Sit on the terrace here for a while during the Spakenburg Days. Despite the crowds, we wanted for nothing.

Had a delicious meal with fantastic service. Tasty North Sea sole that you hardly find on menus anywhere anymore. Definitely worth repeating.

Delicious dishes, super friendly staff, good advice on the wines, and a beautiful restaurant interior. Outside, you can sit in a kind of conservatory; it is covered and the sliding doors can be opened or closed. From there, you look out onto the harbor with the fishing boats. The nice thing about this restaurant is that you can sit separately with a group, and you can also take a cooking workshop there. There is a separate room for this so that you can sit comfortably with your own team. We ate here with the four of us and it was delicious.

We had a wonderful evening! Upon arrival, we were greeted courteously by the young host, who took our coats. We were expertly escorted to our table, where we could leisurely choose from the extensive selection of meat or fish. When we had questions about the menu, the details were clearly explained to us. The atmosphere was good and relaxed, and the host maintained the right pace when serving the dishes and wine. To finish, we were generously rewarded with a delicious dessert. Following the host's recommendation, we were able to make the right choice. As the icing on the cake, we enjoyed delicious coffee and tea with a surprisingly tasty cookie. All in all, a great experience in which the host certainly played a decisive role. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful evening we had at this charming restaurant! A very warm welcome and a Christmas present. And in between, delicious dishes that each looked like a painting on your plate. Add to that delicious wines and friendly staff, and you have the perfect recipe for a wonderful evening.

I had a wonderful Christmas Eve evening with my family (7 people) celebrating my 50th birthday. The fact that the team decided to open on Christmas Eve for this reason was special in itself. The spontaneous, friendly, and especially hospitable service made it a perfect end to a milestone birthday and a wonderful start to the holidays. We all enjoyed a delicious meal, and the varied menu offered something for everyone. Compliments to the staff and the chef. Team Mandemaaker, thanks for a wonderfully successful evening! We will definitely be back...

We had a cooking workshop here with 25 people and it was one big party.

We enjoyed another wonderful evening. It's always a treat to be in this restaurant. A warm welcome, excellent wines (and advice), and pure cuisine. These people really get it. We've been coming here for years, even with the previous owner, at least twice a month, and it's always been a treat. Annegreet and Sander, keep up the good work! P.S. They now have a fantastic pop-up shop, definitely worth a visit.

We had another delicious meal at restaurant De Mandemaaker. This time for lunch on a Friday afternoon. We were able to sit on the terrace for a while to catch the last rays of sunshine. As always, we received a warm welcome. The fish platter and the Vitello Tonnato, paired with a good glass of wine, were top-notch. Highly recommended to start your weekend here! We've already eaten there four times this year, and it's been fantastic every time! The menu is varied, with something for everyone, and the service is personal and fast. The surprise menu is highly recommended! Already looking forward to next week!

A wonderful restaurant in a beautiful location in the center of Spakenburg! The dishes are surprising and flavorful, and the restaurant and its terrace are stylish and inviting. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to their guests. Empty glasses are quickly noticed. We've eaten here twice now, and we'll definitely be back!

When the previous owners were still there, we had a wonderful meal. Unfortunately, this time it's a huge disappointment. The food is at a fine dining restaurant level. All the dishes served were extremely disappointing, and the price-quality ratio is completely out of whack. Furthermore, the staff is subpar. Glasses were broken, empty glasses weren't cleared, champagne was poured so much that it spilled over the rim, plates were slammed on the table instead of being placed neatly, wrong plates were given to the wrong people, and when we pointed this out, nothing was done, leaving us to change plates ourselves. Drinks were forgotten several times, and one guest even came to the bar to ask for drinks. When we mentioned that we needed a little more time to decide, we were told, "Come get me when you're finished." It's been a long time since we've received such subpar service. If the food had been really good, we might have been able to laugh about it, but now it was the worst night out in 20 years.

Yesterday, we had dinner here with the SVL Football Sponsor Club. Very tasty dinner, very friendly and service-oriented staff. Varied menu with nice extra intermediate courses. In short, we had a delicious meal and a pleasant atmosphere for dining.

Delicious lunch on Friday afternoon, a very hospitable welcome from a young lady! Lovely a la carte dishes with matching prices, the tastiest Dutch shrimp in a long time. A good and balanced wine list with many surprising wines. We'll be back!

We opted for a 5 course menu and were surprised by the chef and it must be said that every course was great. Good wines were also served. In short, good food in a cozy environment with friendly staff. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Had a delicious meal in this restaurant at the Spakenburg harbour. You can eat outside on the terrace. Bavette was delicious and so was the sea bass ceviche. With coffee and tea you get carrot cake and butter cake. The service is attentive and friendly. All in all highly recommended!

Heerlijk buiten gezeten met uitzicht op de haven van Spakenburg. Er stonden weinig veganistische gerechten op de kaart, maar dat is voor de Mandemaaker geen probleem! Prachtige gerechten kregen we die verrassend waren en heel lekker (en dus helemaal vegan). Ook de service was goed, het was een leuke avond :)

Geen grote kaart, maar wel divers en het eten was van zeer goede kwaliteit. Het zag er smaakvol uit, was mooi opgemaakt en was goed op smaak. Bijpassende wijnen van het (BOB) arrangement goed gekozen. Vriendelijke en correcte bediening. Kortom, een geslaagde avond in hartje Spakenburg.

Ondanks de drukte van de spakenburgse dagen maakte ze ruimte voor ons om met 7 personen aan een tafel te kunnen zitten. We werden vlot, netjes en niet haastig bediend. En dat terwijl ze wisten dat we laannem maar wat kwamen drinken. Dank daarvoor en voor de gezellige ambiance.

Midden in het sfeervolle hart van Spakenburg. Een mooie restaurantlocatie, waar we een eigen ruimte hadden voor een groep van ongeveer 15 personen. Heel prettig voor een toespraak of wisseling van plaatsen. De opstelling was ongemakkelijk: de helft zat opgesloten op een lange bank en kon zich niet vertreden zonder een langdurige schuifoperatie. De bediening was aandachtig en in een goed tempo. De gerechten waren kunstig: prachtig opgemaakt en ontworpen, maar in mijn beleving wat vlak van smaak. Voor de stevige eter was de hoeveelheid wat mager. Al met al een fijne avond gehad met verbeterpunten.

Dit restaurant heeft uitzonderlijke klasse, een gastvrije bediening, sfeervol en onderscheid zich in de menu keuze, kortom voortreffelijk eten.

Lekkere maaltijd met paling zalm en garnalen. ondanks het natte weer heerlijk op terras gezeten. Verwarmd en wel. Toiletvoorziening super.

A wonderful evening with the Chaine des Rotisseurs with a special menu. Incredibly easy to prepare. Packing is rice basis si can go in the veggie rubbish. Lots of vegetables too. Absolutely delicious!

Een 3 gangen menu vega voor "thuis" afgehaald. (we zitten in centerparcs). Alsnog de restaurant ervaring. Mooi opgemaakt voorgerecht die ook nog eens geweldig smaakte. Een heerlijk (zelf even afgemaakt) hoofdgerecht. En een opnieuw prachtig opgemaakt dessert. Geweldig knap gedaan. Als het allemaal weer mag ben ik zeker van plan om terug te keren.
