Super nice people, food was delicious and the atmosphere was great

There are ants crawling around the pizzeria. Very small ones, but quite a few.

Unbelievable that I had to experience this! I waited almost two hours for two pizzas, and when I opened them, I was shocked. There was almost no meat and absolutely no flavor. I took one bite and then threw it all away. What a disappointment. Without any of my money!!!!

Unethical and fraudulent company. They scammed me for my money: Didn't deliver pre-ordered pizzas on time, so I called. They told me via phone that it would be delivered more than an hour late. I informed them that the lunch break would be over by then, so they agreed to cancel the order. They never refunded the money, so I reached out to their klantservice. They reached out to the location again multiple times over multiple weeks but couldn't make a refund happen either. I will not order from this or any other NYP location again.

I wouldn't order from here if you have an allergy or don't like burnt food. I ordered a gluten-free pizza, and for between 5:30 and 5:45 PM, they'd arrive at 5:15 PM. The pizza crust was black and burnt. The pizza had also been sliced, even though that's not allowed with gluten-free pizza. I wonder if they know what they're doing at this location. I'll never go wrong in Ridderkerk, so I'll just drive back and forth from there. I won't be ordering from this location again.

We ordered pizzas, including one with extra cherry tomatoes and one with spinach and garlic. Apparently, the spinach and cherry tomatoes were "out of stock," and the pizzas were delivered without cherry tomatoes or spinach (so there wasn't much left of the spinach and garlic pizza...) without a word. I called about it and was met with a huge attitude that it was out of stock and there was nothing he could do about it. The delivery driver supposedly called me—I didn't—and we agreed. He said, "Fine, send a Tikkie, get 2 euros back, or you'll get the money back for the pizzas when you return them." You wouldn't think of that. Then they hung up the phone—no refund, and we were left with pizzas missing some of the ingredients. Bizarrely antisocial. I will NEVER order from here again. Just choke on your 2 euros.

I used to be a frequent customer until they screwed up an order and refused to help with a resolution. They have no system for a refund and you're stuck desperately calling multiple people who refuse to help, both with order status and refund.

Never orther fron this pizza place !!!!!! I have ordered 4 pizzaz by uber eat for wichone i have payed, after few hours the restarant have called me to pay again because uber havent payed them, and the person that came for the money, acted agresive and told me that hello take the money one way or another, i felled very intimidated,

A few days ago, I ordered two items from Thuisbezorgd. Ten minutes later, I received a notification that it had been canceled. This was incredibly strange, as I'd already paid, and I'd only get my money back after three days.

Nice people, I have ordered here more often and recently it has been much better, highly recommended.

Tasted good and arrived on time

Called because something had gone wrong, and it was resolved quickly and immediately. A very pleasant experience!

Great thing, we wanted to cancel our order, because otherwise we wouldn't be able to leave home on time. but they thought along with us and ensured that they could deliver it earlier!

Delivered to me on time, but unfortunately I forgot the characteristic garlic oil on the edge. This makes it a lot less tasty.

During peak times (Friday evening) it can easily take 2 hours before you receive your food or even before they start making it. There is no answer and even if they answer, they brush you off. It's a shame because the pizzas are tasty.

I thought a lot before ordering because of so many bad reviews. But I was going to order anyway, I ordered 2 pizzas and 6 pieces of chicken wings. And I must say we were completely happy with it. The pizzas were nice and soft and warm. They looked nice. My daughter loved the 6 pieces of chicken wings. Was delivered quickly, I will definitely order again. You are doing well, keep it that way.. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

They just don't show up and when you call them they say they've been by. Happened 3 times now. Never order!

Ordered a pizza that arrived almost 2.5 hours later, but could not receive it because I was no longer at home. To this day I still haven't gotten my money back. I'm not the most difficult, but I would advise everyone against ordering here!!

You should never order, so I went to pick up. With 10 minutes I went outside with my pizza. Great atmosphere in the store, nice and funny employees. They were respectful of my allergens, and on top of that it was a very tasty pizza! I'm satisfied 👌🏼

Unfortunately we waited almost 3 hours for a pizza. Once called the restaurant with the answer: Yes, we will be busy in half an hour or so. Finally got food 2 hours later. Really extremely bad service.

Just mediocre and way too expensive

I had to change my review, service was great! But pizzas, not like they used to be. Pizza barely had any cheese, you don't taste any garlic. Taste is really nothing anymore.

Save yourself the trouble. Disgraceful service I only received my food after 2.5 hours. The crust was already tough, had been given the wrong pizza base and it was lukewarm. I had already called twice, but they just lie about the status of your order and say it is busy. The last time he was "probably on his way" and only arrived half an hour later. Apparently this is a regular occurrence at this restaurant when I look at the other reviews. I will never order from here again, I hope this place goes bankrupt soon.

bill for a narrow pizza was 12 euros something I pay with 20, they say we don't have any ransom back, you can choose something to drink, to which I answer okay, , I arrive home with that pizza, three types of cheese should have been on it, I don't see any type on it, in short, scammers and don't eat pizzas, you only get dough, never eat here again first and last time, amateurs toddlers at work ,skerre tent, never experienced such a stingy tent

On Saturday, November 11, I ordered a pizza online. I called just before opening time to ask if I could still change the pizza. This order was canceled and I had changed my pizza by placing a new order, then after a while I was called that there would be a delay because they had to restart the oven. I was working that day and had indicated that I would be relieved and wanted to cancel the order due to the significant delay. This order was also cancelled. It's January 18th and I still haven't received my money. This has gone all the way to the regional manager and I am still waiting for a response. If you order something here, do not pay in advance, but only when they have delivered it and then hope that it still tastes good.

If you're willing to wait a long time, go ahead with your order. Too bad about this.

I made an order at 21, on the app it said that it will be delivered by 21:55, then still by 22:30 nothing, and the restaurant closes at 22:45. I cancelled the order and I am waiting for the refund.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a cola 1,5L, the drink never arrived so I called to ask about and I was informed that they were sending the drink, after 1 hour with no delivery I called again and I was informed that they didn’t send the drink. Poor service and zero commitment. Don’t recommend this place, also the food is horrible.

I got my pizza after 2 hours! I called 2 times and they said the deliverer is on his way with the pizza. After a few calls i got my pizza. IT WAS TOTALLY COLD!! Then i called them back and the employee Mustafa told me to eat my cold pizza! What is this for service? This is the second time this happend to me!

I'd love to tell you how the food tastes, but that's okay. Ordered, waited for hours, never received. They are just around the corner. Update October 20, 2023: Tomorrow will be three weeks since the pizzas were not delivered. Still not the money back. The head office has now stopped mediating between the branch and me. Complete radio silence.

Ordered pizza and popcorn chicken. Had no updates from the app or website. They left it at the hotel reception even though we left them a number to call when they were here. Food was cold. Wasn’t much cheese on the pizza, chicken was tough to eat. Had to call only to be told “left it at reception, forgot to call you to let you know”. Don’t spend your money here :(

Heerlijke pizza’s elke keer weer en super snel bezorgd, nog warm en smaakvol met heerlijk deeg.
