We ate here with the kids on Christmas Day. Besides the excellent food, the service was beyond expectations. Truly fantastic! Highly recommended.

Nice place! typical small Amsterdam Restaurant with good pizza, some with Spezial ingredients.

I find the pizza mediocre. I order a Coca-Cola Zero (€4.30) and get some vaguely undrinkable brand of cola. The employee tells me he doesn't like it either, but serves it to me anyway. When I tell them I don't like the cola—after all, I ordered a Coca-Cola Zero—I expect a response more like, "That's unfortunate, I'll pass your complaint on to the manager." If a complaint is considered inappropriate behavior, you should reconsider how you handle complaints. Good luck!

I visited De Pizzabakkers on Spaarndammerstraat with my partner, and we had a very pleasant time. The location is great, with a cozy atmosphere and an open kitchen. The service was friendly and quick, and the pizza was delicious: a thin, crispy crust with fresh ingredients. It’s best to make a reservation, as the place gets busy. This way you avoid waiting and don’t end up blaming the staff, who are doing a great job even when it’s crowded. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be back.

I'm not sure about the food yet. We waited 35 minutes and still no pizza. People with reservations who arrived 15 minutes later got their appetizers before we did. It also took 20 minutes to get our drinks because they didn't come to our table to ask what we wanted to drink. It will probably take another 10 minutes. Don't go here when it's busy!

Last night my family and I had dinner at our wonderful neighbor the Italian restaurant next to Hummus & Habibis and it was unforgettable we began with four starters two fresh vibrant salads full of Mediterranean flavors,one had a mysterious note that transported me to the sea breeze and rocky shores though I couldn’t identify the ingredient perhaps seafood or a perfect blend of herbs oils and citrus, the other two starters were crispy bread with 2 kind of oily sauces, crunchy tomatoes and fresh herbs aww fresh figs 😋the figs added a gentle sweetness, to be honest so happy to see fruits inside meals that absolutely different touch👏🏽, black and green olives with almond was fantastic and warmed carefully on perfect temperature and the vegetables creating a taste like mountains meeting the sea, for the main course we shared four artisanal pizzas with thin delicate crusts perfectly baked the vegan spinach pizza was the highlight refined flavorful and deeply satisfying, the service was warm and attentive making us feel truly at home, this was more than a meal it was a sensory journey and a celebration of Italian food thank you for the Italiano trip 🙏🏽🪬

At De Pizzabakkers on Spaarndammerstraat, you're always guaranteed a great evening: the food is delicious and affordable, the wine is good, and the pizza of the month is almost always worth reserving a table for. There's also a lovely terrace and the staff are always friendly.

You can always expect the same quality here, they never disappoint, the service is fast and it's a pleasant atmosphere.

We have been coming to De Pizzabakkers for years with great pleasure. The combination of tasty dishes, hospitable staff and a cozy, lively atmosphere makes it a party every time. The restaurant has a real neighborhood function: we often meet acquaintances who, just like us, come back regularly. Hopefully we can continue to enjoy the delicious pizzas and nice ambiance for a long time. An absolute must!

The pizza tasted good but we had to wait quite long while at least 15 pizzas were brought out and delivered on bikes. Probably it's quicker if you take a seat and order online.

We waited 1,5 hours for 3 pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous. The food was fine, pretty tasty but nothing special. Definitely not worth the wait. One of the waiter sat down to talk with some friends next to us for about 30 minutes which seemed unprofessional to us.

We have been coming to Pizzabakkers since it opened, but the pizzas are becoming increasingly expensive and of lower quality. They are barely filled and you have to pay extra for extra anchovies etc. Very unfortunate.

Firstly, a 30-minute delay for takeout is way too long. Secondly, the head pizza chef is rude to the waiters even though he is the one being slow. Pretty good pizza, though I would recommend going to a different location.

Well, there you are. Three tables in the store and waiting an eternity for your pizza. Because all Ubers and Thuisbezorgd vouchers get priority. I'm not going there again. If you take the trouble to go somewhere, you become a third-rate customer.

Great pizzas, but woe if you want to eat them in the restaurant. They make you wait until you weigh an ounce while in the meantime piles of orders go out. Restaurant guests are given the lowest priority. When we had been waiting for a few simple pizzas for quite some time, we were told that it would take even longer. To ease the pain, the waiter offered us to order an appetizer - for full price. Not pizza bakers but cookie bakers!

Delicious and exceptional pizza in a small cozy restaurant in downtown Amsterdam. However, the pizzas are relatively expensive. Due to the location in the city center, a lot of suppliers come to the restaurant and you unfortunately have to wait quite a long time for your food because the orders have priority. Overall, a successful and tasty visit, but unfortunately a bit more expensive

An excellent pizza with a thin base that was also nice and crispy in the middle. The Italian sausage was something delicious and new to my tongue. I think this was honestly the best pizza I've eaten this year. The delicious Italian beer rounded off the lovely visit perfectly. You're not completely full after the pizza, but your hunger is satisfied.

What great pizzas!! I especially recommend the Tartufo pizza!! Every time I order it it is a pleasant taste surprise.

I recommend the burrata with their focaccia, was such a perfect and tasty combination! We had the truffle pizza as well. it was nice but the addition of boiled eggs was a bit off.

We went for a walk today and ordered a pizza to take away and the wait was long. Even seeing customers who ordered later than us leave with their pizzas, making us feel stupid? Apparently the clerk forgot our pizza! When we got the pizza we were too hungry. I chose to enjoy it while walking, but when I opened it the pizza was already cold and the edges were still hard! My husband and I felt very bad? It turned out that spending €17.5 waiting for more than half an hour was worth getting a bad pizza?👎🥲 Think carefully whether you should go here for dinner/takeaway and risk having a bad experience?🤕

I had a very bad experience and it was a ridiculous reaction from their staff. For the first time in my life I heard that the pizza order is activated only after the antipasti is finished and collected from the table. Through this ridiculous “rule” the pizza order within the restaurant was delivered in 55 minutes. When we asked why this is slow, the waiter was very rude and he made us feel unwelcome. Also, the pizza was not good at all.

Not quite there compared to other pizza makers. Everything went slowly, pizza only arrived after an hour from ordering. Ordering drinks in between was very difficult. Pizza itself was okay, lacked a bit of love.

My bf and I are regulars here. We used to have great service but lately the service has been poor, especially today. We waited 45 min and we received our pizza later than people who came in after us. When our pizzas finally came out they were both with wrong ingredients. We waited an additional 15 min for my pizza, that was missing cheese. So I waited for 60 min in total. I didn’t receive an apology or compensation for the mistakes or long wait. A mistake can happen but how it’s handled is a choice, and this was very poorly handled. We actually felt robbed in the end. It didn’t feel good and our experience was terrible. This place is poorly managed. Two young boys serving full house by themselves. A manager should be available to address an issue like this or at least show staff how to handle the situation.

Acho que não demos sorte com o rapaz que nos atendeu que errou todo o pedido, não conhecia o cardápio e nos deixou desassistidos. Mas o espaço é gostoso e a pizza deixei a desejar.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoy coming here from time to time if we want a 'roman style' pizza. The pizza of the month is usually with an interesting mix of ingredients and very tasty. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. Recommended :) Also very good sgroppino!

Très bonne expérience, nous avons dîné en terrasse. Lieu agréable, les produits utilisés sont frais et de qualité. Nous avons mangé de très bonnes pizzas et des cocktails biens réalisés. Les prix sont moins élevés que dans le centre ville, le service est sympathique, je recommande vivement!

Pizza bakers who bake pizzas. Reliable, fresh, pizza franchise, who deliver reliably good pizzas. We had the pea pizza, which arguable not sure that should be a thing, but was still surprisingly tasty. And the mushroom pizza. Kind staff working their butt off in a nice neighborhood.

Heerlijke italiaanse pizza's uit een steenoven. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van verse ingrediënten. Heb er al een paar keer gegeten en haal hier altijd af.

Prima pizza's met net wat meer voor een schappelijke prijs. Bediening was wel wst langzaam maar dat kan een momentopname geweest zijn. Ga gerust hier een pizza halen.

Top! Personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gastvrij! Het eten was voortreffelijk! Goed verzorgd, ruime porties, excellent qua smaak. Het restaurant is knus en gezellig. Aanrader voor wie een heerlijke onbezorgde avond wil hebben.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker, typisch italienisch mit dem dünnen Boden und dem knusprigen Pizzarand, die Auswahl ist klein, aber jeder sollte etwas finden! Dazu hatten wir italienischen Eistee der auch sehr lecker war. Wir hatten kurz vorher online reserviert und es hat alles sofort geklappt mit dem Tisch. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Voor het eerst bij Pizzabakkers in spaarndammer straat gegeten. Leuke tent om te zien. Heel vriendelijk, jong personeel. Redelijke vlotte bediening . Helaas kwamen de pizza’s voordat de bestelde anti pasta was geserveerd. Die was helaas vergeten door de bediening. Punt van aandacht🤔. maar werd wel omslachtig excuses aangeboden dus dat was ok. De pizza met ansjovis was heerlijk en super dunne bodem waar ik van hou. De huiswijn besteld, die 17,50 per fles kost was prima niets bijzonders maar ook niet slecht. Karaf water werd zonder morren geserveerd. Nog een goede tiramisu gedeeld ook prima. Ik vind de Pizzabakkers een leuke en sympathieke pizzeria. Een goede keus voor wie pizza wil eten in de Spaarndammerbuurt. Vergeet Pinsa’s de andere pizzeria in de Spaarndammerbuurt. Zie mijn super negatieve review over die tent ook op tripadvisor!
