De Nijl Steakhouse in Jutphaas Wijkersloot

I ate there a very long time ago. I always ordered a pancake with meat and olives, tomatoes on top, and so on. I got bowls of sauce with it, and one bowl appealed to me—a kind of sambal. So I put the whole bowl of sambal on it; I like it spicy. I went to eat there again and ordered the same thing. The boss shouted something in Arabic into the kitchen. And then I got my order. The sambal wasn't included. That was the last time I went. You just don't get it, do you? And it wasn't that cheap even back then. You offer it, don't you?

Absolutely poor quality of food, you can't even reach the restaurant, I don't recommend anyone to order from here, it's literally a waste of money.

I ordered a good amount of food. The only thing I can't complain about was that it was delivered on time (about 5 minutes later than expected), but the food was terrible. Spareribs that could have been used as bricks if they'd been left out another 5 minutes, a Hawaiian burger special (read: 2 burgers with a bit of lettuce) that I wouldn't even feed my dog, and the Turkish pizza was absolutely awful (burnt crust with a whopping 6 lettuce leaves and nothing more). I couldn't reach them by phone (they were immediately engaged), and to top it all off, I was given a €10 refund on an €80 order where only the drinks (Red Bull and a smoothie) were good. Absolutely awful!

It seems like this place has awful reviews for a reason, especially if the delivery guy, who I’m pretty sure is the manager, acts like this. Not only was he too lazy to bring the food to my front door, but he made me come down to the street to get it, despite paying extra for delivery! If the management can’t even handle basic delivery, it’s no wonder everything else is just as bad. The food was a joke—frozen vegetables on the pizza? That’s beyond unacceptable. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers or any Italian recipe. Avoid it at all costs! Less than a km away there’s at least 3 other Italian places better than this so called restaurant.

This is the worst food I have ever I had. It is really really bad. I got this steak for 17.50 euros and this is what I got. Bad bad experience even with the delivery

I ordered food from them online. When the food still hadn't arrived after the agreed-upon time, I tried calling them, but the number was blocked. After 20 attempts, they finally called back and told me I'd have to wait another half hour. That's an hour and a half for one portion of pasta! Absolutely ridiculous. Never order food from them!

40 minutes late delivery. Pizzas were dripping with grease. They were inedible, so I threw them away. I called and had the phone disconnected for three days. I couldn't reach them. I called home delivery. I got a 15% discount on my next order, but their partner (the Nile) refused to refund me. I'll never order from them again; they're disgusting.

Steak was not even cuttable, let alone eatable. Was also very small. Was mainly a lot of vegetables what you got and a lot of sauce. Fries were so greasy that it dripped out of the bag. I threw it away. Tried to call the business twice about my dissatisfaction but unfortunately without answer. I will not order here again!

Ordered the Nile but unfortunately no cheese which is on the menu...

Very bad!!! The food was bad and cold. I ordered mussels and received a few pieces. The shawarma sandwich was unexpectedly wrapped and cold. I had indicated I would pay 20 euros, but the delivery driver didn't even have change. All in all, a terrible restaurant!!!!

Ordered some biefstuk and pizza from them and words can't contain my disappointment at how it all turned out. Delivery was 2 hours and even then we had to go out in the cold to meet the delivery person. The pizza was fine but the biefstuk was the worst thing I've ever paid money for. I had to throw it in the bin as it was cold and tasteless. Also, for 25 Euros, I expect better food and service. It really ruined my night and if you don't want to experience the same, don't order from here.

Great food for the price mixed grill was fine and the spareribs were a bit smaller but what do you expect for 12.50 great restaurant only the address is not correct it is Industrieweg 3

Tasty ribs, but when I called to indicate that the Dutch shrimps for which you paid 7.50 euros were not good, they informed me that it was not their problem.

Echt een overheerlijke lasagne elke keer weer!
