really enjoyed the Hawaiian schnitzel. I just thought it was a bit odd to find the vegetables underneath the schnitzel instead of somewhere next to it. The service was friendly, and the young man who served us was especially enthusiastic! Nice to see :) We also ordered dessert. I had the cheesecake. This portion wasn't huge either, but it was still fine and definitely delicious!

I had a wonderful deluxe high tea here today, with my daughters, aged 12 and 14. We had a wonderful time. We received a warm welcome and were shown to our table. We started with a delicious soup, followed by all sorts of appetizers. The children loved it. Everything tasted delicious. We were regularly asked if everything was to our liking. We are very satisfied and will definitely be back.

We enjoyed high tea at the Teekamer. Highly recommended! The tea was accompanied by delicious savory and sweet dishes. All fresh and more than enough. You'll leave feeling completely satisfied. The service was impeccable. One of us isn't a fan of fish, and that was very well taken into account. We were regularly asked if everything was to our liking.

Not much on the menu in my opinion. In the end I went for a taco, I thought it was expensive for what you got! (2 small slices of sourdough with maybe 100 grams of minced meat and not even lettuce) 10 euros

Yesterday I was a guest at De Eetkamer Hoensbroek with my family and I could say that I was more than satisfied with my visit. The restaurant is located in a beautiful, quiet street and has a warm, attractive interior that immediately gives an inviting feeling. My family and I had decided to try the 3 course menu which turned out to be an excellent choice. The dishes were perfectly tailored to our taste and satisfaction and the presentation was first-class. It was clear to see that a lot of attention was paid. The service in De Eetkamer Hoensbroek is excellent. From the moment we arrived we received a friendly and professional welcome from the staff. In short, my visit to De Eetkamer Hoensbroek was a fantastic experience and I can definitely recommend it to others looking for a unique and warm dining experience in Hoensbroek. It is clear that De Eetkamer Hoensbroek is more than just a restaurant; it is a place where guests can enjoy excellent food, excellent service and a warm, atmospheric ambiance. Looking forward to my next visit with my family!

We went here for dinner via social deal. Not the first time we have eaten here, but this time it was not fantastic. Homemade salmon tartare with scampi starter. A lot of sauce so you couldn't see what was underneath. Almost no salmon tasted could be found. Carpaccio paper thin slices with again lots of sauce. Main course steak with garlic sauce and cheese. Asked for medium but got very red. Add a small basket of fries and a few slices of carrot. Sour meat, again with a small basket of fries. Not enough for the pickled meat, so just spoon it up. Potato gratin only came when the food was almost finished. Dessert apple pie with ice cream and whipped cream and ice cream with speculoos crumble. That was fine. Conclusion, I would rather pay a few euros more for quality than was the case now. This was the last time for the time being Eetkamer Hoensbroek.

Saturday, 5 p.m., almost all tables were already occupied, but all guests were served quickly and the food came quickly. Very tasty and fair prices too. I'd love to come back.

Have eaten there several times and it is always super tasty. There is a quiet, homely atmosphere where you can relax. The staff is friendly and always up for a joke. The cheesecake is especially recommended, but also the chocolate dream! I will definitely come back here more often.

We had made a reservation for a high tea. (tea room) First of all. The service was absolutely fine. The staff helped and did their best. Nothing to comment about the staff. Unfortunately we couldn't say the same about the food. The lettuce seemed brownish and no longer fresh. The quiche and pastries came from the freezer. Too bad because these were cold and hard. The cups were also not really “clean” Tea always leaves a deposit, but it's a pity that it was also very visible. We were also almost completely alone. Atmosphere was also less Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here and we will not be coming back... too bad!

They say they are people with disabilities. I can say that I have not been treated so well in the catering industry in a long time by people who supposedly do not have a disability. These people are all catering heroes. And the food was super tasty too. Team the dining room, thank you for a wonderful evening. Keep it up. We will definitely come back.

There were 3 of us, we had the schnitzel twice and the pickled meat once, but we received a basket of fries twice, a small bowl of lettuce twice and mayonnaise twice. I find that a bit strange, you expect that with 3 dishes you also get 3 fries, lettuce and mayonnaise.

We had made a reservation with social deal but were not on the list, on closer inspection we were able to find it, the employee had already wanted to close the site before we made the reservation, but apparently that was not possible. There was no particular type of bread available, but if we didn't mind, we were allowed to take a seat. All in all we did not really feel welcome. We received a pot of lukewarm water for tea and a spinach soup, which was fine, after which there was a stand with sandwiches and salads, which were good and tasty. There was also a mini quiche that was warm on the outside but still ice on the inside. The sweet treats 3 pieces per person were okay. We certainly did not enjoy the experience you would expect from a high tea, we will not return here.

They should better call this 'the waiting room' because after we ordered it took at least half an hour to bring a lunch board, piece of apple pie and toast. The soup on the platter was cold, the apple pie was hard from being baked in the oven for too long, and the cheese in the sandwich hadn't even melted. The waiter boy with glasses was great at his job, you immediately noticed, but unfortunately he was often too busy helping his colleagues. Another colleague stood in a corner eating her lips for almost 20+ minutes, not really an appetizing sight when you're eating. We were not asked if everything was okay, not during the meal or when asking and paying the bill. Definitely not worth repeating, which is a shame because it was busy and quite neat and a good place to eat was certainly needed in Hoensbroek. Decor really isn't everything...

It takes some getting used to, but it's a good place to be. We only had a drink. Upon inquiry it appears that this is a daytime activity for the vast majority of staff. And with several similar companies, that leaves a strange aftertaste. But next time we'll have a snack.

Soup was lukewarm, hard pieces of vegetables in it. Main course was good. Service super nice. Compliments to Fenna & Adriana, you were great and super sweet! Downside of the evening, the choice of music for a restaurant was not great and could certainly be turned down (in the background)!!!
