Why fries with the skin on? The fries used to be good here. Not anymore. Next time I'll go to the neighbors, they do have real fries. Too bad, I used to like coming here.

We popped in on a Sunday evening around six o'clock without a reservation. Despite the crowd, we got a table for two right away and had a delicious and affordable meal. Besides good food, the service was also fast.

A lovely restaurant with a delicious menu. Especially if you don't feel like spending two hours at the table. Delicious food, fast and friendly service at a reasonable price. A household name in Valkenswaard and the surrounding area.👍

One of the best in its segment! A lively atmosphere, friendly service, and a menu perfect for a successful lunch. Dishes are carefully prepared, taste excellent, and the restrooms are remarkably clean. Everything is perfect for a pleasant experience.

Had a great meal with a group of 15 people. I would expect a menu with 3 starters/main courses/desserts. But nothing could be further from the truth We could choose anything from the menu. And there was a lot of choice. Really a great place. With very friendly staff. The food was very tasty.

This is no ordinary chip shop. But a wonderful restaurant with beautiful dishes. The price-quality ratio is absolutely fine. In addition to the current menu, you could also choose dishes from a menu and these could then also be ordered separately. Tasty home made fresh fries and my steak was cooked perfectly. We will do this more often! I have found one disadvantage... you cannot make a reservation here... but then you just have to be there on time. Nice staff, understanding and not rushed. We keep a slightly older sMe and I was very helpful and nice. The young people were really nice too. Only praise! Until next time :)

Very tasty, richly topped hamburger (spicy burger) with fries in the skin. My mother had stew with fries, which was also very good. Even though everything was full, we were served very quickly and friendly. 5 stars!

Not what it once was unfortunately.

Had a delicious meal here with 2 toddlers and a toddler after a day of swimming. The pancakes were very popular and so was the food for the adults! Friendly smooth service. Nice end to a nice day👍👍

We don't come to Valkenswaard often, but this restaurant is one of our favorites. Affordable and delicious. Whether you go for fries and a frikadel, nasi or one of the many burgers, it all tastes delicious. If you are in the area you should definitely go in.

We come here often and it was always good. Until the last time. I had had the dish I had (spare ribs) before, but the last time it was not good. When they came to ask me during dinner if everything was OK, I said that it was much tougher than last time, almost couldn't bite the meat. A waitress came to tell her story. She claimed that there was nothing wrong with it and suggested we go to the Bengel (also a business in Valkenswaard). The meat fell off the bones there, because he claimed that this case injected water into the ribs. It's just nonsense. How bad can you be to involve other things when it wasn't good for them this time. Always ask if it's good, but if it's not good, you're like "do you have a problem with our food or what?" That's disgusting. It was just old junk that wasn't in much demand during the period, but was still sold. When I got home I had a terrible stomach ache. Then you will know. Once again, if you involve other things while it wasn't right for you this time, it's not OK

Goulash soup was very tasty. Not too salty but with sweetness. Full of pulled beef in the bowl with a piece of bun. Very well balanced in flavour. Love it. Chicken wing. Please don't miss it. It was my number one chicken wing in Europe so far. Chicken skin was thin and a little crispy. Fat under the skin were all gone. Meat juice was well preserved in the wing still. Sauce was sweet and boom in its taste. Service was absolutely outstanding and excellent. Well thought of and very warm and gentle. Thanks to the waitree to my table. I don't have your name but you made my day with my family.

We had dinner in the restaurant with two people this evening. We had pre-booked a table. We were assigned a table at a door to a storage room. A children's high chair was promptly taken out of this. A cold draft came from the room and hit my back. I also had to crouch so that the high chair could be lifted over my head. We didn't want to stay there. There were two more two tables available. One of them is at the entrance to the toilets. We then took the other one. We were not helped to carry our things over to the new table. We had to bring our jackets, glasses, drinks, cutlery and menus over to the new table ourselves. There was no service - we were not helped. There are no seats or tables in front of a storage room or at the entrance to the toilets. It was very, very loud in the restaurant due to a group of 6 people. We could only communicate by shouting. My husband couldn't understand me otherwise. We reported this to the staff but nothing was done. Very unfortunate. The food was really excellent but both the service and the drumming were disappointing. We were told it's always so loud there. A shame for the good food. We would have liked to order something else but the volume was really impossible. Once and never again.

I am very impressed with the food served. Apparently nothing, but still. There were 6 of us and we had 5 different dishes and 5 of the same impressions: it was tasty and atmospheric. A really nice place and full of people, and that speaks for itself. I recommend it or rather we recommend it!!!

Very cozy restaurant. It looks chic, neat and extremely tasteful. And it is very tasty. We had an excellent meal. The service was helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic. And we really felt welcome. And it was actually quite difficult to choose from a menu with so much versatility. In the end we opted for a main course and wanted dessert afterwards. But the main course was very filling. I had the Chicken Hawaii skewer with a delicious curry sauce. Delicious! And the real fries were also extremely perfect! Just all too much. And so unfortunately there was no room left for dessert. But we will definitely come and eat it again. Because I definitely will come back here, and I definitely recommend it to someone else.

Ate this afternoon. Smooth, friendly and hospitable service. Up for a chat. The portions are generous. We had a Tosti Den Haas and a Carpaccio Salad. Everything crispy fresh and very tasty. Also nice and tastefully presented. Removing the last bits of salad from the large bowl was a bit awkward because it was deep. But that could also be due to my fumbling 😉. We were very early, so the place was still pleasantly quiet.

Hier kun je heerlijk eten en ik kom hier al langer dan 20 jaar eten maar gisteren kwamen we na half 4 en bijna alles was al gereserveerd of we in de serre wilden gaan zitten...Was koud.. We zaten aan een grote tafel daarna vroegen ze ons om naar een 2 personen tafel te gaan zitten nou ik vind persoonlijk t in de serre zitten niet echt gezellig.. We zijn toen maar gewoon gegaan had dit dus nog nooit meegemaakt in 20 jaar tijd..Jammer want ook wij betalen gewoon en goulash is lekker.

OK haalde er in verleden altijd stokbroodje euersalade, De lekkerste ooit. Dus na Lange tijd was ik in valkenswaard en dacht Jammie heb ik zin in. En o wat jammer hebben ze niet merr😢 maar geen getreur De rest is ook superlekker. Dus wederom heerlijk gegeten. Vandaar de 5 sterren
