Receiving a response an hour and a half later when you call is the standard excuse: it's busy, the times are wrong, and you don't know where you stand.

The delivery driver couldn't stand the fact that we, as an LGBTQ couple, had ordered a kapsalon in the evening to share. After we didn't leave a tip because he didn't have garlic sauce, he called my husband a wimp. As a woke couple with a confused autistic child, we cannot tolerate this and will, by the way, never order from here again. The delivery driver was a handsome Moroccan, though.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. The pizza was ice cold, there was no garlic sauce on it, and there were even metal pieces in it. I regret ordering pizza here.

If you call at 2:10 AM to ask if your order placed at 00:45 is on its way because you want to go to bed, you get an arrogant jerk on the line who says you haven't waited 80 minutes yet and shouldn't whine so much because it's busy. The guy asks three times how you got 80 minutes; that order was placed 50 minutes ago. I say the order was confirmed at 00:45 (confirmation email from Thuisbezorgd). Even though they advertise delivery times of 25/35 to 50 minutes. No problem if you're busy, I'm not difficult, but whining a bit about it being busy and thinking it's weird that I'm calling to ask what time it will arrive because I want to sleep makes no sense. You should have just said sorry man, I'm really doing my best but it's busy. Then I would have said I can only appreciate that you're working hard, good luck with the rush, I'm staying awake a bit longer. It's not like they can't pause orders, indicate how busy it is, extend delivery times, or only offer pickup. Judging by the other reviews, this is what happens by default. And that for €7.50 in delivery costs🤣

This restaurant is a bunch of scammers! I ordered food for over 73 euros, of which 30 euros was just the delivery costs. But we were hungry and nothing was open anymore, so we ordered anyway. At some point, they just marked the order as delivered, even though we haven't received anything. And of course, they don't answer the phone! A bunch of scammers!

Not even worth 1 star. Do not order here! Order from a reliable business instead. We only ordered here because this was the only place still open. We paid in advance, waited for more than 2.5 hours, and absolutely nothing was delivered. We called more than 10 times, but no one answered the phone. If you cannot serve your customers properly or deliver, then do not accept orders. Making customers wait for hours without any communication is unacceptable. Hopefully, we will get our money back via Thuisbezorgd. I advise everyone against ordering here. STILL SO ANGRY!

Waited three hours for a 50 euro order. It didn't arrive. Called, but I'm not getting my money back either because I ordered via Thuisbezorgd and they don't earn enough on that.

Very disappointing experience. The day before yesterday, we placed an order of about €40 around 3:00 AM. After waiting for over an hour, we still hadn't received anything, so we tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. The next afternoon, I saw that I had received a callback at 7:00 AM — about 4 hours after my order. By that time, I had obviously already fallen asleep. Later that afternoon, I contacted them myself to calmly explain the situation, hoping for understanding and a solution. Unfortunately, the response was angry and unfriendly, without any form of understanding or apology. As a result, I ended the call. I paid €40 for an order I never received. I had expected at the very least an apology, a refund, a new delivery, or failing that, a voucher or discount coupon as compensation. But nothing was offered. Honestly, this feels like my money was simply taken without anything in return. Mistakes can happen, but how you treat a customer afterwards says it all. In this case, I felt completely disregarded and absolutely not helped. After this experience, I will never place an order here again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it either. Very disappointing.”

Worst eatery ever, saddest restaurant experience. Placed an order and waited over 2.5 hours for a pizza! They don't answer their phone properly either. After calling for an hour, they finally answered, being very cheeky on the phone and refusing to take responsibility or make it clear to me that I “just have to wait patiently like everyone else.” I placed my order at 2:15 AM and now, at 4:30 AM, I still don't have any food. I almost need to get eggs for breakfast, because they probably only plan to deliver that pizza in the morning. Utterly pathetic!

Lasagna tastes spoiled. It’s really sour did not even took another bite from it. Costing €13 to eat a spoiled food. Called with the service since we ordered through Thuisbezorgd and they are even arguing with you that it is your appetite that is wrong. Nice try! Never again.

We recently ordered pizza here and I have to say: the pizzas were really delicious! The taste was top-notch and everything was fresh and well prepared. Unfortunately, however, we had to wait quite a long time for our order, about an hour and twenty minutes. That was obviously not ideal. But what really stood out was how well they handled this. We received an extra cola and even an extra pizza as compensation. That shows that they take their customers seriously and make an effort to make amends. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the food. Despite the wait, I would definitely recommend this pizza place to everyone!

As a regular customer, I just *have* to say this: Miozio Pizzeria is truly next level. This isn't just any pizzeria; this is simply *the* place to order if you love really good pizza. 😍 My son, my family, and I order here very often, and it is perfect *every* time. The pizzas are large, generously topped, and simply taste amazing; you seriously get your money's worth here. But what really tops it off: The staff is *so* friendly, respectful, and customer-oriented; you just feel appreciated as a customer, and you don't see that everywhere anymore these days. For us, there is no doubt: this is by far the best pizzeria. Highly recommended 10/10 🍕🔥

This is possibly the worst company I've ever ordered food from. I made a request to CALL if someone showed up at the door, but they claimed they called multiple times, which is incorrect. I was called once, and then called back twice, and they spoke to me in an antisocial manner!!!! They now expect me to pick up the food from their office, which I'm not going to do. Plus, someone there spoke to me in an antisocial manner on the phone. I don't care about the 22 euros and the whole order. I hope it makes you happy, scammers.

Provided the wrong address... the staff wasn't too happy about that. News: unfortunately, pickup or no order. Due to an input error. We indicated an hour later is no problem! However, there was no option, so no food. €14 lost, ridiculous reason. We're bummed. Definitely don't do business with them, since they can't fix anything.

The food took a really long time. When I called, the pizzeria manager was really rude and unfriendly. I wanted to leave a tip because I ordered so late at night, but I decided against it. I'll never order from here again, and I advise everyone to do the same.

It looked like a great pizza place, so my brother and I decided to stop by while walking through Delfshaven. Big mistake. We should’ve read the reviews first. The pizza man was super friendly at first. He handed us the menu with a big smile and even made some recommendations. But his attitude changed as soon as he saw we were only ordering one Four Seasons pizza (€11.50). We paid with a €20 bill and he gave us back just €5. When we asked about the change, he said that price was from an “old menu” from three years ago. We told him that wasn’t mentioned anywhere and definitely not when we ordered. Then it got weird. He got visibly upset and suddenly turned super rude. He asked for the pizza back and gave us our €20. We walked out with no food and the feeling that he was trying to take advantage of us. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid the same awkward situation. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Delivery guy was busy, it seemed like he went to the wrong address 3 times and called 5 times, I waited more than an hour, the food was cold and not tasty, then a new pizza was promised, it took 45 minutes for that pizza and it still hadn't arrived. I called the business and he said don't call and hung up, after promising a new pizza, jokers this and really not recommended rotten place with only oil in their pasta.

Fake reviews on home delivery. Please don't fall for it! If you are faking reviews, please put some effort into it. “Tyshone” posted a 5-star review 16 times on November 29, 2024 without a response. This also applies to the account Onur 9x 5 stars without response and several other Turkish names. To make you feel ashamed. Your pizza crust is raw and limp with no taste. Center piece is burnt and hard. The onion was still raw on it and the döner had immense amounts of gristle in it. Cheese was very hard. Delivered within 40 minutes, but delivered cold except for the burnt soggy piece in the middle. No wonder you give yourself so many good reviews. Nobody wants to do it out of love for your pizzas. Order at your own risk.

Ordered 4 pizzas, delivery address of Valk Hotel Rotterdam-Blijdorp. Informed reception of the order and waited 2 hours in the lobby. No one seen, but paid. According to restaurant employee, someone was there. Pizzas were in the restaurant but redelivery was not an option, not even for a fee... they did not agree to give a refund either. Bad thing

I've never written a review before but this really goes too far for me. Ordered a pasta from them today, May 11, via their own site with cash payment. After 45 minutes I still had not received anything. I called the business and got the owner's brother on the phone. The gentleman indicated that they apparently call the number described before accepting an order with cash payment. (Very strange because this did not apply to my last order) Now I accidentally added an extra number to my telephone number, so they couldn't reach me (but you think they have my email address?) To answer this question I received a verbally aggressive man on the phone. I then asked for the manager and my brother said he was the manager. I hung up and called back later and got a very respectful owner on the phone, but you could tell that he was also tense and I did get an apology for his brother's behavior. 15 minutes later they were at my door, which turned out to be that my money had been stolen from my wallet while I was at work and I therefore immediately asked for a little bit of money on which the guess was not even 16 year old boy, the owner or the brother, no idea 1 of the 2 on the phone and threatened and scolded me so loudly over the phone that I just sent the pasta and the delivery person back. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star in my eyes

Snelle bezorging, reageren sws snel, heel vriendelijk en relaxed en het eten heel erg lekker. Veel verse sla+komkommer op kapsalon en nee, wordt het niet gezonder van, maar wel lekkerder.

Pizza is uitstekend en voor een goed prijs.

Levering was prima en de pizza was goed warm. Het enige was echt jammer was is dat er zo goed als geen saus op de pizza zat. Deeg met kaas en topping..

Ik vond deze pizza vrij matig. De bodem was absoluut niet luchtig te noemen. Heb het idee dat ze giers erin gebruiken wat altijd minder is voor een pizzabodem. Maar de topping was toch wel het minst. De kaas die ze gebruiken is gewoon niet goed. Het was heel magertjes. Enige pluspunt was dat dat de pizza vrijwelniet vet was te noemen, maar kan ook minpunt zijn, en dat hij niet te zout was. Ik geef de pizza een vijf en zal niet weer bestellen. Jammer.
