We had to wait a long time and when the food arrived it was cold and missing a lot. For which we then had to wait a long time again.

Ridiculous! You can get dough with a thick layer of tomato sauce here! Not even 10% toppings.

What a terrible place! One incomplete and lukewarm pizza after another was delivered. And then another call, but alas, the same mistakes are made every time. Hopeless. Now I just have to complain publicly!

Delivery and ordering are fine. The quality is a low compared to other places. The pizza is extremely salty. I don't know if there is a guideline or audition from Dominos for that.

Mijn pizza was erg lekker, die van mijn vriend was niet naar wens, ik heb ze gebeld en ze waren er erg lief hierover. Ik heb mijn geld terug gekregen, top service! Voor het meisje wat de telefoon op nam dankjewel!

Good Pizzas, I have been a regular customer for years.

Wij hebben voor bijna 60 euro uitgegeven. Om 18:00 besteld en kregen om 19:00 de pizza, maar kregen 1 pizza niet. Toen hebben we nog 3 keer gebeld en kregen pas om 20:00 de pizza met het excuus dat zn accu leeg was. Ik woon dichtbij genoeg dat je in 1 uur 2/3x hier zou kunnen zijn. Dus ook zonder accu zou dit moeten kunnen. Slechte ervaring! Nog slechtere bezorger!

Bad tent. Can't even deliver a missing pizza on time. Had to call several times and got the same answer every time. If I want to spend an evening laughing at a bunch of clowns, I go to a circus. Get your shit in order man. This is a sad intention. Finally received a pizza with the answer "my battery was empty", charge your bikes and take a lesson on how to run a pizza shop. Clowns I say.

They don't mention the price so suddenly it was 13 euros while the price list said 9 euros. all extra costs that are not reported in advance. The food is okay, but it has little taste and far too little for what you pay. We also get cauliflower base even though we didn't ask for it. all in all a scam

We bestellen heir altijd onze pizza's, meestal keurig op tijd en anders altijd even een belletje al zijn ze maar 3 minuten later. Vandaag iets online besteld dat niet leverbaar is door domino's NL. Dit is prima gecompenseerd. Dank hiervoor.

Super bad! Or they just don't show up without letting you know or they cancel without giving any reason. Been there several times now.

I order regularly, and nine times out of ten everything is just good. And if they make a mistake, they often come up with a solution.

I ordered 3 things, 2 shawarma pizzas, 1 without garlic sauce, and pepperoni cheese bites. We received our order on time, but both pizzas had garlic sauce, which pissed off my boyfriend because he is autistic as hell. And the pepperoni cheese bites were missing. So we called, we received the cheese bites and the shawarma pizza, and it had garlic sauce again 😂😂 My boyfriend was even more pissed off of course, so we called again and yes, believe it or not, we got a new shawarma pizza without garlic sauce this time. Thanks Dominos, 3x is a charm, now my boyfriend is happy again, and I can sleep peacefully tonight without hearing my boyfriend's complaints about garlic sauce and pizzas all evening. Merci bien, bon Appetit ahahah.

I've been waiting for 2 hours and I still don't have my food. Crazy bad

If you order your food at 5:00 PM, call the store at 5:45 PM to find out where it will remain. It is said that it is on its way (I live 2 km away), call you again after 10 minutes to find out where it is. Sir, the food is on its way if it is not there within 15 minutes, call 20 minutes later and no pizza. Explained that a child has to go to bed on time, but I don't think they understand that, a ridiculous hour and a half wait for 2 pizzas! Now 7:20 PM no pizza yet, how is that possible!

Very neat & friendly Pizza are always fresh & hot

I only wish i was able to give it minus starts. My order was more than an hour late. None of the souces or drinks were delivered. The delivery boy was unpleasant and arrogant. They didn't refund me for the missing items but gave me a voucher like there is a scenario where I will ever order from them again.

It looks like a youth club, very unprofessional conversations and staff

I ordered on my phone right before leaving my gym which is a five minute walk to the store on the way home from the gym. (Yes.😃). It was ready in 15 minutes. Friendly service and quick attention. App is excellent and you can rate the service right after. Fresh and hot. I did a custom and it was delicious. There is a fleet of Domino delivery scooters in front so the store is for delivery and takeaway. Don’t expect to sit for a meal here. In sum, I was pleasantly surprised by this fast food operation. Would recommend it. My order was less than 11 euros.

Always good pizza, but it can take a really long time for delivery and I also find it sad when they have to go through rain and wind and go up to an apartment while they are afraid of heights and I still forgot that I live in an apartment .

The worst place! I ordered 3 times from there and the last night they didn't even delivered the order, but they took my money! LEGAL THIEFS DOMINOS RIJSWIJK !!!

I witnessed something terrible Burnt pizza was literally offered to the lady. The boy who made pizza himself suddenly convinced her with the help of professional manipulation that that is how it should be. She was forced to eat this pizza anyway. Was very brutal. I would never forget how she said, "I will never buy anything from Domino pizza again in my life." She was right!!!😡

I paid 2 € more so my pizzas get out faster they were staying 5 min at the place where the ready pizzas stays i saw them and told them to give them to me ? IMAGEN I KNOW THEIR JOB BETTER THEN THEM AND THATS WAS THE MANAGER WHEN I ASKED HIM gently hey i paid more so my pizzas are ready faster but they werent and even they stay 5 min and i was supposed to tell them to give it to me. AND THE WORST IS THAT THE MANAGER ANSWER YES WE WERE FAST WHEN MY PIZZAS TOOK OVER 20 min and whit waiting was 25 min that happend on sunday after 5-6 oclock.So Dominos please check your managers and workers at this location bcs after i saw i think i will go to papa johns or new york pizza bcs this what it happend to me was scam and such a big brand scam me and even the manager don’t realise its something wrong so u can imagen how bad this place is ! Paying u 5€ for milkshake that u cant drink normal bcs for them is really hard to stir up 😀 I have more to tell but no need just go to some other pizza place bcs dominoss are scamers and probably teaching this to their Managers also.My table was dirty i sit up put my hands on the table and my clothes were in sause and all this kind of things and u dont even have toilet at this place so i went whit dirty clothes outside thanks to this hard workers 😀

The umpteenth time that ordering via the app is debited but you have not placed an order, then you call and say it will be refunded within 2 days and for the 3rd time this is not the case. If your app doesn't work, turn it off instead of stealing money.

2 bites of the loaded fries hangover and it was gone, so not recommended. I had a saving of 22 euros, well bye, they deducted that from the loaded fries.

Really bad after almost an hour had the good pizza

Delicious food! Accidentally received the wrong cheesy bites, but this was resolved promptly. Pizza and bites tasted great. Update: unfortunately it went wrong again (this time with the pizza), but once again it was solved fantastically with extra cheesy bites. I just really have to start exercising now...

Pizza was okay but nothing special. Price-wise, it's not exactly cheap here. We only got something there because there was nothing else in the area. There doesn't have to be a second time.

nooit klachten bij pizza’s, alhoewel ik vaak een toegevoegde knoflook swirl betaal op m’n pizza’s vergeten ze dat af en toe. pizza wel erg lekker. maar met de kipstukjes zijn ze heel gierig, het zijn zúlke kleine stukjes waarvan de meeste bijna geen kip erin hebben en alleen de buitenkant hebben. Wel goede service

The food is great but the delivery is almost 2 hours late. Called up to 2 times and the 2nd time they just hang up and don't call back and they don't answer anymore 😡😡😡

So far this is really one of the worst Domino's stores in the Netherlands. I worked at Domino's myself, and this experience was really dramatically bad. We had to wait an hour and a half for our pizza. When we called Domino's, we got a female colleague on the phone who helped us in an unprofessional and giggly manner. She did not take us seriously and indicated that the delivery person was already on his way. When the delivery person arrived, the pizzas turned out to be cold. I asked him to make sure two hot pizzas came our way. The delivery person apologized and said that the other couriers did not want to drive to our new house because it was too far. I had my doubts whether the pizzas would be warm to us within 30 minutes. Finally, after 20 minutes, I drove to the store myself. To my surprise it was very quiet there. I asked for the manager and whether the delivery person had already arrived and called that two new pizzas needed to be made. The manager knew nothing about it and I indicated that it was not acceptable to deliver two cold pizzas. I was not satisfied because I know very well how to solve this in a nice way. I also noticed that the delivery person had not returned after delivering to my house. Unfortunately, the manager was not service-oriented. This is a missed opportunity for Domino's. There are urgent changes that need to be made within the company. I now prefer Domino's Delft or order my pizza somewhere else. Order update Week 43 2023 I recently went to this location to order a pizza. The employee behind the oven asked the courier if he could help me, but the young man seemed completely uninterested. For two minutes he didn't look at me and continued to stare disinterestedly at the display without saying anything to me. At one point I asked if I could order, to which he replied that he would be with me shortly. This young man did not seem in any rush to help the customers immediately, despite his colleague's request. Unfortunately I had to repeat my order twice. This also happened to the next customer, who also stood at the counter for several minutes without being looked at. The same gentleman also had to place his order repeatedly. The staff comes across as extremely lax and disinterested. The team also seemed to have absolutely no control over what was happening. The experience felt very chaotic. My apologies, but there really needs to be improvement in customer service and overall team management.

After waiting 1.5 hours....and a phone call asking "where our food was", our food arrived cold. For us the end is dominoes.

ordered at 4:30 pm. After almost 2 hours of calling (6:25 PM) to ask where the food is, I was told that the delivery person had just left. 7:13 PM still no food delivered even though it is a 10 minute bike ride.

Fine, but it's a shame that the large pizza dough is already gone at 6:15 PM on Saturday...

Al zeker 1 jaar geen pizza gegeten. Heb niet veel gemist. Bezorger was een aardig ventje. Door foutje van inpak pizza bakker moest hij op en neer rijden om rest van bestelling te brengen.

Altijd snel met de pizza's en genoeg spul op de pizza.

Deze keer een 4 cheesespizza besteld was toch wel erg vet. Slechte keus deze keer. Normaal altijd prima.

De ene keer beter dan de andere keer met klaarmaken maar over het algemeen goed.

Komen altijd snel ennals er ietsbis is het altijd snel en netjes opgelost

Garlic sticks zijn vers erg lekker , fluffy. Kan soms een tikkeltje te zout zijn maar de smaak is verder goed. Chicken supreme pizza was ook goed.

Pizza is wel lekker, maar dit zou een double pepperoni moeten zijn. Het is nu echt goed zoeken om er een te vinden. Dit gebeurt echt wel vaak, weet ook niet waarom ik hem nog bestel. Maar ja de groeten.

Zeer vervelende app. Duurde erg lang. Personeel was vriendelijk pizza matig belegd.

Heerlijke pizza's en mooie aanbiedingen.

Zowel afhalen als bezorgen; - snel - vriendelijk - service gericht - klant gericht - nooit lauwe producten gekregen - goed belegen - telefoon service , kan altijd beter maar vind ik een lastig punt ivm jongeren & ze doen altijd hun best. - mocht er een keer iets niet kloppen of een klacht zijn lossen ze dit onwijs goed op. Ik ben een vaste klant. Zeker aan te raden!

Hele aardige bezorger, eten lekker op tijd en smaakt goed ondanks ik geen pizza eter ben. Blij dat ik de bezorger fooi heb gegeven, echt vriendelijke jongen 😁

4 pizza's besteld waarvan 2 met pesto. Je raad het al, geen pesto. Daarnaast erg karig belegd. Jammer!

Ik eet regelmatig een pizza ook bij andere Dominos, maar Rijswijk is toch altijd de lekkerste mbt vulling van de pizza en de hoeveelheid saus Moet zeggen dat ik nog altijd het zakje (gratis) knoflooksaus mis

Voor de zoveelste keer weer jammer dat ik hier afhaal. Onvoldoende en onvolledige pizza, slechte rommelige klantenservice en alleen cashless betalen. Hoe kan het bij andere Domino's locaties wel goed gaan? Mijn bankpasje deed het niet, dus geen eten! Neem tenminste gepast geld aan, ik gaf zelfs een paar euro meer, maar glashard nee naar de hongerige klanten is niet fijn. Gelukkig kwam er een andere "klant"/personeel die vroeg 15 euro om 10,50 te pinnen, anders was het een 0* ervaring. Manager/leiding, doe er wat aan.

Pizza's zijn heerlijk en snel geleverd maar er ontbreekt weer iets waar je wel extra voor betaald hebt. Na 8x dit te hebben meegemaakt is het toch de laatste keer dat ik hier een pizza bestel.

Na meer dan een uur wachten maar gebeld waar de pizza's bleven. Oh, hij is net vertrokken. Over een fietsritje(niet elektrisch) van 7 minuten werd 20 minuten gedaan. Een slappe, koude pizza was het resultaat. Nooit meer dus.

Wel knoflookpoeder..... jammer genoeg is alles zo geautomatiseerd dat een bestelling die niet standaard is helaas direct een vraagstuk oproept!
