Dear reader, We have a few complaints about the order. Firstly, it took way too long for the pizzas to get here. We ordered it at 6:25 PM for 7:00 PM and it didn't arrive until 7:45 PM. Secondly, it was a wrong order. We didn't get a chicken supreme but one with pepperoni and the veggie didn't have an Italian base. Third, the pizzas were cold. When we called the branch about this, they didn't answer at first but hung up the phone. Then we got an employee on the phone who responded uninterested and unfriendly and did not want to listen to us.

I had to wait a very long time for the pizza as always and then I get cold pizza. I also constantly try to contact them, it doesn't work because the phone doesn't work👎🏾 I sent the pizza back so I hope I get my money back as soon as possible ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

We ordered at 21h. At 23h we decided to go there in person because even after the 5th call, we had never gotten our pizza and we never had a call returned. When we arrived at the place they told us they "couldn’t reach us by phone". (A solution would be to ring at the bell?) Anyways, they got us our pizza, the size was wrong, and the bread part was as thin as a crisp. I am still hungry, we never got anything refunded (not even the delivery fee). I don’t even care about the money at this point but this was super disappointing I felt like they were trying to prank us.

The employees often fail to deliver the correct products and items, try to deceive customers, and the app works extremely poorly (it doesn't even work with its own coupons). Sometimes, it deletes the tracking of the last order, and recently, it charged me for an order (I tried to place it twice), but the app took the money without actually making the order. It told me to call the pizzeria directly, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. Sometimes, they make really good pizza, but lately, I've been having a lot of issues with my orders

Every time I come here the service is non-existant and the employees are always rude and have an attitude. The pizza is decent for dominos standard but beyond that every thing else is very sub par. Definately do not reccomend this store! The store was basically empty and I waited 10 min and then only after asking when my pizza would by done did they start making it.

Very bad .... pizza takes more than 1 hour to deliver then lukewarm pizza and pizza that is not even baked properly .... in response, sorry and 1 Coupon for a free 2nd pizza .... what do you mean Coupon ... .definitely wouldn't order anything from here again...just buy a pizza from the appie, it's fresher and ready 3x faster

Dominos as dominos standard! The hygiene is questionable, quite untidy!

Bad! I ordered at 10:05 PM and received my order at 12:20 AM, no one is hungry anymore and it is therefore a waste of money. After 2.15 hours and 3 unanswered calls, 3 lukewarm pizzas were thrown away after 2 slices. Very unfortunate and not worth repeating!

It's a gamble if they will deliver or not. No live tracking on delivery apps. It could be 30m or not come to you at all.

Bizarre, kafkaesque situation where after 3 hours of repeatedly calling and being reassured my pizza would be there 'in 45 minutes tops' the employee finally caved and explained they had no ingredients to make my pizza with and so it wouldn't be delivered until they had said ingredients. Employee then again reassured me this would take 45 minutes tops, seemingly unable to comprehend Dominos was probably not delivering them new ingredients in the middle of the night. Pizza never arrived. No idea if I can get my money back.

Fuck off with this thing. I've been waiting for a pizza for over 2 hours and I still haven't gotten anything. Then I try to call them 10 times, no one answers. Scandalous mess

Ordered a shawarma pizza 2 days ago with the shawarma on top as a garnish. Some pieces of pizza didn't even have shawarma meat on them. I find it very scandalous that you dare to sell a pizza like that. I would like to post a photo of the pizza to prove it but I don't know how to do that.

Appearances are deceiving. Everything you order is not what you think you will receive. Crunchy fries were soft and still tasted like frozen food that had been fried too briefly. And the buffalo wings were undercooked and the strips were not cooked through. Order New York pizza from now on.

Wait two hours for loaded fries and get dry fries without the promised kebab. Not many fries either, jerk joint

I called and nobody could talk English with me . I had mentioned that waiting more than a hour then she said you will wait more than 25 mins. Pizza's taste was disaster and super cold. I will never ever order again.

Keeps disappointing. Gave it another chance and got disappointed again. I don’t recommend the one in Amsterdam Wast to anybody! How can I order a Margarita and get no cheese but I do get the cheese crust??

Best pizza in a long time and the nicest employees ever

I don’t know who worked here monday night, but that guy worked way too hard, but really gave everything to make great pizza’s and serve customers. Thanks, and they should give that man a raise.

I ordered a delivery with a large Coca Cola, which was forgotten. Deliverer said he will bring it in 5 minutes and it has been 1.5 hours since the deliverer told me he will bring it, and it has yet to come.

One of the Coca-Colas was missing from the delivery to the hotel and they didn't bring it back. The delicious pizzas.

I'm currently in the shop and have been waiting for the pizza for 20 minutes. There were 2 orders for me. In the meantime, many telephone calls have been made and new customers are being told that it will take at least 60 minutes. I can tell you why, there are 4 people behind the counter/in the kitchen. Only the girl makes pizzas, of the 3 boys, 1 answers the phone and the others are chatting with each other. If there is no telephone, the third party chats along. This has been going on for 20 minutes, time to hire a manager maybe.

Domino’s Linnaeusstraat is always the best! I always leave the comments after I ordered pizzas on their website. And today I decided to leave one on Google map. The Pizzas and all the sides or even desserts from them are always so good ! And plus the delivery team! They are always friendly kind and nice guys with good vibes. Today I tried new mushroom pizza with cream and four seasons pizza. They are all tasty as usual! I am so glad we have Domino’s near home. And I like the point system that I can get free pizza.

I placed an order at your location online. We were looking forward to our meal, especially because ordering went smoothly and our order was delivered at the chosen time. Unfortunately, our experience with the actual delivery was far from positive. Firstly, we only received half of the items ordered, and there were also products that we had not ordered. I immediately reported at the door that a milkshake was missing. The food we did receive was lukewarm and of substandard quality. After this, I discovered that 1 box contained jalapeños on bread, not the chicken we had ordered. When we got the call about this, it was 15-20 minutes after delivery. Your employee suggested that we compensate the missing part of our order with that box of jalapeños on bread, which was supplied extra for another customer. This did not seem to us to be an appropriate compensation for the missing chicken and milkshake, which was only followed by a sigh and a reluctant 'okay then'. Ultimately, the backorder was only delivered 20 minutes later, and the quality of the products was disappointing; the promised milkshake had already been made at least 30 minutes ago and the 'Kick'n Chicken' was considerably smaller than standard. In addition, the milkshake and the Kick'n Chicken were the same temperature. This experience was not only frustrating but also disappointing, especially considering the overall reviews of this establishment, which shows that we are not the only ones with such experiences. This was the last time we order from your location. We hope that you will take this feedback to heart and take steps to prevent similar situations in the future. We would like to receive a suitable solution for the problems we have encountered.

Ordered and paid for prioritised order time, more than 1 hour and no communication about our order. Tried to call and either they don’t pick up, or when they pick up they just hang up after 5 seconds. Worst pizza place ever

Ordered 1,5 hr ago yet no delivery, update nor any communication. I have paid for the order and called to check-in but no one answered the phone. Now the store is closed and no pizza in my hand or any communication.

I ordered pizza but it was canceled and was debited from my checking account, then I called and got an antisocial, selfish man on the phone. He didn't want to listen to my story and hung up on me like a mean, rude, bad service guy. I definitely don't recommend this! They make you pay and don't give food. Scammers!

Ordered a pizza tonno for a child, turned out it was spicy... Thanks Domino's! My kid will avoid tuna on pizza for a long time now. The rest of the order was also mediocre at best.

Slowest service ever don’t even bother

If you put hopeless young people smoking joints and lazy, spoiled Ukrainians in a house together, you get these dominoes. Takes a long time, employees are curt and are on their phones while 10 orders are waiting. Get the disease

We always get Domino's Pizza, as we prefer it from other pizza sellers. 🍕 You can even sit in and eat your pizza. This branch in the Linnaeusstraat is great for all the locals who live in Oost. Recommended for either lunch or dinner, when you don't wanna cook or don't have much time.

I ordered online and when in the past I biked over and could almost immediately pickup my order, I now had to wait for the 2nd time almost 15 minutes

Ordered a 35” Extravaganza. It’s supposed to come with olives, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions and meats. Attaching pictures for advertised vs delivered. To top that or not top it, they didn’t even add much sauce to the pizza base, it was so dry. All in all a disappointment, do not recommend ordering from here.

Slow and not honest about wait times. Website said my order is ready for pick up, so I go to the store. They said 10 more minutes. 15 minutes later it’s still not ready, they still say 10 more minutes. At this point I cut my losses and cancel my order, so I guess I’ll never find out how long it really would have taken. Staff were at least not rude, hence the 2 stars.

Super aardige, heel klantvriendelijke manager! Er was iets kleins aan de hand met mijn pizza (dat ik zelf niet door had). Hij kwam nog voor ik begon met eten naar me toe om zich te verontschuldigen en bood me een nieuwe, grotere pizza en gratis drankje aan. Heel attent, goede ervaring!

Good pizza, I would recommend it

Helaas ben ik niet helemaal tevreden. De pizza's zijn als altijd gewoon goed en erg lekker maar het personeel ontbreekt aan enige vorm van beleefdheid. Er was veel afval op de grond en veel lege verpakkingen. Terwijl het maandag 17:00 is. Dus helemaal niet druk. Dit is erg spijtig aangezien ik hier 2 jaar geleden met super veel plezier heb gewerkt en toen voelde de sfeer goed aan. Nu is praten de medewerkers krampachtig met elkaar en voel je je niet helemaal welkom.

I had a terrible experience here, ordered 2 pizzas with pick up, came there after 30 min, I've asked when will the pizza be ready, they said it's already in the oven. After waiting extra 10 min I've asked again and I was told they just cancelled my order since they didn't have one ingredient (sic!) and only made one of the two pizzas. In the end I got the one pizza for free, although it was already cold, hence 2 stars. The staff was helpful, but the manager seemed to be the root of the problem

Als je je drankje direct krijgt wanneer je een pizza bestelt bij afhalen en je wacht totdat die bereid wordt, kun je bij het afhalen soms nog een extra drankje krijgen omdat ze niet herinneren dat je je drankje al hebt. Ze zijn bij deze vestiging niet zo attentief dus ze kunnen je pizza vergeten, maar dan heb je wel een gratis drankje. Ook denk ik dat ze bij Domino's ze je misschien expres niet herinneren aan de dip die je erbij hebt besteld, dus daar moet je ze zelf aan herinneren.

Bestel niet meer toppings, want daar wordt niet naar gekeken. Ik had om extra spinazie gevraagd, en ik kreeg maar een paar blaadjes. Terwijl ik er meer voor had betaald. Ook was de pizza lauw toen het werd bezorgd.

Einfach Top der Laden. Der Preis ist sehr gut für die Qualität die man bekommt. Die Pizza war sehr zufrieden stellend und sättigend. Der Status der Zubereitung wird auf einem Fernseher wiedergegeben und die dazugehörige restliche Wartezeit. Nir weiter zu empfehlen.

Heerlijke pizza, bovengemiddeld lange wachttijden

Pizza's waren oke, icing bij de cinnastix waren niet geleverd. Dat was ook de enige reden waarom we eigenlijk bij Domino's hadden besteld, cinnastix met icing. Bezorgers die (weer) onderdelen van de bestelling zijn vergeten verdwijnen voor mij meteen naar de no-go list. 1 x controleren voordat het de deur uit gaat is niet zo moeilijk.
