Placed an order at 5:45 PM with Thuisbezorgd. Then called at 7:20 PM to ask where our order was. They said the delivery driver was just on his way. Apologies, it was very busy. At 8:05 PM, the delivery driver arrived with our food and apologized, "Sorry, it was very busy!" That's what happens when you order on the weekend. We're high up, so a lot of orders are placed, and you never have to check the delivery time (for example, between 30 and 55 minutes) to see what's being said online, because it's not accurate. So hungry, with two young children, I accepted, and you guessed it! All the hot food was ice cold. Conclusion: Ordered food for 55 euros! Food delivered almost 2.5 hours later. Food was ice cold. Once and for all. It's a shame, because the food was very good.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd! Waited two hours for my order! Then it said "delivered," and we didn't receive anything even though I paid €44. I want my money back!

Absolutely worthless, ordered at 7pm and at 9.15pm I started calling but the voicemail was full so no contact. Just now (10.45pm) the doorbell rang with my food, you understand that I luckily still had some in the freezer. The delivery person was sent home again. I would have preferred to hear that they could no longer handle an order, I could have arranged something else. I am going to demand my money back and never order from them again. What a waste!

This afternoon at 1 p.m., I placed an order for 7:30 p.m. I called several times and have since been blocked, and my food still hasn't arrived. It's almost 9 p.m.

We placed our order at 6:45 PM and scheduled it for delivery at 7:35 PM. We understand it was a busy day, but a delivery delay of 1.5 hours is excessive, considering the estimated delivery time was 30-55 minutes. We called seven times before receiving a call back. A young woman on the phone was giggly, and we were told to contact them later in the week for compensation (which we didn't ask for, just to ask where the order was). They also told us the order was "just leaving," only to ring the doorbell 40 minutes later. It's a shame because the sushi and soy beans were excellent, but a 2.5-hour wait from the time we ordered and the poor accessibility is simply outrageous.

The food was delicious! It arrived a little cold, but the flavor made up for it. I'll definitely be back!

I'm always amazed at how FRESH this sushi is. I live in Culemborg and will be ordering from here again! Incredibly fresh, WOW!

Strongly advised against. Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, never received anything despite telephone promises. According to the site it would take 25 to 40 minutes. That became 1 hour immediately after ordering. At one point I contacted them by telephone and was told that the food was on its way. Never saw anything. Finally, alternative food was arranged. Let's hope we get our money back someday.

Ordered here and it was delicious. Good service, I was called several times to say that my food was almost on its way, super satisfied. The rest of the food was tasty. I would say order more often.

VERY BAD! After an hour still no order, I called and was told that it would take another 1 hour or more. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE! then order cancelled. I then called back to ask how long it would take before I get my money back, they didn't answer the question and just hung up. Never ordering here again, terrible.

Was told she would call delivery and I would be called back. This was never done again, the delivery finally arrived at 8:08 PM. It's fine that it's busy, but be polite enough to call. I will never order here again.

They don't even respond, you can't order and when you send them a message they don't take the time to respond.

Delicious sushi, well chilled and delivered on time. Delivery person carefully observed the precautions, 1.5 meters away, gloves on, chapeau! Definitely worth repeating.

Ordered here for the first time yesterday, I think this is the tastiest sushi we have ordered so far. The Crispibox is highly recommended and the dim sum box also arrived nice and warm! The regular sushi's Neatly cold. We ordered at 6:00 PM for delivery at 8:00 PM, they were there at 8:10 PM and received a nice email saying that they were on their way, really great!

had snel snel eten nodig dus bestelde random hierzo kwam snel snel aan zag die turk aan komen scheuren binnen shi kwartiertje ik knalde die sushi want wejoowww hij was gruwelijk broer niet normaal ik belde om nog meer te bestellen kreeg k shi gekke syrier ofzo aan de telefoon die niet nederlands kon heb me kapot gelachen uiteindelijk gaf die me zomaar 1 extra rol beste service en eten vaan heel geina broertje zeker aanrader!

Via Thuisbezorgd besteld en het zou 45 min duren. Uiteindelijk een uur en 15 min gewacht. Best lang omdat ze bij mij om de hoek zitten. Telefonisch niet bereikbaar. Sushi zag er goed uit en smaakt er lekker. Vooral de saus die ze gebruiken is er lekker. Ben wel geschrokken van alle slechte reviews in Google Maps. Op Thuisbezorgd krijgen ze gemiddeld een 4.5 met 16 bestellingen.

Altijd lekkere sushi, soms duurd het wat langer maar dat is het zeker waard. De 1.9 sterren bij google recensies slaan werkelijk nergens op.

Had gisteren wat besteld maar ik kreeg de verkeerde bestelling waardoor ik dus eigenlijk te veel had betaald. Had ze opgebeld maar ze waren net gesloten. Vanavond kwamen ze langs met een gratis excuuspakketje, loempia's goed heet en sushi goed koud, helemaal blij :-)
