Dolce Fratelli Pizza&Pasta in Oude Pijp

Ordered pizzas, paid for pizzas, NEVER GOT PIZZAS. money back promised!, received phone number for inquiry: phone number is fake, MONEY NEVER GOT BACK!

We waited for hours to order a pizza that didn't even have any cheese on it.

I ordered via Uber eats and I never received my order or money back. Think carefully before ordering here.

I'm 100% sure I've never eaten something so salty in my entire life. NOT TO EAT. Really this is just a crime. As if you hope that people will spontaneously drop dead tomorrow after eating this pizza monstrosity. It should be punishable. That must have been the purpose of this pizza, because no one with a working tongue and taste buds could think that this is the intention. You are very, very ashamed. The worst public transport pizza ever is a thousand times better than this.

Thought I'd take a chance despite the TERRIBLE reviews... well, that was my mistake! I'm currently still waiting after ordering on Uber Eats at 00:09... It's 01:40. Restaurant is 11 mins away by car, so shouldn't take long to get here. I tried calling a bunch of times, all the way from the beginning of the order, but their phone just rings and they don't pick up at all. Like... really? What are you guys doing? Just turn off your delivery options if you are not gonna deliver! It's only hurting you to do this, so many people leave you bad reviews because of it! Gonna start my refund tomorrow 👍

I ordered some food. The food never came to me and all of sudden the restaurant cancelled my ordered without any confirmation. I kept calling them to ask about the solution. But It seems unsolved. So 1 star is worth it.

Good delivery until late in the evening

1 star because 0 stars is not possible. Ordered food, wait wait wait. After 1.5 hours I called to see where it was, "delivery on the way". Another hour later still nothing. Tried to call again, no answer. Called from another number and was answered. Indicated which order it was and hung up. No food, lost money... All in all, a ball tent. You better look further.

After waiting for an hour, the delivery was cancelled. I ordered something late at night, but even that took almost an hour to deliver instead of 10-30 minutes...

Do not order from this place. You will either never get your food or wait for 3 hours for it to arrive cold. I've only order twice and will not do it again. They should stop lying about late delivery

Great place to order in when you're not hungry!

Ordered 2 pizzas for €40. At first it took an hour for them to arrive. It then turned out that they were both half burned and also cold. After heating in the microwave they were barely edible. The worst pizza we have eaten in recent years. Please stay away from here.

STAY AWAY!! After 2 hours of waiting for my order the phone number to the restaurant has been turned off. The food arrived and no surprise at all that the food is stone cold. All round horrible experience and an absolute waste of money.

2 words 9 letters. If you call because it's taking a long time, you will get an unsatisfactory answer. When delivered, antisocial, coercive. Never again.

Ordered Pizza Dolce and Dolce Deluxe, The Order arrived late and cold, and then the pizzas were far from what we ordered, not a simple missing ingredient or whatever but just entirely different items. fairly disappointing. Whilst calling i was also being hung up on.

Really a rip off!!! I order via Uber Eats and have no way of contacting the supplier or the store, I've been waiting in vain for my food for 3 hours now. The delivery person then calls me at some point to lie and then block my number. There is no money back either.

If you want to eat 2 pizzas, plan it 2 hours in advance because the delivery time is not respected at all and all that, without any excuse and any professionalism. I don't recommend it at all, €42 for 2 pizzas which are equivalent to the sole of a pair of AirMax shoes, to avoid.

Ordered via the app last weekend, the food was super tasty. The staff indicated that there is a new owner. Good luck guys!

Serieuze aanrader als je goede Pizza's of Pasta wilt! Met overwerken bestellen we met collega's ook altijd van hier omdat deze verreweg het beste eten heeft vergeleken de rest wat we hebben geprobeerd en dat zijn er heel wat. Ook de bezorging is altijd op tijd! Zeer tevreden!

Heerlijke pizza! Pizza zoals die hoort te zijn: verse dunne knapperige bodem, verse ingrediënten erop, en super snel voor je gemaakt. De lekkerste!

Tijdens koningsdag heb ik hier besteld. Ondanks de drukte, toch wel binnen 30 minuten mijn pizza gekregen! Tevreden klant.

i love eating from here the food is delicious i always order the creamy chicken pasta and the chicken nuggets, although the delivery always takes long like an hour and half for it to arrive the food is always hot and warm. in the app i can’t order less than 35 euros or it won’t deliver though.

Place changed ownership around a year ago. No longer called Dolce Fratelli, but now it is Pizzas&Pastas. Prices differ from old Google Dolce Fratelli info ofc but I only got to know that when I was at the shop to order. Pizza is OK however we had to add salt to it 😬

Got to give credit where it’s due. Was hesitant to order because of the reviews but needed some quick food late at night. Ordered at 01:20 and it arrived 01:45. The pizza was hot and tasted fresh. Not the best pizza I have ever had, but considering what time it was and how quickly it arrived it was good

Best Pizza in town hands down, the delivery is fast and the recipes are amazing, the oven-backed pizza dough is always perfect, whereas other pizzerias would deliver it partialy burnt. Best recipe so far Pizza chicken pesto!

Nice people,very good food , would eat there everyday if I lived In Amsterdam. Pizza, Pasta or specials what ever you choose you won’t be disappointed, caters for vegetarians.

De pizza is top hier, lekkere bodem en vol van smaak. Echt een aanrader!
