Had a wonderful lunch here. I had the pulled spare rib sandwich. The system where you can order directly at the table is also a great addition. Definitely recommended.

The staff was incredibly rude. We were yelled at, and then we asked to take our drinks away, which had been sitting on the bar for an hour, and were scolded by an older woman with glasses who probably works there. It was truly unbelievable and completely out of character. It was absolutely terrible, and it definitely didn't end there.

The food was of mediocre quality. The sauce was too thick and tasteless. The meat wasn't good either. It was mentioned, but nothing was really done about it.

it`s a tricky place, they will charge you for everything you change. the bread in hamburguer, if you want another sauce. So, try to see what you ask because it has a cost

De Groene Vlinder is everything you wouldn't expect from Reeshof. The food is delicious, the location is incredibly cozy, the staff is friendly, and did I mention the food is delicious? The food is delicious.

High tea was delicious, small comment, too much sweet compared to savory.

It's quite expensive for a brasserie. I didn't find the steak with steppe grass for 24 euros tender. The steak was ordered medium/rare, but it arrived well-done for two people. Complaining about this to the waitress only resulted in her saying she would "report it to the kitchen." Too bad, it's too expensive for that. It's probably better to just order a burger and fries.

Delicious, steppe grass is overrated.

There were seven of us. My steak was incredibly tender, but the fries were unfortunately dry and overcooked. The accompanying salad wasn't served. The dessert tasted fine. When it came time to pay, it got very confusing. In the end, we couldn't pay individually. Not a very customer-friendly system. Kudos to the service: they were very friendly.

The staff is friendly, but it's a shame that four thick slices of brie were served with salty peanut cocktail mix on the sandwich instead of walnuts. It would be nice if more attention were paid to the quality of the ingredients, instead of opting for the cheapest option. N.B. A truly bizarre comment below. Walnuts have a slight bitterness and nuttiness that contrasts nicely with the creaminess of brie without being overpowering. Salty peanuts have an earthy flavor that suits savory or spicy cheeses, not soft, creamy cheeses like brie. Moreover, salty peanuts overpower the brie. There wasn't a walnut on my sandwich, so in my opinion, they chose the cheapest option. Peanut cocktail mix is ​​cheaper than walnuts.

We had a delicious meal last night. Super friendly service, wide selection, and delicious flavors. The biggest burger is a real challenge.

I ate at your place tonight. I ordered bread in advance. For €6.25, you only get 5 small pieces of bread. Very little. We had satay, pork tenderloin, and steak, which were very good, with fresh vegetables. But we only got two bowls of fries for three people. I'd prefer a regular bowl per person. The fresh iced tea I had with it was half filled with ice cream and three large lemon slices. I also had Bastonje Monchou ice cream. Instead, I got four Bastonje cookies with a small amount of ice cream. So not good, way too much cookie. And that for almost €10. Really not good. I won't be coming here again. Too expensive and not good value for money. The quality and quality have declined considerably recently.

Food was cold and service was slow

I ordered a raspberry passion fruit bubble tea. I got a slushy, grayish drink. It really didn't taste good. I took it back, but they said it was supposed to be that way, and that's it. I threw it away because it looked like really dirty, slushy water, and I didn't want to get sick. Bubble tea is supposed to be clear (provided it's made with milk) and have a fruity flavor, but this one didn't have either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND getting the bubble tea there! Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture before I threw it away. Reply to the comment: The picture of the bubble tea clearly shows a syrup tea, not one with milk; you can clearly see the difference! So, it's extremely misleading; it doesn't even say anywhere that it's made with milk. Good luck to those with lactose allergies!

I had unlimited spare ribs today. I have to say, these were the worst spare ribs ever. Lots of fat, not very warm. And so much marinade in the container. They're ribs, not fish, so they don't need to be swimming. The service was super friendly, though.

Unlimited mussels for one person, two people at a small table. After everything was on the table, there was absolutely no room to sit comfortably. The mussels were cooked (the first portion wasn't warm anymore) without any added vegetables, which I found very disappointing. I also found this very disappointing regarding the taste. De schnitzel was heerlijk ,de champignonsaus was te dik (was smeerbaar).De steppengras was te ver doorgebakken , heel veel kaantjes erbij . Unfortunately, for now no longer a real recommendation Too bad, but we really hope that something will be done with these reviews. Otherwise this will be the downfall of a beautiful concept.

Yesterday evening we had dinner with 2 people at the Groene Vlinder. The service was friendly as always and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The food was of good quality and everything tasted good. We regularly come to the Groene Vlinder for lunch or dinner and experience this as very pleasant. It's nice that there is such a cozy brasserie close to where we live.

Ons werd de vrijheid geboden om buiten op het terras plaats te nemen. De bediening liet niet lang op zich wachten en nam onze bestelling op. We kozen beiden voor steppegras, 1 met biefstuk en 1 met vis. Het steppegras was niet erg warm, bijna koud, bij het opdienen. De biefstuk was zeer mals en de vis waren goed van smaak. De bediende zou de bestelde salade later brengen en dat gebeurde pas nadat ik ze er later over opmerkzaam maakte. Jammer van de het koude steppegras, maar voor de rest was het goed eten. De prijs/kwaliteit was goed.

What a shame about the nice location and great service. Ordered spareribs yesterday. They tasted like they looked. Dry and tasteless, seemed to come out of the microwave. Fries also tasteless. My girlfriend's triple burger was also tasteless, quality of the meat super bad....the bubble tea was also extremely bad. When asked if everything tasted good, by the friendly young lady, we said yes. Because we didn't want to stay here a minute longer.... To the owner I would like to say, please work on the quality of the products. Prices are on the high side, then you also expect reasonable quality.

We sat down at a table this morning at 1 minute to ten. The door was open, so we thought they were open. Gisteren gegeten bij de groene vlinder. Ik bestelde een cola zero en een steppegras met kipsate en mijn vriend een 7up en steppegras met biefstuk. Toen het uitgeserveerd werd, vroeg de serveerster aan ons of we er een rauwkost salade bij wilden hebben. Omdat er op de menukaart stond dat mijn sate geserveerd zou worden met seroendeng, salada, gefrituurde uitjes en taugé besloot ik te zeggen dat ik geen (naar mijn idee) extra salade wilde. De seroendeng, salade, gefrituurde uitjes en taugé kon ik verder niet vinden op mijn bord. Dus sprak ik de serveerster aan (dit heeft zeker wel 10 minuten geduurd voordat ik eindelijk contact kreeg. Zag overigens meer mensen zwaaien maar werden ook telkens genegeerd). De serveerster legde uit dat het aan ons gevraagd was of we salade wilde dat die bij het gerecht zou horen. Nadat dit dus een miscommunicatie bleek gaf ik aan deze dingen wel te willen. Echter toen ze de salade kwam brengen bleek er nog steeds geen seroendeng, gefrituurde uitjes en taugé bij te zitten. Inmiddels had ik ook mijn eten al bijna op (want ja het werd ook wel koud). Toch besloot ik er wat van te zeggen waarna ik terug kreeg dat ze hadden besloten dat deze dingen niet meer bij het gerecht zouden passen maar dat ze pas volgende week nieuwe menukaarten krijgen… ik heb aangegeven dat ik het dan misleidend vind wat er op de kaart staat en dat het netjes zou zijn geweest als ze het aangegeven zouden hebben bij bestellen. De serveerster begreep mijn punt maar kon er verder ook niets aan veranderen. Het eten was lekker, niet heel speciaal. Nmi zijn die “extras” bij mijn menu wel passend. Tip voor restaurant: voeg het diner ook toe aan de qr codes aan tafel want als je maar 2 serveersters hebt op een heel restaurant moet je nogal lang wachten…

yesterday we sat down at your table with guests for dinner it took a very long time before drinks were taken so we went to the counter ourselves and asked if we could order something. then we had to call out again to order food in the meantime we had finished our drinks so we again mentioned that we wanted to order something our food came for 3 people and we were told that it was coming for the 4th person. we found it very annoying that 1 man had no food and after 10 minutes we went to the counter again to ask where it was an apology was made and eventually the 4th plate was brought but it was very annoying so the food of the 4th person was also not very warm so I think they gave it to us quickly to satisfy us. it was not very busy and the ladies simply did not see that glasses and plates were empty. we have been coming to this lunchroom for over 30 years and are therefore not used to this way of service. a drink was compensated for this but what should have been a nice dinner now turned out differently

The food was fine, but service could really be a bit friendlier and better. One waitress doesn't even answer when you ask her something, she just walks away without saying anything (several times). Then we get a “yes, apologies, she didn't hear it”. Very strange behavior and unnecessary food wasted (2 full plates of fries and a stick of satay). The third waitress who took the order was capable.

Asked waitress for clarification, she could not give a clear answer. So sent back to the kitchen. According to the menu, the bitterballen should include mayonnaise and mustard. However, it came with mayonnaise and curry. Where's the mustard? We then walked to the kitchen and received two bags of mustard. On April 29 at 12:30 PM I ordered fries with satay sauce at De Groene Vlinder. When ordering, I clearly indicated that I wanted to eat it on the spot — a normal, clear statement. Yet the employee (brown straight hair, small goatee) immediately started packing the fries. When I pointed out to him that I had said I wanted to eat it here, he responded irritatedly with: "I can't smell that you want to eat it here, can I?" A completely inappropriate response. How is it possible for an employee to speak like that to a paying customer? Customers ensure that your business keeps running. A basic level of customer service should be self-evident. Two other customers present were audibly surprised by his tone. One said: “Not normal how he is acting,” the other called it “ridiculous.” Their responses confirmed that this was not an incident I was imagining. The fries themselves were fine, but the atmosphere and attitude were so unfriendly that I decided never to come back here again. A place that lacks hospitality does not deserve a repeat visit — no matter how good the food is.

Mijn man en ik kwamen lunchen, het was nog vroeg en helemaal niet druk. Drinken werd opgenomen maar er werd niet gevraagd of we lunch wilden bestellen. We kregen ook geen contact met de medewerkers waardoor we uiteindelijk maar met een QR code besteld hebben. Vinden wij niet prettig, voor de restaurant ervaring zien wij liever iemand aan onze tafel de bestelling opnemen, is gezelliger. Het eten werd gebracht, er werd daarna niet gevraagd of het naar wens was, ook niet of we nog wat wilden drinken. Bij het afrekenen werd niet gevraagd of het naar wens was geweest, enkel het bedrag wat betaald moest worden. Dat is geen service naar je betalende klant.

Heerlijk gegeten met klein dochter. Vriendelijke bediening. Gezellig om voor een betaalbare prijs te luchen of te dineren. Leuk keuze menu.

Gereserveerd. Vriendelijk ontvangst door goed gekleed personeel. Menu’s gekozen met steppengras. Werden allen afzonderlijk op juiste wijze opgediend. Heerlijk gegeten en nodig drankje erbij. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Schoon sanitair. Gratis parkeren.

Mijn vrouw en dochter hadden Steppegras gegeten waar ze heerlijk van gesmuld hadden. Ik daarintegen had Spareribs die heel erg tegenvielen, totaal niet gemarineerd. Nadat de, overigens zeer aardige, serveerster min bord meegenomen waar ze er toch iets saus op hebben gesmeerd. Maar ook dit smaakte niet echt lekker, dus ik heb van de twee halve Spareribs er maar eentje opgegeten.Dus nooit meer Spareribs voor mij hier.

The snacks are tasty, but the staff is very disinterested. Glasses are poorly rinsed so I immediately had a cold sore. Bar staff are very grumpy. A shame about such a nice accommodation... What a shame that there is always a sneer after a negative review. Typical response from a gumball joint with a manager with little knowledge of good catering. You can learn something from negative reactions. And, my cold sore was there after three days 😊

Food is good here but service is not. Was there yesterday and asked if 1 parasol could be opened, because I was with my 1.5 year old niece and didn't want her to get sunburned. No was the answer because then people will grumble.. I asked for 1 parasol, not all but no I had to sit inside. Very bad and not expected!!

Which snack bar closes at 5pm for takeaway food? That's when dinner time starts. Really bad. I used to go there for the burgers.

Er was een actie met een tijdslot van 17.00 tot 19.00 en van 19.00 tot 21.00. we kregen ons eten pas rond 18.00 uur en daardoor was de tijd vrij kort en werd er al afgeruimd terwijl er nog iemand van het gezelschap aan eten was .

Had a wonderful evening at the Groene Vlinder. Food was great! Nice and hot, neatly served on a plate and service was friendly. We come here regularly and after 7 years it is still a good brasserie.

We hebben heerlijk gegeten in een gezellige omgeving met vriendelijke, attente medewerkers. Het ‘steppegras’ was een heerlijke ervaring en de kipsaté hadden we nooit eerder zo als gegeten. De maaltijd was helemaal af met aantrekkelijk geserveerde bijgerechten. Deze overdaad schaadde niet maar smaakte heerlijk!

Deze plek is goed voor een snelle hap als je wat minder tijd hebt en toch lekker en ongedwongen wilt eten. De bediening is vriendelijk aanwezig. De prijs betaalbaar. De borden zijn goed netjes opgemaakt en goed gevuld.

Ik had gevraagd om een glutenvrij broodje carpaccio. Ook aangegeven dat ik allergisch was. Op het moment dat mijn beste vriendin haar broodje kreeg, kreeg ik een normaal broodje. Netjes aangegeven dat dit niet ging omdat ik hier heel ziek van word. Met veel zuchten en steunen kreeg ik uiteindelijk een nieuw broodje. Toen mijn beste vriendin haar broodje op had kwam die van mij. En voor alsnog is er iets niet goed gegaan. Ik ben die avond alsnog ziek geworden. Allergieën en intoleranties worden niet serieus genomen

Fish soup was very tasty, prawns/shrimp also very tasty. Hamburger was okay, but a good hamburger is so and so nowhere to be found, even outside the Netherlands, not always, at others you still get frozen hamburger meat from the supermarket. Beer was very tasty, good range, they even have La Trappe bok beer on tap. Service was good and fast, atmosphere quiet and neat, cozy.
