Domino's Pizza in Hoogvliet

Truly terrible service. This branch should be closed. I placed an order for two pizzas at 8:00 PM. I called at 9:30 PM to ask where they were; they said they'd be there as soon as possible. At 10:00 PM, they were closed and impossible to reach. This wasn't the first time something like this has happened, and it's either consistently terrible service or consistently terrible food.

Really terrible service. We ordered two pizzas around 8:00 PM. Around 9:30 PM, we called to ask if the pizzas were on their way, and they said they'd be there as soon as possible. At 10:00 PM, they were closed, and we couldn't reach them. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened, and the service hasn't been great so far. The quality of the food is also questionable; it's not very good.

Super friendly lady at the cash register and food was ready within 10 minutes.

The only thing worth buying here is a pizza on sale on the weekend and that's it

I placed an order, they charged me and it never arrived, a total scam.

Order placed at 5pm for 6:30pm. Called at 7pm. Still had to go in the oven. Called again at 7:35pm, still had to go in the oven. Spoken to very rudely. What terrible service! Pizza cancelled, hopefully we will get our money back but that remains to be seen given the service.. never again dominos!

Atmosphere was bad. Manager was arrogant and not friendly, batteries did not work, were not allowed to use the toilet at any time, there was no clear consultation between staff, very bad thing, it closed for everyone's good.

1 star What a disappointment. With the staff working here today, you better close this branch. Received cold pizza as if it came from the fridge, and for 3 euros you literally get a handful of fries - and limp too. Service was slow and disinterested. Not recommended, I won't come back here again.

The employees were not friendly at all. I had driven 2.5 hours and needed to use the restroom badly. Even though I was ordering 7 pizza's and drinks, they would not let me use a restroom. Then when ordering, we repeated the order twice, but they still forgot a pizza which was only noticed later because they would not give me a receipt as the receipt paper was out. Then when the order was done, they did not call it out and we had to ask for ourselves because we saw the stack. They then also forgot a milkshake that we had ordered. Lastly the forgotten pizza would be made "immediately", however that took quite a while. Overall not a good experience. However, the pizzas themselves had a good amount of toppings and were nicely hot.

Its a hit or miss with them. Sometimes you get an ok pizza other times it's just bad. They'll never re-do it! Definitely different from the American one.

Their 010 number never works... I have been waiting 50 minutes for an order that has still not been processed. how should you contact this branch?

Last week, I found four warm pizzas in a Domino's delivery bag on the dike between Zalmplaat and Meeuwenplaat. With good intentions, I returned the pizzas to Domino's. Upon arrival, I reported the incident and handed the bag to the staff. However, they didn't even acknowledge my kindness. Very disappointing staff.

Pizza are not well done, raw mushrooms. Sometimes it takes a long time before it is ready. Last time cinnastix was also not tasty, even thrown away.

more than 1.5 hours waited for order despite hurry i am hungry surcharge! when I contacted them I got a very antisocial and rude employee on the line who told me that my order had first been forgotten food and then someone else's order had arrived for delivery and if you don't agree with it they hang up on you in your face. called twice and they hung up on me straight away this time called from a different number and indicated that I wanted my money back she said very nicely that it could take 4 days but that they would come and collect the order immediately. I keep the pizza and they can collect the pizza when my money has been refunded.

Ordered a 4 cheese pizza but there was no gorgonzola on it, so it tasted like a 1 cheese pizza.....too bad.

I am very dissatisfied, I placed an order before 10 p.m., I paid more than 50 euros, I did not receive the order, I waited with my friends until 1 am until we finally went to sleep, I did not receive any information that the order would not reach me, I fell asleep, phone call or message, I will describe you where I can and add opinions about it, and I am waiting for my money back.

This restaurant is a joke... the order didn't arrive after 2 hours, I finally managed to call them and in response I heard laughter and the text maybe there's pizza on the street. incompetence and insolence are an understatement!!! I do not recommend !!!!

We recently ate at Domino's Pizza and were unfortunately disappointed. The restaurant was untidy and we felt very uncomfortable there and around. The atmosphere was anything but inviting. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Our order took forever, and when the food finally came, the pizza, although warm, was not tasty and very greasy. The dough was tough and the toppings sparse. We definitely expected something better for the price. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this location at all.

Bad experience, first of all had to wait over 1 hour. Fries were tough and ice cold, when I contacted them about this I was told that they should be like this. Furthermore, I had ordered 2 pizzas, received two completely different pizzas than I asked for, when I was on the phone I was told that they would be happy to come and exchange them for us, but only if 'no bite had been taken otherwise they could not do anything for me'. When they finally came with the two correct pizzas, they had actually taken the other two pizzas back, so I believe someone else had received them. Not to be repeated. If I could give zero stars I would have done so, do not order here

Tasty pizzas, friendly staff and good service. If there is a problem with an order, you will be treated in a friendly and courteous manner (by telephone) and they will be happy to help you. We like to order our pizzas here!

Very bad, they don't even have bags to put the food in if you want to take it with you and those drinks are all expensive. I ordered a pizza for €5.99 and then I had to pay €16.43 because I bought 3 drinks. . Plus that pizza is completely burnt on the bottom.

What a worthless business this has become, taking more orders than they can deliver, resulting in enormous waiting times. “No staff” is not an excuse, you can take this into account when taking orders.

Everything was great when I ordered before, but today I ordered two pizza packages and brownies. They didn't give me brownies, I wrote to them by mail, hoping for their compromise, thank you.

September 10, 2023 After 4 years, I ordered a pizza again and what a disappointment it was this time. The app kept crashing (I have an S23 Utra 1tb, so that can't be the cause) Contacted the store and placed my order. I get an extra €1.50 from the plastic surcharge!!! The Pizzas are in a cardboard box!!! She didn't know either and decided to find out with the person when I went to pick up the pizzas. What sit wasn't her place either. (I don't think Daan should answer the phone either) During the collection we were also unable to figure it out, in fact, a refund was charged for a plastic bag that was removed after 4 minutes. The Peperoni pizza tasted like tomato puree. The other pizzas were edible.

Prima pizza's. Regelmatig goede aanbiedingen en een punten systeem voor gratis pizza (ben ik gek op!) Saai restaurant maar is ook alleen afhaal.

Voor het eerst een week geleden gegeten bij deze Domino's in Hoogvliet. Vriendelijk personeel en goed geholpen. Mocht ik weer in Hoogvliet zijn dan kom ik graag langs.

Alleen ervaring met ophalen. Bestellen via de app werkt prima. Je kunt via de app volgen wanneer je pizza klaar is. Constant hoge kwaliteit en erg lekkere pizza's. Gratis parkeren in de directe omgeving.

Makkelijk online bestellen, ook mogelijkheden je bestelling te volgen wanneer het klaar ligt enzo ophalen

Als je pizza besteld is de service goed en kan je zien wanneer hij geleverd word, zelfs als je een tijd kiest is het vaak op dat tijdstip in huis. Bij afhalen geef je ook aan hoe laat je de pizza's wilt ophalen, maar het duurt altijd langer dan je aangeeft. 5 min vind ik niet erg, maar is vaak 15 min of zelfs 20 min... Mijn advies is dan gewoon lekker bestellen!

Domino's is the best; prima ervaringen bij deze winkel; tijdens goede acties kan het druk zijn en moet je soms even wachten, maar dat is begrijpelijk

Ik heb bijna 1 uur op me pizza moeten wachten. Sommige mensen zaten al 1,5 uur aan het wachten. Bleek dat het was niet eens doorgezet in het systeem. Mijn Hot en Spice peperoni was meer en groente pizza. Op heel het pizza zat maar 4 stuks peperoni op en vol met tomatensaus. Dit is dus niet de kwaliteit wat je normaal krijgt en gewend bent.

Was weer een heerlijke pizza, een BBQ dit keer met weinig saus dat was jammer.

Er was per ongeluk een vlieg op de pizza gekomen tijdens het bereiden, maar ter compensatie hebben we een gratis pizza en drinken persoonlijk bezorgd gekregen. Hele goede service, snelle bezorging en lekkere gevulde pizza’s zou ik zeggen!

Je kan alleen maar met de pin betalen. Dus mensen in bewind en schuldhulp kunnen niets kopen hier heeeeel erg jammer.

Wow! Ik krijg mijn bestelling nog een keer maar dan gratis omdat ik de pizza beetje laat binnen heb!

Voor de 5de keer wacht ik 1 uur op mijn pizza!! Wanneer ik bel “ ohh kom nu aan” vind echt jammer niet eens een sorry aanbieden of iets!!

Regelmatig besteld ging en was altijd goed maar de laatste keer vorige week drama . App werkt niet meer en antwoorden die ik kreeg niet echt klantvriendelijk . Ze zegt : we hebben nieuwe postcode indeling en u moet maar een ander bellen . Ik woon hemelsbreed 1 km er vandaan . App maar verwijderd hier bestel ik nooit meer

Voel tegen, besteld maar één piza was mee gegaan met bestelling. Werd netjes gecorrigeerd maar de tweede piza was al koud. Merkte het pas toen Ik thuis was.

Veel jongeren werken er die drukte niet overzien waardoor je erg lang moet wachten op je eten

De pizza zelf waren erg lekker. Maar het snijden is niet goed gegaan, dit is erg jammer omdat je nu bijna een halve pizza had die niet gesneden was. We hadden er 3 besteld en alle 3 waren ze zo gesneden.

Lekkere pizza's (twee large) besteld om af te halen. Smaak en beleg zijn heerlijk, ga zo door! Enige minpuntje op de pizza's zelf was dat ze niet netjes gesneden waren in ongeveer gelijke stukken, ze waren ook niet helemaal doorgesneden (iets harder drukken tijdens het snijden boys), nu moest ik zelf alsnog de meeste stukken snijden. Het programma om te tracken hoe het met de pizza's gaat lijkt ideaal, maar is het niet helemaal. Tussen bepaalde stappen zag ik geen voortgang. De medewerkers zijn denk ik allemaal jongeren/studenten/scholieren die dit als bijbaantje hebben. Ze doen hun best en kunnen lekkere pizza's maken, maar het ontbreekt wel echt aan klantenservice. Tip voor deze locatiemanager: Al heb je maar 1 medewerker rondlopen die zich echt bezig houdt met goed direct klantcontact, dan zou dat al schelen. Een extra cursusdag klantvriendelijkheid vanuit Dominos zou ik wel aanraden, in de baas z'n tijd uiteraard.

Lang wachten maar begrijpelijk door de drukte, ik vind het dan wel lastig dat je buiten in de kou en regen moet wachten

Had pizza tonno besteld, maar heb moeten zoeken naar de tonijn op de pizza. Bestel wel vaker maar valt me op dat de kwaliteit niet altijd hetzelfde is.

De pizza's van domino's in hoogvliet zijn echt super lekker en echt niet duur, mooie open keuken dus je ziet alles wat er klaar wordt gemaakt en er wordt tussendoor ook goed schoon gemaakt 👍🏼en vriendelijke en aardige medewerkers!!!

Hele aardige bezorger. Dozen waren alleen platgedrukt. Pizza's waren zeer dun en slap. Van 1 pizza misten er 3 toppings ( terwijl je voor sommige toppings extra betaald). 1 pizza had toppings die er niet op hoorde. Bij 1 pizza waren alle ingrediënten naar 1 kant geschoven. Pizza altijd vers, warm en snel bezorgd.

Goed maar ze hebben 1 mes waar ze alle pizza's mee snijden veganisten of niet dit heeft dus weinig zin. Beter is om de pizza niet aan te snijden.
