I found this place while I was visiting Amsterdam. My Hotel is near this place so I thought „why not give it a try?“. It was literally the highlight of the sandwiches I ate here. The bread is fresh, the sauce and the chicken is amazingly delicious. And the service was great. A very friendly family owned business. I wish that everyone tries it at least once while visiting NL.

I always come to Holland and I’m glad I found a hidden gem. Hete Kip or the spicy chicken is 10/10. I recommend this place 100%. Very good prices and amazing customer service. The sauces here are amazing.

After being closed for a while, I found out that the Ijsendijker has a new owner. Have eaten a few times now and have to say what delicious sandwiches. The hot chicken and Ijsendijker sandwich are my favorites. Super tasty and mega large sandwich. More like half a baguette. Real value for money and great service from the girls. Order a frikandel special ketchup. get one with ketchup & hair. not the special I expected. old cheese roll is sweaty. very unfortunate, always used to eat well.

These homemade fries/fries are the tastiest I have ever eaten! Highly recommended. Crispy and tasty, just right. Friendly staff and a nice spot outside in the sun. Admittedly, the location on the road in the business park is not the most idyllic... But it is nice that there is a nice place here and I will definitely come back for the tatjes!

Recently got a chicken salad, €8.50, which was very disappointing. There was barely anything in it, which is a shame because I got this salad before and it was bigger and there was more in it.

Salmon sandwich without taste. Shame. The toasties were tasty. Very friendly service. But a second visit is not possible.
