I ordered a pizza and it never came!!

I've been waiting for a pizza for 1 hour and 50 minutes. I called 40 minutes ago and was told that the delivery person was already on his way. Well this is a lie, because he is still not here. The phone is now no longer answered. Sad

I made an order at 19:10 today (Jan 23rd,2025) via Thuisbezorgd! And haven’t received anything 2 hours later! Yet the tracker says my order was delivered at 20:12 (which is a complete lie)! I’ve tried calling Domino’s (I called 18 times) and no one answers! What terrible service. I look forward to receiving a refund asap!

Pizza was great, we had a vegan harissa pizza, very good, tasty and spicy.

Ordered at 11:45 PM and still hasn't arrived at 1:15 AM, I don't think I will receive it yet. Called 8 times (00:45 started calling) never answered. Please DO NOT order here. Edit: finally order received at 01:25. The delivery person's excuse is as follows: hundreds of orders with 3 delivery people. What a surprise, everything is as good as cold. Pizza is lukewarm and barely edible. And then I also wonder what a pathetic attempt this is to make a subbz meatball marinara, and what a surprise it is cold. This is an absolute shame.

Waited for the delivery for 2h, called during more than 30 minutes and my calls were ignored. Showed up to the store and the pizzas weren’t even made. The phone rings in the store but they just ingore it.

2 hours waiting for 37 eur delivery. 2 hours of "your order is being made". No means of reaching them (appx 15 phone calls not answered). At this time I just wanted to cancel the order already. No way I am ever ordering it here.

Horrible experience, we ordered 5 pizzas for delivery, we waited for two hours, calling the phone repeatedly, and nobody answering. Finally we had to go ourselves to the store, and when we got there they were trying to make excuses.

The people who work here are genuinely pathetic. Lack of basic motor function seems to be the hiring criteria for Dominos at this location. The employees are pitifully helpless and apparently the entire store has 0 bags, and no replacements in the back. the inventory is either never done there , or , if we’re being honest, it’s the lazy Meeks employed there that give the location a bad rep. Fire all current workers and try to employ the non disabled for now on.

The worst Domino's I've ever had to deal with 3 hours after ordering still haven't received my order. The restaurant said they attempted delivery but nobody was home which is totally untrue, and the redelivery never showed up either. And now they have blocked my number. Avoid this excuse for a restaurant at all costs, Absolutely scandalous service, the worst I have ever come across.

I placed an order last month, but it just never arrived. I contacted them and the bottom line was: "We do our best to deliver our orders, better luck next time" and no refund was given. Really bad.

The only Domino's in the area and the best in all of Holland. You can tell that he is the best, they are always making pizzas non-stop and delivering them. They make them super fast and very good. In case you are interested, there are many halal options, both in pizzas and siders. There is only one bad thing and that is that there is very little place to eat there. Otherwise everything is perfect and the workers are all very good, especially Christian and Hanan.

Ordered online for take away, they were right on time as mentioned on the website and then dined in at the restaurant. Ordered half-half large pizza (Extravaganza and Chicken Supreme) and one large Pizza BBQ Chicken and Bacon, one Kick’n Chicken, 4 sauces, and two soft drinks. They were fresh, hot, delicious! The staff was very friendly and nice as well.

It was still busy so we had to wait a long time. but the pizzas were tasty.

Have already given the feedback by email. But this was a very bad experience with them. Just called half-way tonight. The pizza wasn't even delivered tonight. I want my money back.

Too much greasy sauce that makes you feel nauseous and only 6 slices of frikandel. Called customer service and they gave me feedback, never heard anything again. Better to eat at an Italian restaurant for quality

Need more cheese on the pizza but overall is ok

I live 3-4 minutes from this place, always ordering online and picking it up. Ordered from there at least 8 times already (within a year). Cannot say a bad word, the pizza is always tasty, never waited longer than half an hour between ordering and picking it up at the counter. But the best things are the deals, 18 € for two 35cm pizzas on a Sunday, I don't know of a food place in the neighborhood that can beat that.

Ordered here for the first time after a concert around 11:30 PM. Pizza is okay. Service is good! Employees very nice and customer friendly. At this time there were still quite a few people who wanted to order a pizza. It only took 10 minutes for our order to be ready. The only downside is that you cannot order a slice here. Just like with their fellow competitors.

After a few unacceptably low quality pizzas delivered home, I was a bit reluctant to try again. I went to take away recently and found out that the quality was back to Dominos standards.

Ordered here for the first time and I am very satisfied. The delivery person arrived in about half an hour and the pizzas were hot and generously topped. I will order here more often 😄

Pizza was prepared quickly and the service was excellent.

Ordered 4 pizzas and a thick shake. Thick shake was missing and we called to see if it could be reordered. This was only possible if there was another order in the area, but we would receive a call. Opening the first pizza and the pineapple we paid extra for was missing. Second pizza open and pizza wasn't half half. There had been no call yet, so I went back to the branch. When we get there, the shake is just delivered to our home. The pineapple was simply thrown on the pizza without putting it back in the oven and an exaggerated sauce was sprayed on my other pizza. Nothing was done to compensate because the milkshake has already been delivered. Something always goes wrong here, but this was really the final straw

Food does not arrive on time or not at all. Delivery people who are chilling with your food while it gets cold... I don't recommend anyone to order here (I'm still waiting for a refund)

Absolutely bad service. I ordered online and my sandwich came without meat. On top of it the cheese bread had no taste. I asked them for refund and they didn't respond. They are Evander m scammers.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and frustration with the service received from Dominos Pizza Amsterdam-Zuidoost on the night of June 26, 2024. I placed an order through their platform with the expectation of receiving the pizzas within 20 minutes, as stated in the order confirmation. Despite paying extra for expedited delivery, the delivery was significantly delayed. After waiting patiently for an additional 20 minutes, I received a call from the delivery driver, who showed a complete lack of knowledge of the area, even though I am located less than 1 km from the store. I provided detailed instructions on how to reach my address, but the driver was unable to find it and never showed up. I tried calling the driver back for an update on my order, but received no response. As a result, the pizza never arrived and I had to go to bed hungry, which is unacceptable given that I paid for a service that was not fulfilled. The next day, when I complained about the situation, the store manager informed me that the driver had been waiting downstairs, which is untrue, as I was at the entrance of my building waiting and no one arrived. What makes this experience even worse is that they refuse to refund my money or provide a new order free of charge. It is both unbelievable and unacceptable that a delivery driver does not know the area in which they are working, especially when it is such a short distance from the store. Additionally, I was told that attempts were made to call me at 11 PM, a time at which I was already in bed, as I had to work very early the next day. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I request a clear and detailed explanation of what happened, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I trust that measures will be taken to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again, both for me and for other customers. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

ATTENTION ‼️‼️ please try to avoid this dominos branch I ordered my pizza around 12:15 with Uber eats and I waited for more than 3hr there no nothing I tried to call no one pick up and then when I try to cancel my order I couldn’t coz the system keep saying that it’s on the way . And after wait for more that 3hr they say to me that it was delivered even tho it’s not until now am trying to reach out to them to refund my money . I wish I can give 0 stars

Waited for 2 hours, bad service, better order from another store

Pizza was great but the louded fries were a major disappointment. Pieces of meat were almost nothing with a mess of sauce on top. I won't order the louded fries anymore.

Place itself is nice and clean. But the pizza made me sick with inflammation and headaches for days. My friends were less affected but also, other pizza doesn't affect me at all usually. Avoid if you're sensitive

I’ve waited 1 hour to get my pizza delivered. Even though I live 2 minutes away. When it finally arrived (because I called the store), the pizza was cold, burnt and it looked like someone had a bite out of it. Never gonna order from this place ever again, and I recommend you to stay away from it as well.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in this branch & the employees of the domino's pizza. I have a total of 4 hours, YES you read that right. I had to wait 4 hours for my food!!? Uber Eats indicated that the order had been delivered & domino's indicated that the delivery person also delivered it... mistakes can happen but it is about the solution and sympathy. Called several times asking where my order was and after picking and pulling my order was sent again, after 3 hours... only to receive the food and see that the thick shake is missing... how do you think of it? I know one thing for sure, I will NEVER order here again.

I placed the order at 9:06 p.m., estimated delivery at 9:30 p.m.-9:50 p.m. At 9:50 p.m. order not received, the information indicates that the order is in progress (the pizzeria was 700m from our hotel). However, the restaurant closed at 10 p.m., at 10:30 p.m. we still had nothing. So I made a complaint with Uber Eats, the restaurant called us at 10:45 p.m., to tell us that the order would be delivered within 5-10 minutes, we told them of our dissatisfaction, to which the establishment told us that the pizzas could not be delivered because no one had come to collect the order. However, the delivery man never contacted us so that we could come and pick up our food. The person on the line was unpleasant and did not hide his annoyance when we pointed out that we had been waiting for our pizzas for over 1 hour 45 minutes. We asked for a goodwill gesture and got a can of coke. Delicious pizza for a reasonable price

I have previously eaten on location and everything was fine, but today I am unfortunately less satisfied when ordering a Dominos box. I ordered via home delivery in the afternoon for the evening. Suddenly at 3:30 PM I get a call from a rude delivery man who tells me to open my door because he is at the door. I was not at home. I checked 5 times, but the app actually said 6:30 PM delivery. He would call me back when he was back at the restaurant. Never did that and never heard an apology or anything (since it was really their or Thuisbezorgd's fault). 6:30 PM I received my order on time from another delivery person and that girl was very sweet, luckily 👍 (hence 2 stars and not 1). Unfortunately, the potato wedges were soggy and the pizza was not that tasty. The chicken looks like it is large pieces in the photo on the site, but there are 3 mini pieces the size of my little finger that have clearly been in the oven instead of frying, not crispy or anything. It's not often that I don't finish a meal, but unfortunately I did this time. This just wasn't worth the $15.

Waited well over an hour and a half for a delivery with no updates. Called them up to ask where the order is. They ask for my address and say they’ll check. I hear them laughing in the background about the situation and I then get hung up on. Proceed to try contact again just for the line to go dead every time. No information, never received my order and forced to find dinner elsewhere. Absolutely disrespectful and shocking service. Don’t waste your time here.

After placing an order via Uber Eats, my order has still not been delivered after an hour and a half. Both Uber Eats and Domino's are unable to assist me once I contact them. I have called the restaurant several times, but the receiver is hung up or I am put on hold indefinitely. And unfortunately I lost my money. Very sorry.

Pizza never arrives, when I called they told me that they had it there. When I asked if they can bring it or cancel it, they told me it was my fault because I still had my old phone number in the system. Delivery nog couldn't "find it" even though my adress was correct and other delivery drivers never have problems with it. Person on the helpdesk told me it was my fault and hung up abruptly. Don't order here.

Due to circumstances and personnel who do not work well together, one cannot really be given a good position. But I will pay a visit after a few months.

The delivery to home is really DISASTROUS. I have ordered four times and all four times they always forget something. I do not recommend ordering for home from this site at all.

Pizza arrived 50 minutes late and cold.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:44 PM, called at 7:45 PM to see how long it would take because HSD had not received any confirmation either. It said the delivery person is on his way. Called several times again at 9 p.m., no answer. My husband calls, then suddenly he does and is told that the order has not gone through. We said that we no longer need pizzas and that we would like our money back. We were promised that we would get it back as soon as possible, but I wonder how long that will take. Ordered here because New York Pizza Reigersbos no longer delivers, but look for another one. Really disappointing, never experienced this before....

De sandwiches zijn hier een aanrader. Heb al meerdere keren via de website een BBQ-chicken sandwich besteld met pesto en spinazie. De tweede keer ging het echter mis. Ik kreeg een heel andere sandwich. Ik had gebeld met de manager en hij zegde onmiddellijk toe om een nieuwe sandwich te maken en opnieuw te laten bezorgen. Zeer netjes!

Jarenlang tevreden klant geweest maar afgelopen maanden een zooitje. Laatste 4 bezorgbestellingen niet in orde. 3x de hamburgersaus vergeten op de burgerpizza en 1x de knoflooksaus vergeten op de kebabpizza. Ook opeens erg karig belegd. Iedere keer feedback op hun site achtergelaten, maar geen enkele reactie. Dus nu ben ik al een tijdje verkast naar New York pizza... eigen schuld dikke bult.

Hadden de vegan pizza kip besteld, deze was erg lekker. Na een concert gehad te hebben en lang gestaan te hebben, was Domino's even de beste uitkomst. Personeel was ok, pizza was redelijk snel klaar. Totaal niet vet en rijk belegd.

Pizza's van Domino's zijn altijd wel goed echter hier is het erg karig! Sfeer is waardeloos .. je wordt hier echt naar buiten gekeken. Men is alles behalve klantvriendelijk, niet behulpzaam en zelfs een grote mond tegen klanten. De sfeer in de keuken is ook niet goed. Zijn continue tegen elkaar bezig en er hangt een naar sfeertje. Niet beledigend bedoelt, maar je hebt echt het gevoel alsof je in een derde wereldland je eten komt halen, voelt niet vertrouwd.

Habe mir eine Pizza ins Hotel bestellt da ich Recht spät nach Amsterdam kam, die Bestellung ging glaube ich um kurz vor 22 Uhr online raus per Lieferando und 25min später wurde die Pizza ins Hotel geliefert, warm, Frisch und geschmacklich auch sehr gut 👍🏻

Pizza besteld, en binnen 10 minuted bezorgd van de afgesproken tijstip. de pizza was nog warm. voldoet aan verwachting. maar nog paar keer bestellen voor dat ik weet over algemeen hoe lang de bestelling gaat duren. meestal langzamer bij regen/ storm.

Is soms chaotisch en kan wat langer duren, zeker in de spits. Goed belegde pizza's (buiten de stuntweek) en vriendelijke service

De pizza was ok. Veel vet, een aparte dunne korst maar voor de rest prima. Voor een snelle trek is het prima.

The pizzas, especially the vegan ones, look exactly like frozen pizza and are not really tasty, really not good for the prices. Will not order here anymore. The pizza was delivered cold and tastes not like fresh pizza but a rather old one.

The agreed time for the pizza to be ready was 8 minutes, but I received it after half an hour. The girl who was cooking pizza is very good, but I feel bad for her she takes orders and at the same time makes pizza, The restaurant management must deal with it humanely and bring someone to help it. The workers in the restaurant do not care about any of the safety measures, they work without a mask and the delivery drivers go in and take out their hands in the Kitchen. I hope you take safety measures more seriously
