De Pizzabakkers To Go Leiden Centraal in Boerhaavedistrict

Ordered and picked up a pizza. The man behind the counter wasn't friendly. He kept throwing our pizza around. As you can see, the salami pizza wasn't even fully topped. And I'm not even talking about the salami itself, because tomato sauce was missing from a third of my pizza. The pizza crust was also incredibly thin and hard. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Hii, I'm an Italian student here in Leiden. I recently discovered this fantastic pizzeria. I got margherita and marinara, in my opinion simple is better, but I'll come back again to try the seasonal pizzas. It was delicious and in the average price range for Leiden's pizzas ( if u don't want the fast food alternatives). As I was going away with my pizzas, a smiling girl helped me with a smart plastic bag for bringing the cardboards around while biking.

This is one of the best pizza places in Leiden, I absolutely love it!

I am a fan of the Pizzabakkers from Rotterdam anyway. What fun and cheerful pizza bakers! While waiting, there was some nice Latin music playing. So I did a little dance with my fiancé. The sweet ladies even turned up the music a bit :) What a nice atmosphere and vibe! Recommended!

Not happy, I did order 2 tartufo pizzas and 1 quattro stagioni instead I got only 1 tartufo pizza and 2 quattro fromagio pizzas. Not what I ordered. I did try to call the shop but they didn't pick up the call at all. All this before 21:00. Now I have 2 pizzas that I paid for and no one wants to eat them. Not the first time that they deliver the wrong pizzas.

Not happy at all. They sent us the wrong orders even though on the receipt it was what we had orders. We had to throw them away. We called but nobody answered.

With (Pizza) providers in Katwijk offering delivery costs (€0.00 - €0.99), I am of course not going for an order with €4.99 delivery costs. Even the percentage "service fee" is higher.

Second time we eat here. First was a wrong pizza choice from me. But this time was good. This small pizzeria next of the station is a quiet high level Italian pizza buffet. Inside outside can sit down. Inside so simple the style but absolutely love able. The pizza pretty nice paper thin with enough toppings. The staffs are kind and friendly. The prices are correct.

I ordered home delivery at 8:15 PM, waited until 10:15 PM for my order and received a message at 10:30 PM that my order had been canceled. Stupid tent….

After enjoying pizza in this restaurant many times, this time I unfortunately had to eat cold pizza. Even after the nice server reheated my pizza twice, it remained cold. The owner said the pizza always comes out hot from the oven. I think I got a cold pizza from a box returned by the delivery person. Unfortunately, for this reason I will have to get my pizza elsewhere in the future.

Utter clowns with how they handle delivery. Which is a shame as Pizza Bakkers make tasty pizza.

I come from Rome, and this pizza tastes like home!! Seriously one of the best I've had in NL, the dough is perfect and they have creative pizzas with traditional ingredients, not the usual 4 types.

Just ordered via Uber Eats. The tartufo pizza had so much truffle sauce on it that we had to take some of it off. The spicy gorgonzola was tasty but not very balanced. The 'nduja could have been spread out a bit because a whole bite is far too intense, and the pizza was also missing something fresh. The cheese was also only in the middle. Otherwise okay pizzas, but personally I won't order here again.

Really nice pizza made in the wooden oven. Tasty, yummy. Highly recommend.

Have been in Leiden for 2 weeks for work and have eaten here almost daily. BEST place in all of Leiden with very cheap prices! HIGHLY recommend this place and will continue to eat here during any future visit to Leiden! Also, the pizza is just as good as if you were eating in Italy!!!!!!!!

I'm from Malta and have been to Italy so many times, so I know what good pizza is. Honestly, the pizza here is one of my favorites! A quiet place with delicious food.

Excellent Roman-style pizza. Judging by reviews of complaints about the pizza crust -- too many people do not understand what is a genuine "Roman" pizza! WARNING: The Pizzabakkers at Leiden Centraal is not a fair representation of De Pizzabakkers!!! Too often questionable staff and "atmosphere". Not a true Pizzabakkers establishment. Go a few minutes away to the shop at Herenstraat 1. That is a phenomenal place just south of the station for this awesome pizza and drinks. Take a 9 minute ride on Bus 1 or 3 from Leiden Centraal.

The famous pizzas taste great here. Unfortunately the music is very loud

De foccacia die ik had besteld was erg lekker en zou ik normaal wel voor terug gaan maar ik moest 9 euro betalen terwijl ik later op de site zag dat deze 7,50 koste. Beetje lullig.

We waren nogal terughouden in bestellen maar de bediening heeft ons met zijn glimlach er doorheen gesleept. De brood is uitzonderlijk knapperig en lekker. De pizza’s daar kom ik nog voor terug indien ik nogmaals naar Leiden kom. De espresso is ook lekker. Drink keuze past heel erg goed bij dit restaurant eindelijke iets anders dan alleen cola of fanta.

Heerlijke pizza met flinterdunne bodem en super snel klaar.

Broodje gehaald tijdens de lunch, echt een aanrader. Het broodje komt nog warm uit de oven en was heerlijk. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Sehr leckere Pizza Da Noi, diese Lokalität ist sehr zu empfehlen. Komme bestimmt mal wieder vorbei um eine andere Pizza zu genießen.

Het pizzadeeg was flinterdun, drappig en leek niet helemaal gaar. Ook heb ik buikklachten gekregen na de pizza. Misschien net pech ! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pizza was really good and way better than all the popular take away places. The pizza was ready very quickly (you could probably grab one between transfers on your train trip). The majority of pizzas also had very unique ingredients not just the standard pizzas you can get anywhere. Only downside was the limited drink choices but that's also a design choice so I can't really fault them on that.

Best pizza I’ve had in Netherlands, made with an authentic stone oven. Service is really great too, me and a friend stepped in 15’ before closing time, starving and tired, and they made two pizzas for us with no fuss or issues. Can’t recommend it enough

Erg lekkere broodjes! Wel een beetje klein naar mijn smaak

Kwalitatieve goede pizza en snel klaar voor als je de trein moet halen. Ik haal hier zo nu en dan wanneer ik de trein moet pakken.

Super lekkere pizza! Was heel snel klaar. Ook heel fijn dat mn extra topping (mozzerella) apart in een bakje zat, zodat de pizza niet zompig werd onderweg. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk.👍🏼 Aanrader

Dit zijn dus gewoon LEKKERE pizzas. Ik bestel uit luiheid meestal bij Domino's. Toch het dure broertje met de smaak van Mac Donalds: altijd hetzelfde en niet echt spannend. Niet meer doen. Deze pizzas hebben een lekkere bodem en zijn smakelijk belegd.

Lekker deeg en echt heerlijke tomatensaus, verse ingrediënten. Misschien wel de beste pizza in Leiden

Ontzettend lekkere pizza’s en topservice! Ik ben super blij en kom zeker terug.
