I ordered food around 7:30, but it wasn't delivered until 9:30. When I received my order, the pizza was completely cold. I therefore called immediately to ask if a new pizza could be delivered. I was told on the phone that the delivery person would come by again, but ultimately no one came. I ended up having to heat up the pizza myself. I find this very disappointing and am therefore not satisfied with the service.

You think you're going to order some nice food for everyone with work. Then it gets cancelled at the last minute. Every time there's hassle with this place. I would definitely skip this one.

It doesn't deserve the 1 star I gave either. At first I thought I was the only one. When I visited the site, it didn't surprise me. But without a star, you can't write a review. Today was just pathetic. I often get kapsalon for the kids on weekends. Today was no exception, just at 6 PM. I got 4 large kapsalons with chicken fillet. The fries weren't crispy at all. Not fresh. The chicken fillet was raw, hard, like biting into raw potatoes. I called up and was blithely told, "Madam, we can't do anything for you." I asked where the manager was. He wasn't there. Suddenly, after 2 seconds, he was there and started screaming and yelling, "What can I do? What do you want?" While he came up with a solution and offered his apologies. "No, what do you want? Don't come here anymore," he said, screaming. Well, I had already made that clear to him earlier. Yeah, easy money without quality, and service is a 0. Keep that €40.

I called to cancel because I had a flat tire, but it wasn't possible... "No problem," I said, "we don't need each other in this life..." and I see that more people are already dissatisfied. If I may give you a tip, do something about your attitude and service!

On Uber Eats, they are listed as available in Leiden, but they don't deliver here at all. I waited for two hours, and every time I called, the staff claimed in a rude tone that the delivery person was on their way. Then they said they don't deliver to Leiden, that I should just arrange it with Uber myself, hung up, ignored my subsequent calls, and said it wasn't their problem. If you don't deliver to an area, don't accept orders from there and don't waste customers' time. Judging by the other reviews, this is clearly a pattern. Avoid.

Disgusting little company. You order something, and after 2 hours you hear nothing from them. If you call, they are unreachable. A bunch of amateurs work here; the owner has absolutely no control over this simple business.

They don't deliver and are unreachable; they just hang up on you. Unfortunately, they are still profiting from old (good) reviews on Thuisbezorgd, and I saw the reviews here too late.

We ordered food. We waited for more than an hour and a half. Called multiple times but got no answer. Then the delivery person didn't announce his arrival and left the food at the door. Subsequently, the order was incorrect; the food was not prepared according to the adjustment. He had a very unpleasant tone when speaking to us. I don't understand how this place is still open, because rudeness is the only thing they serve.

I ordered a large order, we were missing an item and a wrong drink was delivered. It took 1,5 hours for the food to be delivered and the food was just left in front of the door instead of the doorbell being rung. When we called to explain something was missing we were met with a very hostile person over the phone and he was quite rude. So I 10/10 do not recommend.

I will never order here again. I waited for my order for over an hour and a half. The restaurant still didn't answer after more than 10 phone calls. Eventually, I went to the shop myself, where I was treated unkindly and was only told that my order was “on its way.” The pizza subsequently arrived burnt. What I found worst of all was seeing inside the shop that sweat from two employees seemed to end up on the pizzas during preparation. I found that truly unhygienic and disgusting. Never again for me.

I've been waiting for 2 hours and I'm really hungry, but that kapsalon was really tasty.

If I had the chance to file an official warning, I would have done so right now. My kapsalon order went completely wrong on two counts. 1. Thuisbezorgd estimated that delivery should take about 20 minutes. After waiting for forty-five minutes, I decided to call. They said it would arrive soon; however, it took another half hour. 2. You might think it can't get any worse; bad news, it can. The food was MISERABLE; the lettuce was yellow and the fries orange. When you took a bite, a weird sort of orange oil came out. Furthermore, it was a waterfall of garlic sauce, which might be tasty on a good day, but unfortunately, it had all shifted to the right side of the container. In short, €15 completely wasted and an empty stomach :(

It takes a really long time, and if you want to call to ask when the food will be here, no one answers.

After waiting one hour and 15 minutes, I got in touch. I placed €600 worth of orders in 2025, but am now being told there is a technical issue at Thuisbezorgd, while my order is being prioritized immediately. It was supposed to be delivered as soon as possible, but I sat waiting until 12:30 AM.

It is a nice restaurant and the food is delicious, fresh and crispy and they deliver on time.

The food was delicious! The delivery driver was quick, even though they got a ticket while I was on the phone with them and I had to wait longer, but the food was still very hot! I'll be ordering again soon!

For all these little whiners who have nothing else to do but complain, here is my opinion: top quality is definitely there, fast delivery 👌🏾 freshest fries with your kapsalon, döner sandwich good, well filled, they are not stingy with the sauce, pizzas delicious 😋

What a disappointment. The order was supposed to arrive in 15 to 30 minutes, but it arrived after waiting an hour and 45 minutes (and calling repeatedly). The pizza was absolutely inedible and looked like it had been made hours (days?) ago. The cheese had completely hardened. Unfortunately, the order went straight in the trash. In the end, I got a peanut butter sandwich.

The service is downright bad and there is discrimination between customers.

I would absolutely advise everyone not to order from here. Not only is the service incredibly poor, impossible to reach, and I had to wait over 70 minutes for my order! This food gave me a terrible stomach ache! It's a real waste of money... just don't do it!

They use their own delivery drivers, so you can't really track them through Thuisbezorgd. My order said "it's almost here" for at least half an hour... I got really sick of it and decided to call. All I got was yes, it's on its way, but we can't know how much longer... It was a small hair salon with a can of Coke, not a huge order that would take hours or something! Never again for me...

Placed an order at El Aviv, very enthusiastic about the super kapsalon option. Disappointed upon arrival, even more so after the first bite... not recommended.

I waited a long time for my food. Then the delivery guy made me walk over to him. The only meat was okay, the fries were cold. Not worth spending your money here.

I bought a döner sandwich 2-3 weeks ago and I threw up from the sandwich that same evening. I caught a virus (stomach flu). It's been 2-3 weeks now and I'm still suffering from it. Please don't buy your food here!!!

I waited almost two hours for a simple order. I called to ask if he'd left to pick it up, but I was told he'd already left. I waited another 20 minutes. I called again to ask if he was there to pick it up, and he said he was. Upon arrival, I tried to tell him that if they'd been honest in the first place, I could have picked it up long ago, but was quickly silenced with a "bon appétit" (enjoy your meal). Poor service, very unfriendly! I was a regular customer, but I'll never order from them again.

Waiting 10 years for food is crazy

I am a regular customer via thuisbezorgd. I always buy my 2x kapsalon kipdoner large herezo. Fries are not dry or burnt, always fresh and tasty. And enough sauce, I am a sauce lover. And they deliver very quickly. Kapsalon-Topper!!!

Order placed on 4/5 May, but it was never delivered. Contacted several times, each time a lame excuse was made up. Eventually the money would be refunded, but this never happened. Staff is super rude on the phone and also threatening. Do not order anything here!!!!!!

Do not order from this place. From 4 to 5 May 2025 we placed an order from the hospital which was paid for, but never received. Contacted several times (the boss is always.... on holiday). Called back once with the promise to refund the money. So far not happened. Today 18/5 had telephone contact again. In the end there was ''no connection'' anymore. Tried to call back, but no answer.

Delivery person came to the door without change. Which means I now paid 20 euros for 1 pizza. Scam.

I get a kapsalon with fries that have probably only been in the fryer for 3 minutes and after calling I have to wait until the next day for a response from the owner 🥱 nobody has time. Useless response from the employees, kapsalon immediately in the trash.

Last night I ordered from El Aviv. When I called the store to ask how long my order would take (I had already waited more than 1 hour), I got on the phone with a rude guy who apparently found it very difficult to speak properly. I asked in a normal way what the status of the order was and was told that it was just being made at that moment. Then I was told "yes, it is busy, it is busy" and when I asked what the time indication would be, I got a big mouth and hung up in my ear. Really disrespectful. That's not how you treat customers. I will never order from here again.

Bad thing, cold food twice, the delivery person simply said no, it's not cold in broken Dutch. Waiting more than an hour for your food. Unreachable by telephone. This was the last time I ordered from there.

Not quite a whole chicken on my pizza, so big chunks that the chicken falls off my pizza.

There are combs there, I went to the toilet there once and there were a few combs there and those combs run through the entire store there

Ordered for the first time today, I thought at the local El Aviv, but it turned out to be the 'wrong' one. Pleasantly surprised... fries were crispy and not limp like with many delivery companies. The shawarma was tasty, the chicken döner was also of good quality and taste. This mistake is one I hope to make more often. Worth repeating

Ordered food via home delivery, confirmed it was on its way, waited an hour, never delivered. I called 3 times and was always pushed away and then the answering machine... never experienced that... don't start.

I never got anything. I did get my money back via home delivery.

My pizza would be ready even faster if I bought all the parts for a brick oven at the hardware store and made my own pizza oven and then prepared my own pizza in it. The restaurant is also unreachable by telephone.

They take to long and give the wrong food , not good

My daughter ordered food for my son. My son had to wait two hours and more for the food! My daughter has tried calling several times but they just don't answer. Eventually my son went to pick up food and on the way he received a call from my daughter that he had to go back home and that the order is now there at our address. When my son came back, the delivery person simply left with the food. Even though it was paid…and they also got mad at my daughter. You should be deeply ashamed of yourselves...never again!!!

Was een goede kapsalon voor €10. Maar ze gebruiken zo veel plastic en andere disposal materialen die is zo slecht voor het milieu. Sfeer - niet zo gezellig

Ik ga niet liege sinds die oude mensen er uit zijn is het eten niet echt lekker zoals eerst en soms is het og maar de vraag of je eten ook wel echt te eten is :| ene keer smaakt t heel anders dan de andere keer er zit geen betrouwbaarheid aan best jammer :/ ging er vroeger altijd met liefde eten halen toen de oude eigenaar er nog zat

Eten deed er twee keer zo lang over als aangegeven. Smaakte wel prima

1 grote 1 kleine kapsalon besteld met komkommer tomaat en sla. Knoflooksaus en sambal. Bestelling vrij snel ontvangen, zonder knoflooksaus en sambal. Ook nog extra 2 bakjes saus besteld, ook niet ontvangen. Geen groente in mijn kapsalon, die ik wel had aangevinkt via thuisbezorgd. Patat slap en harde kip. Normaal altijd lekker maar dit keer viel het zwaar tegen.

Ben echter niet met voorgaande reviews eens. Wij hebben prima pizza's gekregen en heel snel ook. Ze waren bovendien nog warm (het vriest zelfs buiten nu), wat ik niet altijd kan zeggen over andere pizzabakkers. Dus helemaal goed en hartelijk dank!
