Today we received a nice surprise with our pizzas. The boxes contained nice texts such as 'Enjoy it! Team Domino's Pizza' and the other box said 'enjoy your meal Team Domino's Pizza'. Thank you Domino's de Mare in Alkmaar!

The food was tasty, the execution unfortunately less so. The pizzas were cut very irregularly; there were a few strings and other pieces about 1/4th of the pizza. We ordered two hours in advance and yet the food arrived fifteen minutes late, even though I live literally 2 minutes away from the branch. Also, the pizzas were crumpled in a pile on one side of the box. Yes guys, this could be done more carefully.

We always enjoyed ordering from Domino's De Mare. Unfortunately they recently ruined our pizza. “It's too busy to make a new one right away,” we were told. We were allowed a 25% discount voucher. Logically, we did not agree to this 'solution'. After a complaint on our part, we received a new offer: 25% discount. We did not agree and asked if our complaint could be taken seriously. That was months ago. We are still waiting for a response and fair compensation. Until then, no more Domino's for us.
