I ordered a pizza, but unfortunately, I received something else. I received a piece of bread with sauce and I couldn't eat it. This branch is really bringing Domino’s Pizza’s good name into disrepute. I urgently request that you investigate what is happening at this branch and take appropriate measures.

The food is delicious and fresh, and is made quickly.

Ordered pizza with my colleague today; first we had to wait a good hour, almost 1.5 hours, only to receive the wrong pizza. Called, a very friendly girl on the phone, said I would get a new pizza, but now, a good hour later, still nothing........... Oh right, and then of course you think, I'll just call, but I can't reach anyone. You finally get someone on the phone after calling 27 times, only to be told that your good pizza is on its way. But you'll never guess it's wrong again!!! And then even the delivery person can't get hold of anyone.

What a terrible place, and more like a dumpster. Such a slow pizza maker; I ordered 3 pizzas and 1 of them wasn't right. Conclusion 1 disappointment and finally, burning heartburn from that rubbish sauce. Never eating here again, yuck.

If I could give 0 stars I would have done so, what a terrible Domino's this is, I had to wait half an hour to 40 minutes for our order, it just didn't show up, I called them, they said the order still had to be made (it wasn't even in the oven) I said how is that possible I can't wait that long 1. People, PLEASE do not order here, not via Thuisbezorgd or Uber Eats either, via this Vuurplaat establishment. You will definitely wait more than an hour, and then your order is suddenly cancelled. I ordered today, and a timer was set for the order to arrive within half an hour to forty-five minutes; it was already an hour, and they were supposed to close in half an hour. So I called the place and got an answer like, "I don't know how much longer, maybe in 40 minutes," and the pizza wasn't even made yet. I asked if the order could be cancelled. The answer I got was, "You can do it yourself via the website." I indicated that I didn't know how, and they also indicated that they didn't know how and that I had to figure it out myself. I gave this place a few chances, but this is the last time. You are better off ordering from Domino's Zuidplein; I've never had any problems with the delivery there.

You order at 5:45 to be delivered at 7:00. You'd think an hour and fifteen minutes would be enough time to prepare everything. However, you call after 7:00 because you don't have much time for food since you're time-strapped. You discover that everything won't be ready until 7:00 and still needs to go in the oven. I called the store. The woman who answered was fantastic. At least she tried to help. But I won't be ordering from them again. This is truly awful.

The quality is incredibly inconsistent. It rolls through an oven like that, and you'd think it would always be perfectly baked. But sometimes it's still very blond, or other times it's burnt. The toppings are inconsistent. No, this isn't the same quality as other Domino's. Although it also seems like Domino's has gotten a lot worse over the years. Or maybe my tastes have changed.

Everyone should work in the hospitality industry for a month to understand the staff! They work hard and my food always arrives well, and well made. Of course it takes a little longer during rush hours. Never had anything go wrong, good staff who just do their job. Delicious food every time I order. Neat.

I only order from Domino's when they have discounts; otherwise, it's unfortunately too expensive. But they often have good deals. I placed my order, and the pizzas were delivered quickly. Still nice and hot and with plenty of toppings. Delicious pizzas!

What a terrible experience! I placed an order for delivery at 6:00 PM. Now, at 7:46 PM, still no pizza. When I check the tracking, it says it still needs to be prepared. I advise not to order there. Our food arrived 2 hours later than expected. The delivery took 3,5 hours in total (we live 3 streets away). In the meantime we tried calling to ask whether or not we can expect our food, but nobody answered. Second, I had to wait an hour and seven minutes for my order to be complete. Terrible how they work. I placed an order at 7:30 PM it is currently 11:45 PM come on. I have certainly contacted several times and the first 2 times they said it's coming, it's busy, fine, I understand that it can be busy, but it's so unprofessional. Our experience with Domino's was unfortunately very disappointing. After waiting for almost two hours, our order was finally delivered, but to our great frustration the food was cold. In addition, it also turned out that half of the order was missing. We never received this again. To make matters worse, we tried calling ten times to report this, but at no point was anyone answered. This shows a serious lack of customer service. Unfortunately, we will no longer be using Domino's services in the future.

Onze ervaring met Domino's was helaas zeer teleurstellend. Na een wachttijd van bijna twee uur werd onze bestelling eindelijk geleverd, maar tot onze grote frustratie was het eten koud. Daarnaast bleek ook nog eens dat de helft van de bestelling ontbrak. Tot overmaat van ramp hebben we tien keer geprobeerd te bellen om dit te melden, maar er werd op geen enkel moment opgenomen. Dit getuigt van een ernstig gebrek aan klantenservice. We zullen in de toekomst helaas geen gebruik meer maken van Domino's diensten.

Yesterday I received good customer service again from 2 strong men in dominos on February 17, 2024. the menu knowledge and teamwork of the 2 guys currently working on Saturday is fantastic if you ask me they are the best pizza cutters/makers z I have ever had in my 30 years of eating pizza. But my question is, did Dominos acquire Bud Pizza? While I waited for my pizza from Dominos, I also ordered a tuna pizza from Buds Pizza. home after eating and comparing the companies' 2 tuna pizzas. by far dominos won in all categories, but what shocked me is that there was no taste difference in the sauce, tuna and cheese, only in the dough I tasted a difference. every pizza place in rotterdam has a different taste, but somehow the toppings of buds pizzas are identical to dominoes. Isn't it true that dominos tomato sauce and cheese are a secret? . long story short dominos remains the best pizza place for me until tomorrow dominos again ♥

Ordered several times, it took at least an hour before the pizza even went into the oven.

During the week their service is good. Friendly and eager to help. But I noticed a few times now that during weekends the service is bad. Too busy with themselves instead of putting the customer first.

Waited an hour for the food! Pizza was cold, they forgot the cheesy Bread. After 3 rings the call was answered. And they would bring it after 30 minutes the cheesy bread arrived, but also cold. Normally everything goes well and I have to wait 15 to 25 minutes, but this is really absurd. The person who answered the phone didn't say sorry or anything else. Just that it would be taken care of. And hung up!

De pizza smaakte goed, maar het feit dat mijn bestelling nooit compleet is, maakt dat ik een onvoldoende geef. Blijkbaar is het heel moeilijk om de producten die additioneel besteld zijn, mee te leveren.

Good pizza, veggie options, nice service

Ik vind echte Italiaanse pizza lekkerder dan Amerikaanse pizza maar mijn vriend wilde graag de cinnastix. We hadden ook de kip-combobox. De gepaneerde kip is erg slap maar dat krijg je als je dat laat bezorgen. De wings zijn erg klein maar wel lekker mals. Ze zijn erg mild dus ik miste wat spice maar als je graag mild wil zijn ze helemaal prima. De pizza kun je zo aanpassen als je zelf wil. De bezorging was heel erg snel en alsnog kreeg ik een excuses dat ze minder snel waren dan gewenst. Erg netjes.
