I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. It didn't even have half a portion of pepperoni on it. I had to wait another half hour after the delivery status showed as "Delivered." The delivery driver ripped the pizza out of its bag, leaving the entire box covered in toppings. Conclusion: the pizza was late, cold, and completely ruined. I'll never order from here again.

Ordered a pizza kebab at the counter. Specifically, I requested no sauce. I received the pizza with sauce. I had to wait half an hour for it. They then made a new one. This one was completely white and undercooked. I indicated that it wasn't cooked, but they said this was normal. Terrible service and completely incompetent staff. I took one bite and put the pizza on the counter because it was so dirty. Never again.

We had pizza here on the evening of the Dutch national team's international match against Lithuania. Despite the crowds, the team managed to serve all customers a fantastic pizza in no time. I ordered two pizzas and a Kick 'n Chicken. The pizzas were delivered, but unfortunately, the Kick 'n Chicken wasn't. The delivery driver immediately called the store and said they'd have another driver deliver it – no problem, it happens. After an hour, however, no one had shown up, so I called the store myself. They said the driver was on his way. In the end, however, no one showed up at all; no one rang the doorbell, and I didn't have any missed calls.

The drinks menu is diverse and enjoyable.

I stopped by the Domino’s near Bijlmer Arena for a quick bite. They don’t sell slices, only whole pizzas, but I got a small one which was ready in about 10 minutes. Tasty enough, with a milkshake on the side. I’ve noticed that big chain restaurants like this sometimes lose the sense of hospitality, as most of their business is focused on delivery rather than dine-in guests. The interior felt neglected, maybe it hasn’t been renovated in a long time. Overall, okay for a quick snack, but don’t expect much atmosphere.

Despite so many negative reviews, I decided to get a pizza from Domino's this evening. Honestly, I wasn't disappointed. We ordered two of the smaller pizzas. Three employees were on hand and quickly prepared our pizzas. Having just come out of the oven, they were very hot and delicious. It's not an Italian wood-fired pizza, but it's still a pleasure to eat! Reading the reviews, I get the impression that most of the problems are those who order pizza to be delivered. If you go directly to the pizzeria, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We ordered online and we never received our order till this day. We haven’t received our money back every time we call they say we have to call the day after very disappointing.

The delivery experience was very disappointing. We did eventually receive all the correct items, but the driver seemed to be blaming us for his mistake and asked for more money in cash. This was very different from what the person on the phone told us, initially they didn’t even want the wrong items back but as we were all vegetarian we asked to give them back. In the end, we felt like we had to pay for their mistakes. Although other employees were nice and helped us, the driver should be more respectful because that is not how you speak to a customer or anyone really.

Terrible experience. Very disappointed. For the same order : a 4 cheese and a peperoni, same size, we compared the prices with New York Pizza. As they were 2€ more expensive, we decided to try Dominos. Believe me, we regret our choice. Dough was awful : as thin and hard as cardboard box. The guarnishing is barely visible. For the 4 cheese, it doesn't taste like 4 different cheese at all. I'm the kind of person to eat everything which is eatable. I'm a food lover. It's hard to make me disappointed. Also, the dimensions are not right : 30cm online, 29cm on the receipt. Next time we will pay 2€ more and go to NY Pizza.

terrible experience! I ordered two pizzas with creme freche and called 1 minute later to make sure they made them creme freche because I'm allergic to tomato, and the manager tells me they already made them with tomato ... in 1 minute which is impossible. Besides, not only does he lie to me saying that I ordered 15 minutes ago, but he doesn't want to make me the pizzas again either, and he doesn't pay me back. Furthermore, I ask that I go to the restaurant and I get nothing, only that the manager ignores what I say and does not mind that her client goes home without food and money. There are renovations going on in front of the tent, which isn't a big deal, but together with the glitching screens and the fact that you absolutely have to order at the counter, it makes for a rather sad affair.

DO NOT order here!!! Ordered 2 different pizzas, hot wings & a dessert but contained HAIR! Found both in the two pizzas and on the hot wings! Of course everything was thrown away, and considering this was 46 euros!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It literally disappeared. We immediately reported this to Thuisbezorgd, but because we did not call Dominos directly, we only received a 10% discount coupon from Thuisbezorgd. The contact went like this: When we found the hair, we contacted Thuisbezorgd instead of Dominos. Dominos did not want to compensate us according to Thuisbezorgd, I saw the next morning. So then I tried calling Dominos. After having contacted the Dominos location several times by phone (an average of 4 calls before they pick up) they can do nothing more than give a 2nd pizza free deal, because we did not call them directly but Thuisbezorgd. As if that is our fault! I don't normally write reviews but there was so much effort in contacting them that it became a matter of principle. DOMINOS Shame on you! Do better in this world damn!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE AFTER DOMINOS REACTION: This story is not true! I immediately contacted Thuisbezorgd, where I also ordered through. They indicated that no compensation was given by you. That is why I contacted you the next day. Compensation offered? A 2nd pizza for free is what you offered after an order of 46 euros, which I had to throw away completely. That doesn't seem very fair to me either, right!?!? Besides, who wants to order new food from the same place after finding 3 hairs in their food? That also makes sense to me!? I got a pizza here after a concert and when i was eating the leftovers the day after i found out there was a piece of metal in it!! I chipped my tooth which hurt like crazy and scared me. Dont eat here if you like to leave with your teeth intact!

Never ever order delivery from this branch. I ordered from ubereats at around 16:53 and its been more than hours of waiting for nothing! They won’t even contact nor update you on your delivery even though I tried calling them! And when they answered they said i need to wait another 30mins for it? Making excuses that it’s busy and so on even though it clearly is not! Spend your money somewhere better.

You are better off making your own dough, slaughtering a pig, making sausage, growing and pickling tomatoes, and then making a pizza than ordering here. Probably tastes better too. The store is absolutely inaccessible and the order cannot be canceled. From now on I'll just make it myself, less frustrating than having to deal with whoever is in this store.

Ordered online for take away, they were right on time as mentioned on the website and then dined in at the restaurant. Ordered half-half large pizza (Extravaganza and Chicken Supreme) and one large Pizza Chicken Bbq and Bacon, one Kick’n Chicken, 4 sauces, and two soft drinks. They were fresh, hot, delicious! The staff was very friendly and nice as well.

Pizza was great, we had a vegan pizza Harissa, very good, tasty and spicy.

I made an order at 19:10 today (Jan 23rd,2025) via Thuisbezorgd! And haven’t received anything 2 hours later! Yet the tracker says my order was delivered at 20:12 (which is a complete lie)! I’ve tried calling Domino’s (I called 18 times) and no one answers! What terrible service. I look forward to receiving a refund asap!

Horrible experience, we ordered 5 pizzas for delivery, we waited for two hours, calling the phone repeatedly, and nobody answering. Finally we had to go ourselves to the store, and when we got there they were trying to make excuses.

Edit: finally order received at 01:25. The delivery person's excuse is as follows: hundreds of orders with 3 delivery people. What a surprise, everything is as good as cold. Pizza is lukewarm and barely edible. And then I also wonder what a pathetic attempt this is to make a subbz meatball marinara, and what a surprise it is cold. This is an absolute shame.

The people who work here are genuinely pathetic. Lack of basic motor function seems to be the hiring criteria for Dominos at this location. The employees are pitifully helpless and apparently the entire store has 0 bags, and no replacements in the back. the inventory is either never done there , or , if we’re being honest, it’s the lazy Meeks employed there that give the location a bad rep. Fire all current workers and try to employ the non disabled for now on.

I placed an order last month, but it just never arrived. I contacted them and the bottom line was: "We do our best to deliver our orders, better luck next time" and no refund was given. Really bad.

The worst Domino's I've ever had to deal with 3 hours after ordering still haven't received my order. The restaurant said they attempted delivery but nobody was home which is totally untrue, and the redelivery never showed up either. And now they have blocked my number. Avoid this excuse for a restaurant at all costs, Absolutely scandalous service, the worst I have ever come across.

The only Domino's in the area and the best in all of Holland. You can tell that he is the best, they are always making pizzas non-stop and delivering them. They make them super fast and very good. In case you are interested, there are many halal options, both in pizzas and siders. There is only one bad thing and that is that there is very little place to eat there. Otherwise everything is perfect and the workers are all very good, especially Christian and Hanan.

Need more cheese on the pizza but overall is ok

I live 3-4 minutes from this place, always ordering online and picking it up. Ordered from there at least 8 times already (within a year). Cannot say a bad word, the pizza is always tasty, never waited longer than half an hour between ordering and picking it up at the counter. But the best things are the deals, 18 € for two 35cm pizzas on a Sunday, I don't know of a food place in the neighborhood that can beat that.

Ordered here for the first time after a concert around 11:30 PM. Pizza is okay. Service is good! Employees very nice and customer friendly. At this time there were still quite a few people who wanted to order a pizza. It only took 10 minutes for our order to be ready. The only downside is that you cannot order a slice here. Just like with their fellow competitors.

Ordered 4 pizzas and a thick shake. Thick shake was missing and we called to see if it could be reordered. This was only possible if there was another order in the area, but we would receive a call. Opening the first pizza and the pineapple we paid extra for was missing. Second pizza open and pizza wasn't half half. There had been no call yet, so I went back to the branch. When we get there, the shake is just delivered to our home. The pineapple was simply thrown on the pizza without putting it back in the oven and an exaggerated sauce was sprayed on my other pizza. Nothing was done to compensate because the milkshake has already been delivered. Something always goes wrong here, but this was really the final straw

Absolutely bad service. I ordered online and my sandwich came without meat. On top of it the cheese bread had no taste. I asked them for refund and they didn't respond. They are Evander m scammers.

I placed an order through their platform with the expectation of receiving the pizzas within 20 minutes, as stated in the order confirmation. Despite paying extra for expedited delivery, the delivery was significantly delayed. After waiting patiently for an additional 20 minutes, I received a call from the delivery driver, who showed a complete lack of knowledge of the area, even though I am located less than 1 km from the store. I provided detailed instructions on how to reach my address, but the driver was unable to find it and never showed up. I tried calling the driver back for an update on my order, but received no response. As a result, the pizza never arrived and I had to go to bed hungry, which is unacceptable given that I paid for a service that was not fulfilled. The next day, when I complained about the situation, the store manager informed me that the driver had been waiting downstairs, which is untrue, as I was at the entrance of my building waiting and no one arrived. What makes this experience even worse is that they refuse to refund my money or provide a new order free of charge. It is both unbelievable and unacceptable that a delivery driver does not know the area in which they are working, especially when it is such a short distance from the store. Additionally, I was told that attempts were made to call me at 11 PM, a time at which I was already in bed, as I had to work very early the next day. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I request a clear and detailed explanation of what happened, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I trust that measures will be taken to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again, both for me and for other customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

Pizza was great but the louded fries were a major disappointment. Pieces of meat were almost nothing with a mess of sauce on top. I won't order the louded fries anymore.

When it finally arrived (because I called the store), the pizza was cold, burnt and it looked like someone had a bite out of it. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this branch & the employees of the domino's pizza. I have a total of 4 hours, YES you read that right. I had to wait 4 hours for my food!!? Uber Eats indicated that the order had been delivered & domino's indicated that the delivery person also delivered it... mistakes can happen but it is about the solution and sympathy. Called several times asking where my order was and after picking and pulling my order was sent again, after 3 hours... only to receive the food and see that the thick shake is missing... how do you think of it? I know one thing for sure, I will NEVER order here again.

I placed the order at 9:06 p.m., estimated delivery at 9:30 p.m.-9:50 p.m. At 9:50 p.m. order not received, the information indicates that the order is in progress (the pizzeria was 700m from our hotel). However, the restaurant closed at 10 p.m., at 10:30 p.m. we still had nothing. Delicious pizza for a reasonable price

I have previously eaten on location and everything was fine, but today I am unfortunately less satisfied when ordering a Dominos box. I ordered via home delivery in the afternoon for the evening. Suddenly at 3:30 PM I get a call from a rude delivery man who tells me to open my door because he is at the door. I was not at home. I checked 5 times, but the app actually said 6:30 PM delivery. He would call me back when he was back at the restaurant. Never did that and never heard an apology or anything (since it was really their or Thuisbezorgd's fault). 6:30 PM I received my order on time from another delivery person and that girl was very sweet, luckily 👍 (hence 2 stars and not 1). Unfortunately, the potato wedges were soggy and the pizza was not that tasty. The chicken looks like it is large pieces in the photo on the site, but there are 3 mini pieces the size of my little finger that have clearly been in the oven instead of frying, not crispy or anything. It's not often that I don't finish a meal, but unfortunately I did this time. This just wasn't worth the $15.

I hear them laughing in the background about the situation and I then get hung up on. Proceed to try contact again just for the line to go dead every time. After placing an order via Uber Eats, my order has still not been delivered after an hour and a half. Both Uber Eats and Domino's are unable to assist me once I contact them. Pizza never arrives, when I called they told me that they had it there. When I asked if they can bring it or cancel it, they told me it was my fault because I still had my old phone number in the system. Delivery nog couldn't "find it" even though my adress was correct and other delivery drivers never have problems with it. Person on the helpdesk told me it was my fault and hung up abruptly. Don't order here.

Due to circumstances and personnel who do not work well together, one cannot really be given a good position. But I will pay a visit after a few months.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:44 PM, called at 7:45 PM to see how long it would take because HSD had not received any confirmation either. It said the delivery person is on his way. Called several times again at 9 p.m., no answer. My husband calls, then suddenly he does and is told that the order has not gone through. We said that we no longer need pizzas and that we would like our money back. We were promised that we would get it back as soon as possible, but I wonder how long that will take. Ordered here because New York Pizza Reigersbos no longer delivers, but look for another one. Really disappointing, never experienced this before....

De sandwiches zijn hier een aanrader. Heb al meerdere keren via de website een BBQ-chicken sandwich besteld met pesto en spinazie. De tweede keer ging het echter mis. Ik kreeg een heel andere sandwich. Ik had gebeld met de manager en hij zegde onmiddellijk toe om een nieuwe sandwich te maken en opnieuw te laten bezorgen. Zeer netjes!
