Very bad experience. I had ordered two sandwiches and pasta to take away. After a 15-minute drive, I arrived home and discovered the pasta was not included in the order at all. I called immediately, and an employee indicated that they would bring the pasta. I then also asked if I could order an extra sandwich. After waiting for two hours, and after calling multiple times without anyone answering, I finally managed to get hold of someone. I was then told that a colleague had passed on the information incorrectly and that they do not deliver to my address at all. In the meantime, they had made me wait two hours for a mistake they had made themselves. As a solution, I was allowed to come and pick up an extra pasta, but that was not possible due to the children at home whom I could not leave behind. During the conversation, no responsibility was taken, and the response was completely unfriendly to customers. In fact, the lady on the line got angry and stated that she was speaking to me with respect and that I had no right to be angry. Eventually, a customer who heard this story had more compassion for the situation and offered to bring my food, which meant they had a customer deliver my order. The extra sandwich I had ordered was subsequently missing as well. This is now the second time I have had problems with this establishment. They take no responsibility for their mistakes, communicate poorly, and are very unprofessional. For me, this is absolutely the last time I will order or eat here!!! If you can't handle honest criticism, you shouldn't run a business. Mistakes can happen, but making customers wait two hours while someone is hungry, taking no responsibility, and then reacting rudely is simply unprofessional.

We entered and ordered bissara, couscous with meat, and a shrimp sandwich menu. When I received my bissara, it tasted completely burnt. After I pointed this out, the employee first handed it to someone else to taste to see if it really was like that. I found that very unprofessional. My mother had ordered couscous with meat, but after taking a few bites, it turned out to be chicken instead of meat. We pointed this out as well. Subsequently, we had to wait again for the correct order. When the couscous with meat finally arrived, we received a tiny piece of meat consisting almost entirely of bone. Very disappointing, especially when you pay for couscous with meat. Additionally, we were given stale bread that was very hard. All in all, a bad experience due to incorrect orders, a long wait, and mediocre food quality. Unfortunately, not worth repeating.

The meat is also truly delicious, perfectly seasoned and well-prepared. The staff are also incredibly friendly. You always receive a warm welcome, and the service is top-notch. They take their time with you and make you feel truly welcome. It feels like coming home to us now. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good food, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere!

They just rolled out of bed without even cleaning their faces!

My wife and I wanted to have a nice breakfast here, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. The place looks more like a snack bar than a place to enjoy breakfast. The staff completely ignored us for a long time and seemed more occupied with discussing with colleagues in the kitchen than with the customers. We were about to leave, but decided, out of principle, to order something: two simple glasses of mint tea. To our surprise, we were charged €7 for this, which is completely disproportionate to what you get, especially considering the ambiance and service of the place. All in all, a disappointing experience. We won't be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

Deli Marouk is a Moroccan restaurant and café in the Geisenfeld area, adjacent to the famous 40/45 market square. The place is always crowded and varied on all my visits, whether in summer or winter. It serves all traditional Moroccan meals from breakfast to dinner. The menu is diverse and you can always modify it. The food is very delicious and the price list is affordable for everyone.

As for the cuisine, I opted for the mixed grill with an assortment of meats. The meat is a little too dry and the frozen fries are not very good. One of the downsides of this Moroccan restaurant is that it is only possible to eat tagine or couscous on the weekend but not every day of the weekend (a bit of a shame for a Moroccan restaurant). The prices are slightly too high compared to the location of the restaurant and the quality of the food. The service was average because the plates did not arrive at the same time (my wife was served 10 minutes before me).

I went here last week for dinner. We ordered 1 plate of pasta but the server sent 2 plates, I guessed it was due to language barrier. The great thing was they understood and took it back. The pasta portion was so big and it was so damn good. It only cost us €14 for such a big portion. My husband and I really loves the pasta and we wanna go back to eat again
