New York Pizza in Kralingen-Crooswijk

Very poor service. I ordered two pizzas that were never delivered and I am still trying to get my money back. I have been emailing back and forth with head office for almost a month, who referred me to the branch, but I still haven't heard anything from them. Very poor treatment of a loyal customer. I will never order anything here again.

Ordered at 7:30 PM. Waited for more than an hour and a half, while it was supposed to take only a maximum of 45 minutes. In the end, received lukewarm pizzas with poor toppings. Even the pizzas from the supermarket taste better, are cheaper, and quicker to make.

It is a take out franchise where you can deliver and pick up, nice atmosphere, good times and fast delivery and kitchen staff

Last Saturday we ordered two pizzas, including a gyro pizza. The order arrived a little late, which can happen. However, upon receipt, we discovered the gyro pizza had been replaced with half a cheese and tuna pizza. We tried calling the store several times, but were always told no one was available. After five attempts, we gave up. I'm allergic to fish, so I couldn't eat the pizza! So, we paid, but essentially didn't have dinner. I then contacted customer service, but received no response from them either! This isn't a mistake; it's simply poorly organized and unfriendly. Lost money, no food, no service. Disgraceful!

I'm really frustrated with my recent order from New York Pizza. The delivery took far too long, and when the pizzas finally arrived, the toppings were missing or barely there. It seemed like no care had been taken with the order. For the price they're charging, this is truly unacceptable. I expected much better quality and service.

Order delivered after 2 hours due to faulty service and it was cold inside. Bad experience.

Waited almost an hour for two pizzas. Pizzas half-baked. And there was no honey on mine. And I don't find it very flavorful. Not good pizzas.

My friend and I ordered pizzas 2 days ago , it was never delivered but we did pay for it , getting in contact with them is impossible, so they took the money but never delivered the pizzas , terrible costumer service! Very disappointing and disrespectful!

I've been trying to get a refund for an order I never received for almost two months. I'm being passed from pillar to post, and my money hasn't arrived. Truly the worst service I've ever experienced. Hopefully, they don't mess up the order; otherwise, you'll have to beg on the phone to see if they'll ever give you your money back.

Normally a big fan of New York Pizza, but after my order today, I'll never order from them again. The Kralingen location is absolutely terrible. We received a smaller pizza than ordered, and it took over an hour twice. The pizza was also lukewarm and not cooked through.

I ordered three pizzas and two garlic breads from you. Unfortunately, the pizzas arrived cold, and the dough seemed undercooked. It felt like we had to bake it ourselves. It's a shame we won't be ordering from here again. We paid €51.20 for this.

Listen. New York Pizza is great. Never had any problems in multiple places of residence. But that branch on the Oudedijk is a nightmare. I have never had an error-free order in 3 years. Pizzas with the wrong ingredients, getting a new one delivered after calling and that one being wrong again. Drinking what is not delivered. Thin and crispy dough that is soft and thick. Sometimes richly invested, sometimes barely anything. Really terrible.

Great delivery, but the pizza wasn't "pretty" they put the on only one side of the pizza.

Snelle levering, lekkere pizza's. Vriendelijk geholpen meneer Drouk nadat er online iets fout was gegaan met bestellen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

When I order pizza I usually go here. The pizza is pretty good. The cheese does not taste of plastic as is many more other pizza chains, the tomato sauce is very good and the pizza dough is well cooked. Service is fast and always very kind. They have many kind of pizze vegetarian and also vegan and also many deals (I suggest to download the app)! I recommend….

Gisteravond heerlijk gegeten bij New York Pizza in Rotterdam-kralingen. De smaak van de pizza tonno was lekker met lava cake. Bedankt alvast voor een maatje groter van de pizzabodem. Doe de groetjes aan Muhammed Amin, hij is een professioneel in pizza's bakken!!

It was really weird and disgusting for me to taste sugar on the pizza, it tastes like a donut. If you don't like sweet meals never order it.

Goed maar is beetje ingewikkeld voor rest is het lekker!

Gisteravond was dit nieuwe zaak rond 23:15 nog de enige open in Kralingen. Op aanraden van een vriend toch maar hier geprobeerd. Bij binnenkomst was ik meteen geholpen door de filiaalmanager. De zaak is net nieuw, de personeel nog heel jong en de pizzabakkers kwamen wat onervaren over. Echter de gastvrijheid en enthousiasme het crew was meer dan genoeg indruk weg te nemen. Op dat moment was NY pizza bezig met meerdere bestellingen en bezorgingen, maar desondanks was de pizzabakker binnen een kwartier 2 NY stijl pizza's af te geven. New York pizza adverteert dat hun deeg zo bijzonder is vergeleken met andere pizzeria's, hierin moet ik hun groot gelijk in geven. De korst is krokant, luchtig en heeft een licht taaie structuur. Het deeg is op smaak gebracht met een zout en is verrijkt met grove korrels dat je ook om Surinaamse broodjes vind. Qua toppings waren zij ook niet gierig, en groentes zoals paprika, champions en rode uitjes waren vers. In mijn beleving is New York pizza is veel beter geworden dan pizza franchises, zoals Domino's of Papa John. Kralingen is een toptent rijker.
