Ordered at 5:55. Due to the fair, it might take a little longer, but no problem. Now, 2.5 hours later, and the order just arrived. A delivery driver who doesn't say anything and the food is lukewarm. Truly outrageous.

The food was lukewarm to cold, the dough was still raw, and the pizzas had an aftertaste of tomato puree. Such a shame.

The food is good, but last time I waited two hours. I ordered today and asked about the delivery time, and they said half an hour. Now, an hour and a half later, still nothing.

Leek meer een bar als restaurant, wachttijd ruim 1 uur, pizza calzone verbrand, veel kleiner als bij de vorige eigenaar, stokbrood verbrand. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar, erg tegen gevallen. Pasta veel saus, bijna geen kip. Wat een tegenvaller.

Previously always super tasty pizzas! Lately always a black pizza. It seems like there is another chef working there too. The filling is so incredibly salty. Too bad! But for us no more Buona Sera.

Food was more than fifteen minutes late, but it was of very good quality. Spare rib meat fell off the bone. Fries were still hot and nicely seasoned. Quantity also very sufficient.

Food cold on delivery! Waited for over an hour. No minced meat in the pasta bolognese. It was spaghetti with a red color. The bread was delicious, but you have to look for the herb butter with a magnifying glass. Definitely not worth the price!

After a while I tried again to order something. Ordered well before 5:30 PM. The food arrived at 7:00 PM. After calling several times (the delivery person is on his way), it was only half an hour later! Food cold!!! This was returned to delivery. If you call, they don't care at all. It's not the first time! This was really the last time I order here.

Got 2 different dishes, both suffered food poisoning, reported to the food inspection for us never again. Reported to the owner. They dismiss us as rip-offs.

Ruim een half jaar geleden nog geweest, kwamen er al jaren, heerlijke schotels en goede service, leuke bediening. Na opening benieuwd naar het resultaat, zag er gezellig en sfeervol uit, maar mijn hemel, wat is de service slecht, wij kwamen binnen en stonden even te wachten om ons netjes aan te melden i.p.v. ordinair te gaan zitten. Er zaten nog twee gasten in het restaurant. Na 5 minuten te hebben gewacht, kwam er iemand van buiten naar binnen, dit bleek naar ons idee de bezorger, welke meteen naar de keuken liep, maar nee hoor, zal niet even melden dat er gasten wachten, opeens ging er een deur open van de keuken, meneer keek ernaar en deed deze snel weer dicht, om vervolgens 5 minuten later onbeschoft met zijn mobiel nietszeggend op de barkruk plaats te nemen en zijn mond niet open te trekken dat er gasten inmiddels "wortel staan te schieten" oftewel wachten tot we een "ons wegen"!! Wij hebben na ruim 15 minuten wachten het pand weer verlaten, zonder maar één hap en een drankje naar binnen te hebben gewerkt. Begreep dat er een nieuwe eigenaresse het restaurant heeft overgenomen, duidelijk iemand die niet weet hoe het ondernemersvak werkt, aldus mijn lieftallige echtgenoot, annex voormalig kok. Eten was volgens anderen ook niet meer van wat het was geweest, wij gaan op basis daarvan ergens anders onze zoektocht naar een goede eetgelegenheid voortzetten. Erg jammer!

We went there over six months ago, having been coming for years. Delicious dishes and good service, friendly staff. After opening, I was curious about the outcome. It looked cozy and atmospheric, but my goodness, the service was terrible. We entered and had to wait a moment to check in properly instead of just being seated. There were two other guests in the restaurant. After waiting for five minutes, someone came in from outside, who we assumed was the delivery driver. He immediately went to the kitchen. But no, he wouldn't let us know there were guests waiting. Suddenly, a kitchen door opened. The man looked at it and quickly closed it again. Then, five minutes later, he rudely sat down on the bar stool with his phone, without saying a word about the guests "sitting down" or waiting for us to weigh in! We left after waiting for over 15 minutes, without having even eaten a single meal or drink. I understand a new owner has taken over the restaurant, clearly someone who doesn't know how to run a business, according to my lovely husband, a former chef. Others also said the food wasn't what it used to be. Based on this, we'll continue our search for a good restaurant elsewhere, hopefully with better service and food quality. It's a shame; we would have liked to give it a chance, but unfortunately, they didn't take it.

Also give someone time to grow, people also go through an uncertain/difficult time when you are new. The food was good for takeout. Good temperature. As for the salad, it was not a dry salad which is good. Only advice regarding delivery. You can also use home delivery companies for which you will have to hand over a 30% commission. We have been ordering from here for a number of years. Unfortunately, the quality and quantity you get is declining rapidly. The last time was really bad what we received. Ordered: the tenderloin with mushroom sauce with rice for 28 euros. The bowl of rice was not even half full, the tenderloin was gone in a few bites and the mushroom sauce just covered the bottom and there were 6 half mushrooms in it, really scandalous for the money. Also ordered: pieces of tenderloin in wok sauce, etc. also for 28 euros. There were only a few pieces of tenderloin, little sauce and vegetables and the pine nuts were missing. Delivery costs included, total paid: 59 euros. There is no point in calling because we have done that before and you will be treated in anything but a friendly manner. We will never order from here again.

Ordered food at 1745, it was supposed to be delivered, but I just called at the door at 1830. Called again, it was on its way at 1915, food was delivered, but it was cold, luckily there was an oven for the pizza and air conditioning for the fries, shawarma in the frying pan and so on, so we had a warm bite at 1930........... This was the last time ordering!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

The quality of the food has deteriorated dramatically. Something that looks like shawarma but doesn't look like it. We have ordered here several times in the past and thought we would have such a tasty dish again. Unfortunately it is no longer on the map. Then a shawarma dish. Price/quality is hard to find. Delivery was also a disappointment. It was said 45 minutes but again an hour and a half. We will never order from here again.

A somewhat hidden shop, inconspicuously hidden in a courtyard of a larger building complex. We were the only guests that evening and received a very friendly welcome. The food arrived in a reasonable time and was really tasty. The pizzas had rich toppings and were good from the base. The ribs were super tender and really plentiful! All in all a great evening.

Asked for delivery at 6:30 PM, called at 7:00 PM to see where it was. Finally got it at 7:30 PM. Cheese shawarma was a pittah sandwich with melted cheese in between, so you couldn't cut it open. The shawarma was placed loose in a container to put in it. Spare ribs also have little taste. The last few years have really deteriorated, and I no longer order them.

Haven't made it for a long time, but now I decided to have a chicken shawarma sandwich. How disappointing this was. Had no taste. Waste of my money. Have an idea that there are other staff in the kitchen. It used to be so tasty, but now it was very disappointing.

The boy says he can't get into the system and the boss isn't there either! There are still 4 incompetent people walking around in the business, but apparently no one knows how it works. Ordered at 4:44 PM and stated delivery at 6:00 PM. Because we would have to be in the car at 7:30 PM to go to the movies. At 5:56 PM I was called, order was a little later. Called at 6:37 PM where is the order, conclusion order is on its way. At 7:23 PM the doorbell rang and the order was there. When the kitchen order was opened, fries were cold, spareribs were lukewarm, tasteless and absolutely not spicy and the lasagna was just pasta sauce with leaves and cheese instead of real lasagna. The lasagna was also lukewarm. Called again and complained only to be told the next time you order you will only pay half. Well, in the Netherlands, I'll never order from here again. No chance paid 44.25 euros for a weak, soggy cold meal.

The food was no respect but really unbelievable almost thought it was a joke. Ordered with sauce (no sauce on it) would have been chicken shawarma, it was literally chicken cubes, which was in the kapsalon, you can't even call it a kapsalon, more like chicken with a portion of fries. really shameful. It could be picked up at 6:25 PM. Waited until 6:50 PM. Okay it can happen. It has been taken over, but what a customer-unfriendly lady. We pay 87 euros for 3 dishes, including 1 dish. They have written down the non-special dish but a normal one. So miss sparibs and the shaliks. We then received 1 small salad and the lady just started arguing completely. That we had a big one. And that we are only missing 3 things so why would we make such a problem. They were always so generous. This will be three times nothing. No solution nothing. We don't order anymore. Edit: I actually started shouting after I asked if there could be a solution? You said I'm not going to play a well-or-nothing game or miss the salads. If a customer says it's missing, why would you question it like that? And then say that this is not possible? That standard dish also did not have everything on the menu. There were still ingredients missing. There were also no beef pieces. It's not surprising when people get angry if you don't want to do anything with them. Maybe improve your communication after all.

You can eat quite well here and for a reasonable price you have freshly made sufficient portions. My experience with the pizzas, shawarma and spare ribs is very good. The kitchen door is open so you know what happens. Service is very good and friendly. I've been coming here for about 20 years. And it was very nice that the dog was allowed inside. There seems to be a new boss, but he is unfriendly. No improvement. Had to wait longer for order in the store.

Top food and super service! We order from here almost every month and have been doing so for years. In my opinion one of the best spare ribs in the Netherlands! Recently we accidentally did not receive delivery as ordered, but we received everything fresh and redelivered free of charge within fifteen minutes! Great business👌🏼👍🏽

Very nice stay in this attractive Restorante. Very customer friendly and clean. The food is really super fresh and tastes like Italia. Restorante has great day offers, check the website. Located at the "De Hoef" shopping center, so parking and public transport are nearby. You can also order online or in the Resto itself. I ate here and also ordered pizza online for a birthday that was still deliciously hot. Highly recommended.

Friday evening the four of us had a delicious meal at Buona Sera. The pizzas were really good, and the spaghetti and shawarma were also super tasty. Have been getting take-out from this restaurant for years, eaten inside a few times, now again with a new manager/owner, very friendly service, the large meal was very tasty with half a carafe of wine together with a good friend. Very affordable, highly recommended for good food in your own neighborhood. I'm going to do this more often.

Lekkere zondagavond en geen zin om te koken, dus met de kinderen pizza, kapsalon en spareribs besteld. Smaakt altijd goed. Helaas hebben we dit keer 2 uur! Op onze bestelling moeten wachten en heb ik er 2 keer tussendoor voor gebeld. Uiteindelijk bestelling ontvangen. Kapsalon was heel prima, de spareribs (zoet) waren heerlijk. Helaas was de patat echt slap. De pizza salami smaakte op zich wel oké, maar het leek alsof de salami amper was meegebakken en er aan het einde op gegooid was. Het was wel lekker veel salami.

Shoarma spaghetti with sambal garlic and onion sauce. Pita and lettuce were also included. It was an unprecedented choice, fun to try once. Really tasty and actually enough for 2 people.
