Slecht eten. Niet duur maar zeker geen aanrader. Pasta was niet goed gekookt en miste smaak. De pizza was nauwelijks beter dan een diepvries pizza. De prijs was wel redelijk.

Zeldzaam ongeïnteresseerd personeel, vooral met zichzelf bezig. Bestelling geplaatst voor meerdere personen, komt op totaal verschillende tijden op tafel, ik had mijn eten al op, terwijl tafelgenoten nog niets geserveerd hadden gekregen. Quattro formaggi met erg weinig kaas, anderen: niet gare pasta. Niet naar toe gaan, afrader.

Vriendelijke ontvangst, prijzen zeer redelijk, grote porties. Kwaliteit van t eten is oke, niet bijzonder en niet echt Italiaans. De wijn, rose in dit geval, is bocht en met 4,50 echt te duur. Maar al met al n voldoende, mede vanwege de leuke aankleding.

Vriendelijke mensen maar de spaghetti was heel vies. Bolognese was echt geen bolognese smaakte heel zuur. Wij hadden alle drie verschillende pasta’s alle drie waren niet lekker plakkerige pasta en na de tijd last van onze maag

Creo que Gordon Ramsey me gritaría por estos platos. La Coca-Cola no tenía carbonatación. La bruschetta sabía a tierra. La carbronara era horrible y solo probaste crema. La pasta estaba demasiado cocida. En general, no vale la pena una visita

Echt heel slecht! Bestelling drankjes ging mis. Ze konden de kassa niet bedienen. Na 45 minuten kwam ik erachter dat onze bestelling niet bij de keuken terecht was gekomen. Erg vervelend met 2 kinderen. Mijn geld terug gevraagd en snel ergens anders heen gegaan. Ga hier niet heen!

No hay realmente un servicio, escaneas un código QR y ordenas/pagas en tu teléfono, lo que es eficiente. La comida llegó muy rápido, pero pedí pasta con trufa, pero la pasta estaba mal cocida. Mi amigo tenía la pasta con salmón y pudimos encontrar un poco de espina de pescado + la pasta estaba mal cocida. La pizza parece buena.

I have been meaning to go here for years, as it's always busy and it looked cool inside. We finally decided to go (partner, and 2 year old daughter). We had to wait for a table that they said would be 15 minutes but was probably 5-7. We had tried to book but you can't. I ordered vegetarian ravioli, my partner ordered ratatouille pasta, and daughter had a pizza. All were very good. Lots of flavour. You order via an app which is easy to use. The service was very good also. I wanted a dessert but was too full. Definitely worth a visit.

Delicious pizza and/or pasta dishes

Always a good choice when in Groningen. Affordable and good food. It is more like a fast food type of restaurant, but italian style, and in a “skin” of a normal restaurant setting. You scan a QR code and you order and pay with your phone. They just bring you your food. They don’t distube you 1 second after you sat down asking what you want to drink. They do not come after your second bite in your food if everything is delicious and as your wish. I just love it. Just a chill and delicious place!:)

A favorite place for delicious pasta/pizza and fast service for years, but the last time last week was very disappointing. We had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for 1 pasta and 1 lasagna. The delicious smell of Italian food was repeatedly replaced by a foul smell of smoke from customers and especially the owner/manager who were smoking right in front of the entrance. We were halfway through the place and it really was like being in a smokehouse. You also create a smoke screen for anyone who wants to enter or leave, smoking is not allowed in front of the entrance. Once the food arrived it was nothing special, the ravioli was tough. Large portions and a nicely decorated place, but this experience makes it impossible to repeat.

Unfortunately, our visit did not go well. 1. Pasta was undercooked, we were already waiting for it pretty long and we asked to remake it. Second one was not much better. 2. Tiramisu we got also included a hair in the package. Waiter looked at it and was like - oh, no, it’s just something inside, not a hair and was just standing. He changed it only after my friend told that I’m not gonna eat a desert with a hair inside. Also tiramisu is extremely heavy textured, nothing in common with original recipe, but if you like heavy mascarpone - that’s perfect for you (and also if you like hair). So. Long waiting time, hair in food, undercooked dish and also we were not offered to remove it from the bill or anything what any other normal restaurant would do in such a situation.

It is not for Italians or those who know what Italian cuisine really is. Cutlery already dirty with food from others...tasteless pasta made really badly. Pizza.. recipes that Italians don't have.

While looking for an Italian restaurant in Groningen we found this lovely restaurant. We received a very friendly welcome here and were immediately asked if we had eaten here before. Since it was our first time here, everything was explained to us very well in English. You can order here normally via the staff or via an online function. We ordered a pizza and a lasagne which were very tasty and the prices for the dishes weren't too expensive. The ambience is also very worth seeing and beautifully designed as you can see in the photos. If you happen to be in the area and fancy a delicious Italian dish, you should definitely take a look.

The food was okay, especially considering the budget, italian food. Service was very odd: akward interactions and bluntly ignored on several occasions.

Quality has deteriorated in recent years. There are 5 people in the kitchen, about 30 people are eating in the restaurant. Waited about an hour for 3 pasta carbonara that still hadn't been made. Asked several times how long it will take, no concrete answer. Still decided to leave. Man behind the bar was irritated and wanted to start a discussion. Said it was ready but it wasn't. I am a chef myself and could see in the kitchen that their system is not correct. She lost a lot of receipts and there was a party streamer hanging from the receipt printer inside. This was my last time coming here.

Prima prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding. Mijn partner en ik hadden beide een pizza Lazio, was niets mis mee. Drankjes en eten vlot op tafel. Wij waren hier voor lunch, was behoorlijk druk, dat zegt wel iets.

We waited almost an hour for our noodles! Cutlery was also forgotten... Noodles weren't tasty - they tasted very floury!! We wouldn't eat there again

Friendly staff and delicious food as always

I used to eat here quite often and it was always great! I haven't been there for a few months now, and I took the same pasta as always to take away. And it was simply inedible! Very unfortunate, but I think something went wrong. It also took a long time. There is no taste to the pasta. And it's more cream than pasta...

Delicious pizzas for years. Until I came again today. It turns out that they now make the dough themselves instead of in a machine, as far as I'm concerned the base now tastes like a New York pizza, I hope they go back to the old pizzas...

The perfect option if you don't want to go to McDonalds, but eating out is too much. The food tasted much better and was less greasy and watery than expected (as is the case with Vegitallian). Good spontaneous option and great atmosphere.

Great food, great service, but the tiramisu is not recommended. You can't call this tiramisu, but the pasta was 👍👍

Erg lang wachten (30 min.) na met de app iets besteld te hebben. Terwijl er nauwelijks op dat moment klanten aanwezig waren. Het was dus absoluut niet druk. Bij navraag werd niet vriendelijk verwezen naar de app. De insalata surf & turf die ik bestelde was veel maar net erg bijzonder. Hier ga ik niet meer heen.

It's OK. Food was for the children. Well received. Service is almost non-existent. Orders are placed online and then served.

Sanitary facilities are mediocre. The price matches the quality of the food.

The pizzas are tasty but the pasta was over-cooked and tasteless. When I indicated that I did not like the pasta (and also indicated that the pasta had been overcooked) I was asked if they could add something so that I could take it home. Very unfortunate on a bill of more than €100.

The noodles are very good, super delicious and also a big plate. Of course the restaurant is not the cosiest one but for having good food it's worth it. Also the service is super kind.

This restaurant is not your typical atmospheric Italian, but rather a place you can go if you don't want to dine for a long time. You can order your food via a QR code and your food will then be delivered quite quickly. The pizzas we ordered tasted delicious. Would definitely come here again!

The food was very tasty, unfortunately we had to wait 50 minutes for the food.

The prices have more than doubled in a very short time, losing Pasta Fabriek’s USP. Food’s not bad, but ordering with a QR-code, being told to go inside to get your own cutlery, and not providing any bread anymore with the pasta or adding ice to the drinks is just being cheap on purpose. If you offer fastfood service without fastfood prices, you’re doing something wrong.

Last weekend surprised me a bit. While we were eating, the chairs were placed on the tables around us. The music turned off and the vacuuming started a little later. Cleaning was also done while the staff had music earphones in. This was around 8:45 PM while they didn't close until 9:30 PM. The food was tasty, but I should have taken it home. My friend and I felt very rushed.

If we could, we would only give half a star. - You have to order everything online, which worked well. But then you had to pay directly in advance. - The drinks came pretty quickly, unfortunately they tasted a bit stale. - We ordered 1x pizza and 1x pasta, which shouldn't take much time. The pizza arrived after 70 minutes! But without the pasta. When we spoke to the waitress, the pasta arrived 10 minutes later! - The problem... unfortunately the food tasted completely like a finished product. The restaurant was busy, so a lot of people probably accepted that, but we personally wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Too bad.

Unfortunately I have to adjust my review negatively. I have been coming to the Pasta Factory for years and have always been satisfied. Last night we wanted to visit an open-air concert on the Grote Markt and have dinner at the Pasta Factory beforehand. Unfortunately it took an hour and fifteen minutes before we were served the food. As a result, we only saw the last 5 minutes of the concert. A big disappointment. But what bothered me most was the communication. I inquired several times whether the order would be OK. And my concerns were always waved away with a smile. It would be fine. Why not tell the honest story that there are problems with logistics and that it will take a long time before the food is served? Or offer a baguette or drink on the house to pass the time? When leaving the business, it was admitted in a conversation that the logistics were not in order. I understand that as an entrepreneur you can sometimes have a bad day and get into trouble due to the poor functioning of your staff. But I still have a hangover from this last visit and that keeps me from coming back.

It takes some getting used to having to do everything yourself except cooking. Even get your own cutlery. But Angeli has delicious food and super affordable.

The food was fine, but the service and speed of delivery were not. It would be nice for them to provide compensation for the house. As far as I'm concerned, waiting an hour for a pizza is not normal for a good Italian

Had to wait 60 minutes for pizza even though we had already been sitting for 30 minutes. Previously always a top tent, but they can no longer handle the crowds. Don't go there if you want to grab something to eat quickly.

Waited a very long time for the food

I was initially irritated by the ordering concept but now I'm an absolute fan! Scan the QR code at the table, add food to your shopping cart online, order, pay and you're done. Moments later a waitress came and brought the items. The food also came quickly and was super tasty. Large pizza and the pasta was generous in size.

Nice location with an awesome atmosphere. The dishes are very tasty and always fresh. You can choose from pasta with different noodles, pizza and salads. All of them are made individually for you and how you like it. You also can add ingredients and different kind of meats. The prices are affordable and for a big pasta you won't pay more than 10€ which is awesome. The also serve drinks and are open 7 days a week

Ordering online is great but then the waiting time is even longer. I ordered a pizza and had to wait for almost an hour, which was a bit uncomfortable as there were a lot of people walking past you and a lot of motorbikes driving past and it was rather cold

Nicely decorated tent, real Italian manager and above all very good food. And all that for a very competitive price!

The food is delicious at affordable prices and the portions are also very generous. I recommend the chicken and mushroom pasta dish. It is so creamy and the pasta noodles are top quality.

The surf and turf salad is really my favorite, I often eat it when I'm in town.

Nice Italian restaurant where you order yourself at the table with a QR code. Not very expensive, prices good in relation to the quality. Service takes some getting used to because they only serve the order at the table.

First of all service is so weird, rude attitude and 0 knowledge of customer service. Secondly the food was odd, we ate carbonara and paysanne and both have this weird trace of taste, couldn’t figure it out but it was between fishy and funghi type. HOUSE WINE IS COOKING WINE!! Rather have water which is also not free… basically tried it and was completely disappointed by all. Never again. If you want real pasta or pizza go to da carlo in zuiderdiep, maybe not the cheapest but its awesome 👏🏻

There is a good price-quality ratio. The pizza crust was a disappointment and it is a shame that it is now so far gone that you can only order via a QR code. We had to collect the cutlery from a bin ourselves. That was no longer on the table. Furthermore, the food was just good and the dessert was delicious!

Friendly, that's for sure. But the food was tasteless. Pasta bolognese and pasta salmon with cream sauce. The pasta itself was overcooked and mealy. The sauce really had little taste. The bolognese sauce tasted tinny, nothing more

Not a great restaurant, especially the staff at the door is very unfriendly. Very blend food. Italians would not be proud.

Ik heb hier geluncht met een aantal vrienden. Bij binnenkomst werden we netjes aan een tafel gezet en kregen we ons bier redelijk snel, tot dus ver ging alles goed. Nadat we onze lunch besteld hadden hebben we 40 min moeten wachten op het eten. Dit om vervolgens om de 10 min je eten op tafel te krijgen waardoor niemand tegelijk at. Toen het eten op tafel kwam moesten we zelf nog naar bestek zoeken omdat ons niet is verteld dat je zelf je bestek moest pakken. En dan heb ik het nog niet eens over het eten gehad. Ik had een pasta carbonara met 1,5 kilo geraspte kaas er overheen waardoor je de rest niet meer proefde, de pasta zelf was niet goed doorgekookt. Kortom ik kreeg het gewoon niet weg. Iemand anders uit de groep had een pizza, de diepvries pizza van de AH voor een euro is oprecht vele malen beter.

I don't recommend the pizza, the dough is dry, not much toppings. This is not the place for Italian pizza. The pizza should have a raised soft dough. The pasta was partially molded. The interior is nice, open kitchen. Change the pizza recipe. You have an oven.

The pasta factory is indeed named after the delicious pasta, but I think the pizzas are a lot less good. Hard bottom and fairly economically invested. The pasta factory used to be fairly cheap and fun to visit, but nowadays you pay full restaurant prices and spend 30 euros for 2 people with food and 1 drink.

Catastrophe! We ordered bread with aioli as a starter - it came with a baked baguette with bone-hard crumb butter that couldn't be spread on the baguette. But it got even worse! The two pizzas were by far the worst we have ever eaten. Totally dry, lukewarm & no taste. The surface was more than clear. We've never eaten so badly. A pity!

De Penne Carbonara...veel te vet, te veel saus, de penne droop erin😬.. Heb de helft er nog niet van opgegeten. Werd plm 03.00 uur wakker s'nachts Hartkloppingen, misselijk, de penne kwam er weer uit😨. Zeer druk en rommelig gedoe daar. Meer geschikt voor jongeren en studenten. Engelssprekend personeel veelal. Bestellen via app wat niet lukte, dan naar kassa en zelf eerst bestellen en afrekenen. Wil je een 2e glas wijn, wat ik overigens ook niet aanbeveel, want waterige rose, moet je weer naar de kassa om te bestellen en af te rekenen. De 'baas, neem ik aan, die achter de kassa stond, vond ik niet echt een gastheer, om het zo maar eens te zeggen. De prijzen zijn redelijk, echter ik betaal liever iets meer voor persoonlijkeR service en een goed product. Tot slot: je gaat ook niet uit eten om er ziek van te worden 🤮. Mag duidelijk zijn 1x maar nooit weer!

For the price you pay at the pasta factory you get a decent plate that fills the average guy. Personally, I think the pizzas are a bit less. Atmosphere is different from a regular restaurant as you have less contact with the staff. But other than that, definitely highly recommended!

Met een groep gegeten en vonden het allemaal lekker. De aankleding is gezellig en het is zeer betaalbaar dus echt een aanrader. Reserveren kan niet dus kom op tijd en anders moet je even wachten tot er een tafel vrij is.

Pizza hatte leider keinen Geschmack und wir hatten alle 3 Bauchschmerzen ein paar Stunden nach dem essen. Die schlechteste Pizza die ich jemals gegessen habe. Aber sehr nettes Personal und Service.

Als arme student is dit de ideale plek om goedkoop uit eten te gaan - het zal niet het beste Italiaanse eten zijn dat je ooit hebt gehad, maar het is wel lekker en de service is snel. De ruimte heeft iets weg van een fabriekshal, wat goed past bij de naam, maar niet echt bijdraagt aan de sfeer.

Lekker eten! De diversiteit op de menukaart bood voor ieder wat wils. De bestelling plaatsen via de telefoon verliep soepel. Er was een vlotte service.

Je moet bestellen via de telefoon, waar ik persoonlijk een niet al te grote fan van ben. We kregen wel redelijk snel ons eten en drinken, alleen mijn pasta was koud. Ik liep terug om dit aan te geven (de kok was niet blij met dit nieuws volgens mij), alleen mij werd gevraagd of hij opgewarmd moest worden of dat ik een nieuwe wou. Ik kreeg gelukkig wel redelijk snel een nieuwe pasta. Helaas werden ik en mijn vriendin erg misselijk na deze pasta. De prijs was wel oké, alleen ik had iets meer van de smaak verwacht. Ik zou deze plek persoonlijk niet aanraden, al is Groningen zelf echt een heel erg leuke stad!

Na lange tijd weer eens een bezoek aan Groningen , en lunchen bij de pasta fabriek Zoals eerder ook dit keer weer lekker gegeten 😋 het bestel systeem is positief veranderd Bruschetta en soep vooraf Daarna pasta

Waren erg laat, toch hebben ze ons binnengelaten en hadden zelfs binnen 10min allemaal ons eten voor ons staan. Allemaal zelf en vers gemaakt en mega lekker. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug om er iets rustiger van te kunnen genieten.

Aardige pasta voor weinig. Eigen bestek pakken, veel jonge mensen. Prima als je efficient wil eten.

Ik kwam hier in mijn studenten om voordelig, maar vooral lekker te eten. Inmiddels 5 jaar afgestudeerd en om eerlijk te zijn was ik dit restaurant helemaal vergeten (woon zelf niet in de stad). Nu zijn we een avond in Groningen en dan moet er ook gegeten worden… PASTAFABRIEK! Het moment dat je binnenloopt is alsof ik hier vorige week nog ben geweest. Vrijwel alles ziet er nog hetzelfde uit. Keurig onderhouden. Dan is het moment daar om te eten.. je eten wordt hier nu geserveerd. Dat was 5 jaar geleden nog anders, toen stond je in de rij van de chef die je eten voor je bereidde. Nu kan je dus lekker zitten en bijkletsen met je gezelschap. Eén hap van de goed geserveerde Diavolo met verse fusili…ongekend lekker. Ik heb de salami laten vervangen door tonijn. Dit verdient een dikke 10 (5 sterren op Google.) Ik raad dit restaurant aan aan iedereen die een lekker avondje goed eten wil voor zijn geld.
