We had a delicious meal and enjoyed sitting inside. Due to illness, there was a shortage of service staff, but this was mentioned beforehand. Despite this, the staff remained friendly and professional, and there was time for a relaxing chat. We will definitely be back!

Speaker in restaurant was crackling terribly, moved to another table, a little more maintenance wouldn't hurt.

I tried lunch for the first time yesterday. It was very (too) busy because it took a very long time for the seafood platter to arrive. It was very tasty, though, but there was also a large bone in the salmon. When I mentioned that, they said the fish was fresh, right? Also, unlike the other table, I wasn't offered coffee because of the long wait. I was alone, and unfortunately, you can tell that from the way they treated me.

Sofie was a very friendly waitress with a sense of humor and a good understanding of hospitality.

Had dinner with friends on a Friday night. The service was excellent and attentive. It wasn't busy at all, which surprised me. Delicious food!

Had dinner with my partner. I chose the three-course menu for €39. The food was tasty but not very surprising. The tuna starter was plentiful and very simple, but the flavor was good. The main course, sea bass, was very well-fried, but I didn't like the sauce, which was thankfully served separately. I also had some vegetables, potatoes, and nicely seasoned fries. Dessert was really not my cup of tea. I also thought it was a bit out of date. The ice cream, which wasn't surprisingly good, had far too much whipped cream and fruit sauce. If I hadn't asked what the dessert included, I would have asked for a cup of coffee. All in all, tasty but lacking in imagination.

Another delicious meal at this atmospheric and unique location! Last time, we had a beautiful view of the city meadows, and this time we requested and received a table by the window. Unfortunately, the fog decided to spoil the view, but it ultimately resulted in a completely new and unique experience! The price-quality ratio is, in my opinion, almost excellent. However, the price of the Skuumkoppe 0.0 on tap is, in my opinion, quite out of proportion. Eating out costs money, of course, but at €6, the margin seems quite generous to me; you'd expect a perfectly drafted beer at the table. Fortunately, this was better the second time around than the first. For this price, I would have preferred bottled beer. A return visit is definitely worth it, but with a different drink selection. A great place, with hospitable and friendly service!

We had the high tea. It was delicious. Perhaps they could have paid a little more attention to the sweets. Otherwise, it was excellent!

We dined here for the first time on December 5th with a group of seven, and everything was excellent! The atmosphere was peaceful, making it easy to chat, despite the speaker above our table. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff. You're heard and seen. Your wishes are honored, discussed, and adjusted. The fish platter was delicious. As far as I'm concerned, the prawns should have been 3 or 4 instead of 2. Cozy terrace, friendly atmosphere.

The bar had a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The drinks were creative and carefully crafted. The staff made us feel welcome and were always available. The music added a cheerful note to the evening. All in all, it was a perfect place to spend time with friends. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday with lunch. We had made a reservation in advance and indicated that we would like to sit by the water, but that was no longer possible. Upon arrival, we were shown a corner on the terrace with reserved tables where we could choose, but we also saw a free table by the water. It was said that going to the water was not possible. Behind us, walk-ins pushed past us and asked if they could sit at that table by the water, and that was possible. We received a short "apology" from the waiter when we said something about it. So already a miss. Furthermore, we had to wait more than 50 minutes for some sandwiches. And 15.50 for two slices of bread with some lettuce and toppings is quite reasonable, especially if you have to wait so long for it. The club sandwich was lovelessly made. Bacon not properly seared, slice of cheese was cold and there was no chicken thigh on it but a piece of chicken with bone. My mother comes here often. This was all quite a disappointment, especially because we had to wait so long. We had to rush (one of us still had to work) and this was therefore not a successful birthday lunch.

We ordered the lunch special and Anita's special for four people. For almost 25 euros per person we expected a well-filled lunch, but what we got was downright disappointing. A tiny soup, one and a half thinly filled slices of bread and a croquette of less than two centimeters in size. This was of little value and was absolutely disproportionate to the price. On the menu it looked like a luxurious lunch, in reality it was more of a poor snack. The 15 euro sandwiches did look generous - which further emphasized the skewed price-quality ratio. We politely pointed this out to the waiter, but only received a sheepish smile in return. No excuses, no resolution. We left hungry. Too bad, because the location and atmosphere deserve better.

Nice birthday dinner for my father who turned 80. The small dishes of the walking dinner were delicious.

After we did an escape room at Mama Bazooka, we drove here, which is really a 5-minute drive. We had a delicious meal with 4 adults, we chose the shared dinner and it was very tasty. Nice staff and very friendly. We were helped quickly and were allowed to determine the pace of the starter, main and dessert, very nice!!

Celebrated our fifty years of marriage with children and friends with a 3-course menu with 3-4 options per course. The service was excellent that evening and the quality of the food was good, which we had made agreements about in advance! We highly recommend going here. Will definitely come back again.

We had dinner here on Wednesday evening. We had made a reservation but were the only guests apart from one lady and there was a local, private reception in the Granary. People were very busy with this, but on recommendation and via the website they opted for the Shared dining for € 32.50 p.p. This consisted of 5 pieces of cooked vegetables on the plate and 4 pans on a board, served with a bowl of fries and apple compote. The pans were sufficient for only one person, the tenderloin ends were fried to the pan and there was little taste experience in the rest. The owner/operator didn't spare us a second glance, the young staff did their best, but I thought the price versus quality was very below par. When you enter and make a reservation you expect some form of hospitality, it is understandable that a local reception is busy, but in the restaurant we were almost the only customers. All in all, a big disappointment for a restaurant that has a Facebook page in good order, but is lacking in terms of experience.

What was supposed to be a nice dinner turned out to be a disappointment. It starts with a half hour wait, after which we were not asked if we wanted something to drink. Finally we asked if they wanted to take our order. Then the food was also quite disappointing. The salmon and chicken pan were burnt, the fries had melted plastic around them and if you say something about it, the response is very cowardly. When we said something about it, we were only told that the regular chef was not there.. Unfortunately, there are few good words for this.

Delicious lunch, I can highly recommend 'Molenbrood chicken orientatial'. friendly staff, came back regularly to ask if we had already made a choice, (no, we were chatting too much) The atmosphere was friendly and pleasant. Location is beautiful. Highly recommended!

I was here for a party on Saturday afternoon, with 30 people. What a beautiful place, with a terrace on the water, a view of the meadows and so beautiful near the mill. You can also park for free in front of the door and at the town hall. What else do you want. There were delicious snacks, very attractively arranged on trays. I found the employees all very friendly, polite and helpful. If you want to play music, there is a small sound system. There are only two toilets, so you sometimes have to wait in line. But this certainly did not have a bad effect on the positive experience at the Wieken.

Super cozy in an authentic Molina that still works and makes its own flours. The bread they serve is homemade and made from these flours.

The meat was well prepared, but it was a pity that the vegetables came from frozen and were very finely chopped. Prefer whole carrots and beans.

We hadden niet gereserveerd, maar er was nog ruim plek. We kozen voor een tafeltje op het terras aan het water met prachtig uitzicht over een weide. Sfeervol, rustig en superlekker eten! We kozen beiden voor het kippannetje. Vlees was heerlijk mals en smaakte heerlijk. Daarbij o.a. frietjes in de schil, ook echt lekker! Bediening was goed en vriendelijk personeel. We komen graag nog eens terug!

We hebben heerlijk gegeten. (Tournedos en kip pannetje), smaakvol en onderscheiden frisse smaken. Bediening was top, aandacht voor details en de wensen van de klant. Plekje aan het raam was sfeervol en rustiek.

3 jaar geleden hier geweest en het was keurig. In juli 2023 opnieuw hier geweest, wat een verslechtering. Doorgebakken biefstuk, bijgerechten als patat en appelmoes waar je 2x om moet vragen en dan pas krijgt als de rest al op is. Alle eten leek wel mer suiker bewerkt. Ik ben allergisch voor zoet en merk dat snel op. Wel opgelost middels gratis dranje en korting op de rekening, maar het eten hoort gewoon goed te zijn

Gezellige lokatie. Goede Producten. Sfeer vol en lekker eten. Aanrader. Jammer dar er gerookte word op het terras waar ook gegeten wordt. Ps. Misschien een idee om een apart rook gedeelte te creëren.
