Domino's Pizza Alkmaar Vondelstraat in Overdie

After waiting for 45 minutes, I called the restaurant, only to be met by a disinterested and rude employee who told me the pizza still needed to be made and that we'd have to wait at least another 45 minutes. Still waiting for my pizza. This was the first and last time we ordered from here.

After waiting 3 hours for 2 pizzas, and 3 phone calls repeatedly saying the order was "coming soon," no apology, no solution, absolutely nothing. If a place is too busy, don't take orders or be honest about the wait time. Never order from here!

The delivery person simply says you're not home. Didn't ring the doorbell here. The operator sends the delivery person back, so the next review is cold pizza.

Pizza was delicious, unfortunately they forgot the dip sauce with the cinnastix and that just happens to be included! Next time please check carefully that the order is complete

Make sure you don't forget the sauce next time. To all customers: check your order before you leave. As an aside: it doesn't hurt to give an extra sauce if a customer tells you that one was missing last time.

Picked up once instead of ordering. Super cold in the store (?). 0 contact and a mistake was made with the pizzas, so we waited longer. 1 of the pizzas was already ready so it was already cooling down nicely. Once home it was freezing cold. Also nice that you get an EMPTY discount code with it. Real service.

The pizza is great. The fries are horrible tho, stale, no salt and does not taste anywhere near like a potato.

Ordered and picked up 18 pizzas. Staff helped me carry everything to the car.

First and last time I order here. Had to wait 75 minutes for the pizzas. The standard answer is yes, it's busy. The pizza tasted good, but it was almost cold when it arrived.

I think the flavor and quality of what they pretend is "pizza" is terrible. Just another American chain trying to import it's cheap garbage here.

Normally good, few times order was treated unfriendly and bad pizza dried out or in the oven for too long quality very poor I have been a customer for how long but the customer is no longer friendly and the solution is also gone now they have dropped significantly I will not order from you anymore either, no more sending emails or sending advertisements really dropped significantly

My goodness this was bad. From the app to the quality of the pizza. First time, last time. The base even seems to have not been in the oven enough, but perhaps that is normal for them. Downright nasty.

Once my flatmate ask for delivery and the guy left the order ON THE STREET without making a simple phone call, as he noted on the app. Today I ordered again and they called me once the delivery guy was going already of my street. The pizza is so thin that the dough is not flexible like a real pizza and it is hard to chew because the dough is so thin that it is completely caked.

Ordered something from Domino's Vonellaan on Thursday, the delivery person with glasses was super fast, friendly and clearly showed his enthusiasm! We also had a delicious meal! I definitely recommend this!

Faster and tastier than expected

Food was on time. Drink was incorrect. After calling, a delivery person would come by with the correct drink, but we did not see this. Pizza margheritha had so much cheese that it was no longer tasty. Very sad…

Ordered food with Uber eats they took the order and money, gave a delivery time after an hour and 20s of waiting they said the couldn’t deliver and would return the money later 👍no respect to the fact people were waiting

The Italian hot and spicy was tasty, luckily the person who handled it was professional (he prevented me from getting unwanted "extras"), but the delivery person who walked around the kitchen was NOT, he wanted to sprinkle some extras on my pizza for fun. That gives me little confidence to have it delivered in the future. After all, I now realized that there is "messing around" in the kitchen.

Ordered today from Domino's Vondelstraat, ordered before 6:00 PM and they arrived well on time! Very nice. The pizza and sandwich were hot and delicious! Very friendly staff! Tip worthy. Even the Crispy Oven Fries were deliciously warm, although you would think they would cool down quickly. I would definitely recommend this branch! Top service Yours sincerely!

Don't feel like cooking, so take a quick trip out of work for a pizza promotion! And it tasted great, the service was friendly and we left satisfied! Of course, you shouldn't expect much from this in terms of atmosphere/ambiance, and certainly not during rush hour!

At 5:30 PM I order a pizza with delivery time of 6:45 PM. At 7.10 pm I called Domino's Alkmaar because I also have to leave the house. My pizza went with the next orders. Took another half hour. So I would receive it an hour later than the requested delivery time. You have to call yourself, otherwise you will probably wait even longer. I finally got it around 7:45pm. Cold. Nice to see that they bake it at the scheduled time, don't deliver it, you call where it is and then bring it cold. After calling to say it will still be delivered cold, you get the response: it's busy, we can't do anything about it. Never order

The food is delicious. Service also called p order. But this location is REALLY a takeaway location. Very unpleasant to have to eat HERE. Take it home with you😋!!

A bit chilly when picking up pizza

Just three stars. The service is a disaster. Maybe I'm leaning way out of the window, but it must be possible that someone there speaks some English. My entire order was made online and since the status was not changed, I called. A huge mistake. Didn't understand anything and didn't get any real information. So go anyway. In the store itself, no one really spoke to you, so you stood there stupidly and waited despite the fixed pick-up time. Then a little thing was missing and when I asked, I got a shrug and “not there” and at least the money was returned. The food itself was ok, I can't complain about that. The shakes were great 👍🏼. The Curos a bit too greasy.

1 star is already too much they insult and threaten you when you come home from work and want to deliver some food because it is a 15 before they close

Hygiene is lacking here. The person who takes your order and makes your pizza touches the phone and PIN machine and then he or she prepares the pizza and when it is ready, the pizza is chopped into pieces with the knife with which others are also cut into pieces or that is done by a delivery person for me, no more pizza here

Friendly staff, delivered exactly what was ordered. Pizza was hot, crispy and the cheese was melted. It is takeaway, there is no opportunity to sit.

I am a regular customer of Domino's and I placed an order via the Domino's app as usual. I wanted to pay in cash, so it stated that the delivery person had a maximum of €15 in change, so I had also taken that into account when placing my order. I ordered a pizza tonno with a cheese crust and crème fraîche, a pizza Hawaii, a cheese bread, kickin n chicken and an extra garlic sauce worth €1. This cost a total of €25.39, I paid with €40 (2 €20 notes). Firstly, the delivery person came with too little change (€10) so he had to get more change (he claimed to me that the maximum change is €10) and secondly, the garlic sauce was not included in my order, which I had ordered. . We could already eat our pizza, in the meantime he collected the change. The delivery person came back with all the coins! Besides the fact that it was all coins, I was also short €1.50?! I already didn't have my garlic sauce for €1 and now I also received too little money back? What bad service and then I'm such a regular customer? So I really don't think this is possible, orders have often been incomplete and this is now the final straw!

The only one open in the afternoon! for a good pizza

Tried to order a pizza. 4.7 km distance was not possible. Via Thuisbezorgd.nl. In Haarlem Domino's about €5 for 1 pizza. Here I had to pay almost €24 for 2 of the same pizzas. And delivery via home delivery is free! So I didn't do that. I love your pizzas and will always continue to order them, but this is not right.
